Floors/rugs could have been cleaner and master bed more comfy, but overall great stay. Views from condo are amazing and the complex is very nice with a good location.

Impacted by noise from sand blasting and jackhammers every day.whole building under construction and cleaning. Room was beyond dirty hair everywhere and living room sofa was filthy stains on all furniture. Worst stay I have ever had We left after 3 days because of the noise and workers on our balcony.

Grounds were immaculate as always. There were some slight repairs during our stay (a little loud during business hours), but nice to see maintenance being completed at such a nice facility. Condo was decorated very nicely, amazing views. Owner communicated well and was very accommodating. Would definitely book this condo in the future.

Fantastic view and great location. The furniture needs updating and it could use a good cleaning. Lots of dust on curtains and the baseboards. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Great pool and beach access. The dryer needs replacing because it takes forever to dry your clothes. You have to run it multiple cycles to get towels really dry. Worst thing that I can say was that it needs a GOOD clean up.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Building was nice and had fast elevators hardly no wait. Beach was not crowded however if you want chairs and umbrella front row get up with the sun and claim your spot :) Overall great experience.. Check in was a breeze

Communication with the owner was great. She responded immediately. The view was beautiful and the patio deck had lots of comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the view! The house was overall not extremely clean. The master bathroom had lots of hairs that kept coming out from corners and floor mats that had not been cleaned well. It was gross and made me uncomfortable about what else didn’t get cleaned well. The living room area is not set up well for family time. It has a rounded sofa in the corner with a tv and then chairs on the opposite wall that cannot even see the tv. It has potential to be set up a lot better. The cookware skillets were terrible. I actually went to Wal-Mart and bought new ones to cook breakfast on. The master bedroom mattress was pretty hard. We slept okay but our backs hurt each morning. It had plenty of room for our family, but I would not rent it again.

Great view in this lovely condo unit!

We stayed in this unit June 28th. - July 5th. It has a beautiful view of the pool, Gulf, and pier. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The unit had everything we needed except champagne glasses and large travel type mugs to use at the beach. But we brought some with us so no issues. The ice maker worked consistently great as well as the washer and dryer. We washed up bath towels frequently because there is a limited supply. We definitely could have used an umbrella in the room because it absolutely poured the first few days. Overall it is a great condo to stay in while at Navarre Beach! You certainly won’t be disappointed in it!

Great Location, great Rental

The Vrbo at Beach Colony resort was awesome. Beautifully decorated, modern kitchen, bathrooms newer and clean, porch facing ocean with comfortable outdoor furnishings. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. We loved this rental and will be back

A week in paradise

We had a lovely stay! The unit was well stocked and in a fabulous location! We loved that it included beach service for two. The only downside was the drawers in the extra bedroom definitely had not been checked by the cleaning service. I found socks and flossers left by the previous vacationers as well as a spilled drink in a nightstand drawer. It wasn’t a huge deal and was easy for me to fix. Everything else was fabulous! We would definitely stay again!!

Great week at the beach

The condo was spacious - plenty of room for our group of three adults. Would also be great for families. The location on the beach was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and the two provided chairs and umbrella. There are two beach bars/restaurants within walking distance

Relaxing vacation

My daughter and I stayed for a week. We had a great time. The weather could have been better, but we enjoyed our vacation. It was very relaxing. The condo was great and the view of the ocean was beautiful.

Relaxing Week

Enjoyed a week by the beach, listening to the waves crashing from the balcony and lounging on the beach chairs. Was really nice to have the beach chairs provided each day! Condo was beautiful and plenty of space to spread out. Only wish the pool had been heated so we could have gone swimming as the water was pretty cold yet. Would definitely rent here again!

Navarre's Finest

My best friend and I have been taking an annual girls' trip for three years. This is our favorite spot so far in Navarre. We hope to stay here every year from now on. The decor is stunning. Ms. Ivy is a topnotch hostess. Her communication is quick and detailed. The view is spectacular. We had the most relaxing time we've ever had on vacation. I can't say enough good things about our experience here.

Great Location

Beach Colony Resort is in a great location at Navarre Beach. All restaurants/bars are walking distance. The beach is beautiful and very nice to walk everyday. We liked the gated community and also codes for condos and amenities vs keys, etc…. The condo is nice and has great views being on the 15th floor. It is very spacious. Master bed was comfortable. It was nice to have washer and dryer available for our stay. Our only complaint was living room furniture was very uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax and watch tv in the evenings.
