Awesome Stay!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful views, perfect location, and overall comfortable/clean accommodations! Check in process was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to relax

We loved our stay. Centrally located, and one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in, down to flashlights, which we needed during a short power outage :) Would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others.

Perfect getaway

The condo is located overlooking quiet Sugar Beach. The owners have included everything you might need during your stay. For the beach, in the kitchen, for relaxing. We will stay here again as soon as possible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in several condos in Sugar Beach over the last few months, and this is my favorite. It's roomy, comfortable for sleeping/relaxing/cooking, and of course, has that million dollar view of the sea. The tile flooring feels cleaner than a carpet can ever be, it's well stocked for cooking and beach fun, and everything was in excellent working order when I was there. The central AC works well, but it does take a while to cool off upon arrival, so you have to use the fans and be patient. Great central location, and being across from the coffee shop/bakery/famers market is really nice.

Amazing stay!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Great location on a quiet but stunning beach. Loved listening to the ocean at night. Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more - much appreciated when you’re only in town for a week. Only small suggestion would be to add a couple luggage racks.

A beautiful spot

The lanai is a wonderful spot to spend a few hours, and the condo had every amenity we would want, and then some.

Highly recommend this place. Owner took great care with the remodel. Super clean. View can’t be beat. Gear supplied for use at the beach. Comfortable bed.

Extremely pleased. We will stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described, and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped and well organized. The entire complex was clean and pleasant with direct access to the long sandy beach. We had a couple of questions when we first got to the unit and the owner replied very quickly to my texts.

Fantastic Location - Amazing View

Location is the best in Maui. Great view of ocean; awesome to hear the sound of the waves from the Lanai. Sunsets are incredible. Unit was clean and well taken care of. A couple minor issues were resolved within a couple hours of notifying the property management company. Overall great experience. We'd definitely stay there again.

We will definitely would like to return here. Everything was great - from the comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and great TV's -- when we were not on the beach or lanai enjoying our ocean front view!

Clean, well stocked Great view from the Condo

We loved this condo. It was easy to get to and close to a great bakery, farmer's market and great shave ice! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, pots, pans every convenience you can think of. We loved our stay here and will consider coming back. This condo had a great view. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated as it was a little chilly so we didn't go in. The beach was magnificent to walk and watch the sunsets on. You won't be disappointed with this condo and the owners. Thanks for a great stay!

Good property. Highly recommend

Nice property. Great communication with property management. Great view. Only reason it was not 5 stars across the board were not in the owners control. Office was closed due to a flood and total remodeling. Elevator was out of order the entire stay which was a problem with a property on the 5th floor. A working elevator makes this property high desireable.

Honeymoon

We will be back for sure! Our first time in Maui and this place was centrally located to get to the rainforest, surfing beach, desert area, and calm relaxation as well. We ate dinner on the patio listening to the waves crashing on the shore, walked the beach literally down the stairs from the condo, and got fresh fruit daily across the street at the farmers market. I'm so happy we stayed here and not a resort as we had calm when we wanted and could go mingle with the crowds or the locals when we wanted. Thank you for making a place an option, but also for providing a honeymoon we will never forget! ❤

A fabulous 40th wedding anniversary on our favorite island!

The condo was super clean with all the basics in place. We love the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (a must for the islands). Whales were in at record numbers this yea and the weather was perfect as always. This complex has the perfect location for access for everything on the island. We hope to day again in the near future.

The unit was very clean and was completely stocked with everything we needed. If we were to suggest adding anything, perhaps beach chairs/beach umbrella and a couple extra beach towels. There were plenty of linens but we hated to take the nice bath towels down to the beach. We definitely would stay in this unit again.

The kitchen appears to be recently remodeled with a fabulous island countertop that helped us organize our days. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, silverware, dishes the works! We loved the utility closet that had water sports equipment including a big beach bag! The location was great for places we wanted to go like the Road to Hana, Hale, Haleakala Crater, Kaanapali and many restaurants. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from 2 great weeks in KB503. This unit is at the Kihei Beach Resort, but is rented through the Kealia Resort page. The unit was as advertised, clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The unit is on Sugar Beach just a few steps from the beach. We love this location and proximity to other island towns. Sherry at the Kealia is always a pleasure to work with, and ensures you have the best experience. You are just 5 minutes away from many great restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back for sure.
