Great location!

This was our first time in Maui and the location was ideal to travel anywhere we wanted to go. The property is clean and quite. Perfect for the two of us. Just outside of busy Kihei but close enough to get to restaurants and stores. Loved watching the canoe club every morning heading out for the day. We loved this place.

Perfect location

The condo was the best place to be able to go all over the island. The pool and beach were immaculate. My only complaint and it was not a big deal, but there is only one window unit in the den so the bedroom was a little warm. Still I would stay there again. Thanks!!!

Nice condo on the beach… with a view!

We loved this condo and enjoyed our stay. The location was great to get around to other parts of the island. Having a condo on the beach was a big plus too. Though the beach is not shaded, the lawn next to the beach is shaded by the most amazing old very large tree. Lounge chairs were available for lawn use and the condo provided beach chairs too. Lots of restaurants within 15 mins of the condo. The condo is well stocked with pots, pans and appliances, we cooked breakfast and had everything we needed. I would stay here again. My husband had a fractured hip and the elevator made it easy to get up to this 4th floor condo. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Everything as described and as promised. 70's style condo that's been updated, Right on the beach with great views and easy access to the sand. Little bit of road noise but it's right off the highway so as expected. I could get to most things in 20 minutes or less from this location which was great! Quaint places right around the corner and not overly populated like the bigger resorts. Recommend to anyone who's out doing things during the day and needs a nice little place to crash at the end of the night.

We pray for the people of Maui. We walked the beach a lot and met many nice people. Our favorite place to eat was Coconuts for the fish tacos and the fish sandwiches. We stay in various units and were comfortable and happy this year in 407. The extra single bed was especially convenient as we had one of our kids with us. An air conditioner in the bedroom in future would be a great addition but there is one in the living room. Management went out of their way to be helpful with a slightly tricky departure on our end due to flight delays.

Wonderful time at Kealia Resort

We loved our stay at Kealia Resort. We found it cozy and comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted and yet private and quiet. Everything was provided for a fulfilling time and we recommend this place to family and friends.

My favorite location in Maui

I discovered Kealia around 4 or 5 years ago and I always stay there when visiting Maui. Sherry, the manager, is awesome, and other staff onsite are always helpful. I love the fact that the condo is right on a nice beach and you do not have to drive anywhere. Both 407 and 307 are comfortable and well appointed. I like the fact that I can be in south Kihei for dinner and shopping in about 8 or 9 minutes. I can be in Kahului for airport and larger shopping in around 12 to 15 minutes.

Certainly not "charming"

We stayed here because we love the walks along Sugar Beach. The location of this complex is very close to the beach and has a nice grassy side yard that is well shaded. Unit 407 is close enough to the water to hear the waves roll up on the sandy beach, unfortunately it was drowned out by the traffic noise from North Kihei Rd. We had to keep the windows closed at night as it was too noisy to sleep. The unit is very small, you have to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door. Outdated, old appliances and furniture, very dirty and stained shag carpeting in the bedroom, thinning mismatched linens.... Fortunately the king sized bed is comfortable. Overall we were disappointed with the unit, it doesn't merit the 5 star reviews. If you are wanting to stay at Kealia Resort, find a room that faces the water, numbers ending 1 to 4 would have much less road noise.

AMAZING PLACE

We rented this place for a week. It was so beautiful and clean. We were amazed that even some of the smaller things we had forgotten like beach towels 🤫 were in our room. So much beautiful light and the beds were great. The manager was so sweet and was so happy to help in any way she could. When we come back to Maui we will be going back here and I will recommend this place to anyone I know!!

Perfect Maui spot for an Aloha vacation!

Great 1-bedroom condo with all you could need for a visit to Maui- nice pool, quiet area, non-smoking property (yay!) and direct beach access. Will definitely return!!

Great Stay at “Kealia Condos”!!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed! We rested well here as we were VERY comfortable. Really enjoyed being so close to the ocean! The staff was very nice and helpful.
