Beautiful view!!!

This was a great condo! The view and proximity to the beach were perfect!! The office was closed when we arrived before 5 which meant our checkin was a little challenging but I got ahold of Jennifer and she walked me through everything! We had a great trip!!!!

Illinois Vacationers

After receiving confirmation and accepting payment, we were notified the next day by the property manager that the days of stay were wrong. It would be a Friday to Friday rental instead of the Saturday to Saturday booking we thought we had made. This was a last minute booking, so we were pressed for time and travel now became an issue. The property manager shared there had to be an error on the VRBO site and I tried to call, but I never could reach a person. It made for a whirlwind start to our trip. After a 20 hour drive, we missed our first day, but did enjoy the property and surrounding area. The pool was enjoyable and the beach access was easy.

We too were sorry that VRBO who had helped to set up our dates this year had somehow allowed the checkout date to include Saturday morning when we had been very clear that the rental is for one week only (from a Friday to a Friday). As this was a very last minute booking we too were unable to reach VRBO to assist in correcting this mistake. We DID however offer a deep discount on the weekly rental ($1400 reduction from the previous year) We have since, however, been in touch with VRBO and guarantee this will not be an issue in the future. We are happy to hear that you loved the surroundings!! It is a gem of a place and a wonderful island:).
