Coastal Haven- a solo 4 cuadras de la playa !!!! ¿Que estas esperando?

Coastal Haven es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicada al final de una calle sin salida con un gran patio trasero completo con hamaca, parrilla a gas y mesa y sillas en el patio. 2 de las habitaciones tienen camas queen y el 3er dormitorio tiene un conjunto de camas gemelas. Todas las habitaciones tienen vestidores grandes y ventiladores de techo. Ambos baños tienen combinaciones de bañera / ducha con mucho espacio para guardar sus artículos de tocador. Hay 4 televisores, 2 reproductores de DVD, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad (traiga su computadora portátil y iPad), muchos libros excelentes para leer, DVD y muchos juegos para entretener a los niños. La cocina es grande y está totalmente equipada para quedarse durante una semana o un mes. Tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar para que su estadía sea más agradable. Se proporcionan una variedad de ollas y sartenes, vajilla, tazones, cristalería e incluso especias para mejorar sus necesidades de cocina.

This was our second time staying at Dawn’s house, and our third time on this street. Dawn is an excellent host: she’s communicative, proactive, and responsive. The house is perfect for our small family. The location is excellent, the beaches are less than 5 minutes away, and the street is quiet and calm. The park across the street was a great place to send the kids so they could get their wiggles out before we left for the day!

Coastal Haven getaway

Property was very clean and was close to the main attractions of St. Simons Island. Neighborhood Park was also an added bonus for me. Good communication with the owner throughout the process.

Lovely well located home

Dawn’s property was well situated in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything the islands holds. Loved our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities needed for a family beach vacation. Thank you for a great 10 days.

Great SSI House!

We were looking for a place that was pet friendly and also near other family members vacation homes. This house was excellent for our 4th of July vacation. As a bonus, the next door neighbors were friendly and helpful too! We plan to be back.

Summer Vacay at Coastal Haven

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood near Demere Park.The house was extra clean and has a nice patio area, as well as a screened porch. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Wonderful single level dwelling on St Simon’s Island

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was a corner lot on a quiet street across from a beautiful park. We walked every morning. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Perfect rental for our beach trip. Clean, spacious, & comfortable. The host provided everything you needed for the rental. We will try to make this an annual trip if this rental is available. I never had a more relaxing, quiet time on a beach trip before this trip.

Relaxing time in St.Simon’s

Our first time to St.Simon’s Island. This is a beautiful, clean and welcoming home. Host was very helpful with providing information on restaurants and things to do in the area. We will definitely return!

Comfortable, clean, cute, & great communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this SSI house. It was cute and clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and attractive. Our dog loved the back yard and I napped on the screened porch couch more than once. Kitchen has everything you need and we cooked some at the house. SSI has the BEST restaurants (which we knew from having visited before). but we wanted to keep dining out to once a day this time. Having a Keurig was a treat. It's approximately a 1-mile walk to the village. There's a nice park nearby, with a dog park, pickle ball courts, etc. Communication with the owner was great, she's so nice. Would stay there again!

Quiet & Private

We loved our stay! The house is at the end of a very quiet street and the park is right next to it. Easy to walk to restaurants and close to the beach. The have a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with plenty of propane. The outside shower is on the back corner of the house and private. We used it to clean up after being at the beach all day. We are definitely coming back!

Great location and great house.

We throughly enjoyed the rental and it was plenty room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The porch was a great bonus for my husband’s reading retreat. We appreciated the outside shower for cleaning off all the sand. The location was perfect and a short drive to everything. This was our 3rd trip to the island but first with the kids/grandkids. We will definitely return. Thanks

Amazing Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean home! The communication with the owner was stellar and we had everything we needed. This was the cleanest home we have stayed in on VRBO and the screen porch with private fenced yard was the best! The location is awesome and SO close to the beach and town!! Thanks for a great time!! St Simon vacation

This is a lovely home to stay in while visiting St. Simon's Island. It is close to many parks, the beach and restaurants. Our favorite place was Neptune Park - it is next to the Village. The owner of the property is very helpful and kind. The neighbors are friendly. There is a small park across the street where I took our pup every morning. And the neighborhood is quiet at night. The home is clean.

Great place to stay on SSI

Nice, comfortable and well equipped house that is well maintained and in a central, quiet location. The screened-in back porch with ceiling fans and tv was great and used on a daily basis. Because of its central location it was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It all made for a great vacation!

Nice weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the screened back porch made it easy to watch her play. The property is adjacent to Demere Park, which provided a nice walk through the butterfly garden each morning before heading to the beach. We hope to return someday soon!

I have been coming to St. Simons for over 35 years. When I got married my husband started coming with me to the island mostly to attend conferences at the Sea Palms Golf & Tennis Resort. We would enjoy our stay so much we would always extend our visit 4 or 5 extra nights so we could enjoy the beautiful island. We love to ride bikes and ride for hours on the bike trails, stop for lunch and then do more exploring. The day would not be complete without several hours of beach time. Then dinner at one of the many fantastic restaurants on the island and maybe a late night stroll on the beach. We started to come back year after year and rent a cottage close to the beach. We love the island so much we made a promise to one day buy our own cottage so we could spend as much time as we wanted on St. Simons. Our dream has finally come true and we are so happy to be able to rent our special place in hopes that other's will love the island as much as we do. It is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting to create that perfect beach vacation, snowbirds looking for a great climate for a month or two or maybe a girls weekend to catch up with great friends. We hope you enjoy your stay in paradise!

Coastal Haven is close to everything. You can walk to the beach located next to the King & Prince resort in about 10-12 minutes. On the way to the beach, you have Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and Beachcomber's, three of the islands most popular restaurants. You are one mile from the village pier which includes shopping, great restaurants and the public swimming pool. You really don't need a car from this location except to go to the grocery store. Everything can be reached on a bicycle or by walking. We have rented on this street for the last four years, so it just made sense to buy a house here! You will be thrilled at how convenient this house is to everything on the island and you will love this quiet street!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is private with no thru traffic and located across from a beautiful park. Only 4 blocks to the beach and to the King & Prince Resort. Perfect to rent if you are in town for a wedding or family reunion! We love the big fenced backyard and you can even hear the freighters blowing their horns when they come by the pier! A very comfortable house, great for getting some much needed rest and relaxation!
