Real Escapes Properties presenta esta hermosa casa de campo de tres dormitorios y dos baños ubicada en un tranquilo callejón sin salida, a una corta distancia en automóvil del muelle y de la playa.

Esta casa está en un solo nivel, bien amueblada con una excelente distribución y un plano de planta abierto. Cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de plasma de 50 "junto con Internet Wi-Fi. Azulejos en el vestíbulo de entrada, comedor, cocina y baños. Otras características fabulosas: gran salón con chimenea, área de comedor rodeada de ventanas, desayunador en la cocina con despensa y lavadero en la parte trasera. El dormitorio principal tiene un amplio armario con vestidor y baño / bañera separados. Los ventiladores de techo se encuentran en esta espaciosa casa de campo. Sólo un paseo rápido o en bicicleta a la playa y el pueblo.

La casa también tiene una parrilla para uso de los huéspedes. Los perros son bienvenidos.

Vacation home in a perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Vrbo with another couple for several weeks. Home was spacious enough and very comfortable. Location of home is perfect - within walking distance of beach and downtown area. The only "negative" is that some of the appliances are in need of updating. Dishwasher did not clean dishes very well, so we resorted to the old fashion way...but we were on vacation so no big deal. Dryer took a longer than usual time to dry clothes. But aside from that, the property checked many many boxes.

Lovely property and very responsive manager

This was the perfect property for our family. There was a great little ball field nearby and the beach was only a short ride away. Quiet neighborhood. Nice big kitchen. Manager was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Great spot minutes from east beach and Massengale park . Quiet area

Enjoyed our stay. House was large enough to comfortably hold a family of 6 plus our fur baby! Fenced in yard but only small panels. Well stocked and clean. Quiet area, convenient to everything! Will be back!

Everything worked as expected. Only complaints was the beds could be more comfortable and the bath and door rugs were not cleaned or swept under.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our time at 162 Toluca Ln. was enjoyable. The house was larger inside than it looks like from the outside. It was comfortable for six people. The master bed was comfortable but there were some complaints about the others. (I am aware that bed preferences are particular.) The hall bath toilet was squealy upon flushing and it should be addressed. The house was within a 15 minute walk to the beach, near a park with a walking trail and convenient to everything needed or wanted by my party. The neighborhood and area felt safe. Property management responded promptly to requests. The kitchen was generally fine but the dishwasher didn't clean dishes as well as it should and some larger pans and a cookie sheet or two would be good additions. The yard could definitely use some TLC; it's scruffy and not particularly attractive. The fence is low and flimsy on three sides and not great for keeping energetic dogs in. Also, though not advertised that I can recall, there are a few beach-related items in the hall closet that were useful.

A relaxing getaway

My husband and I loved this house, and the location on St Simons Island. We needed a relaxing getaway, and this was perfect. But, it could have been cleaner. The carpets and furniture needed to be cleaned, and the outside needed attention and landscaping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: first impressions were not very good. Pulled up to an abandoned - looking house. Grass was overgrown, backyard was full of cigarette butts, just was not what I expected. Inside was run-down looking, it was clean but the carpet was dirty, cracks in the walls, water stains in a lot of places, tiles are cracked, ceiling drywall is cracked. I did call and ask about the yard and back deck and real escapes sent someone out to cut and clean up. we were able to look past the inside issues and didn't let it ruin our stay by any means but it was not quite what I expected from real escapes. I've rented in the past and had great experiences. The location is great.

Great week at St Simons Toluca Ln

First trip to St. Simons and spent the week at this property . The inside of the house was roomy and clean and had everything we needed! We enjoyed our family time here! Coffee maker needs replacing but I brought my keurig so that didn’t affect us. Location was great! Three minute drive to Massengale Park and East Beach entrance. Very close to Pier Village. The outside of the house was disappointing. Grass had not been cut, needs pressure washed and has insect issue. We would rent again in hopes that the minor outside issues are tended to. No Issues with communication about our reservation or stay.

St Simons vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was just as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very comfortable and took care of all our needs. We had a wonderful week with our family. The location was 5-7 minutes to the pier, the lighthouse, the grocery store and the beach. We were able to prepare most of our breakfasts and lunches and about half of our dinners. We recommend Bennies Big Red Barn for a wonderful steak dinner. My only problem is this property has two bathtubs that are very high and I couldn’t get into either one. Never thought to ask about that. I will next time. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable

Very nice and clean, loved the location. Was close to everything. The front yard maybe should be attended, lot of ant mounds. Would stay there again on our next visit.

Called MGMT office for replacement and was told they would drop one off but that never happened. Ants (outside) - porch, sidewalk and back patio has bad ant problem. Need some basic pest control outside. No bugs/pests on inside of house.

We love the location of this home (near beaches, village and many restaurants.) the floor plan is roomy and perfect for our family. The condition of the house has declined and I reported those items to the management company, who is awesome to deal with. We had problems with a blender during our stay and it was quickly replaced.
