Hermoso y espacioso de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. Soleada, abierta y bien ventilada casa de estilo Cape. Capacidad para 6 personas.

My friends and I had an awesome time on MV. Again, many thanks to host for having this house avaible on VRBO.The house was conveniently located for me and my friends. It was an easy walk to the MVCMA and to town. The beaches were a short drive away. Tony's Market was just a couple of blocks away for any last minute items. The house was tidy and comfortably fit 5 adults. It would definitely work a family with children. The furniture was in good condition. The mattresses were comfortable. We brought our own linen. There was plenty of room for parking. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking and there was a dishwasher. The Gas grill outside worked great. Laundry conveniently available in the cellar. The backyard was large and wellmained. Our host Andrea answered all our questions in a timely fashion. There was no hot tub on the property during our stay..... not a deal breaker breaker for my group.

Great Stay!

Very clean, spacious open concept. Easy walk to town. Very responsive host . For example, when the coffee maker died a new one magically appeared on the front doorstep in short order. Would stay again!

Cute Oak Bluffs home

Great location…short bike ride or walk to town. 2 Q bedrooms with bathrooms on the main floor and then 2 Twin beds on the second floor/loft. You’ll need to bring your own linens and towels or rent them…we brought our own. Plenty of space 😄

Convenient location, cute house

Three generations of my family stayed this past week in Oak Bluffs. The house is walking distance to downtown and the beach. It's also an easy drive to Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. The common area is open so that everyone can be together. The owner was responsive when we had a hiccup with the refrigerator that got resolved. Really enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island.

Perfect Getaway

The house was in an excellent location and met all of our needs. We were there for a long weekend girls trip and the property looked exactly like the photos. There was plenty of room for the three of us but we could have easily accommodated three more. Very close to shops and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a few questions about renting linen and using the heat in the house and the owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions timely. The owner even followed up to ensure we were comfortable! I definitely recommend this property and plan to visit again next year.

Great week.

The house was great and just as listed. We were four adults and two children and it was perfectly sized. Our grandsons had the second floor to themselves. It would have been nice to have an outside shower. Overall we were very happy.

Perfect !

We needed a place for our family to stay during our wedding. Our neighbors were so kind to let us rent their house. We rented two nights but only stayed one. It was perfect being close to town and the venue. House was cozy and beautiful, my brother hopes to rent it again someday.

Perfect!

The house was just right for us. Great location, super functional, extremely clean and so on.... The house has def more amenities that what is listed. We also enjoyed the deck and the backyard with the colorful island birds which were giving us a show everyday . We will definitely be back.

Great rental close to oak bluffs

Our family has been renting on the vineyard over ten years now and we were pleasantly surprised with this rental. House was clean, and was set up great for two families or for in-laws as we each had privacy with our own bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house and the kids slept upstairs. House was well updated and common areas were open and roomy. No air conditioning needed, there were fans and a great breeze with all of the windows. Owner was pleasant and very accommodating. A bit farther than expected it, a good 15 minute walk to town but very enjoyable if you walk along the water. Overall great experience. Recommend: band concerts in oak bluffs or vineyard haven on Sundays at 8 pm/ back door donuts/ sharky's restaurant in edgartown.

We had a great time in Marthas Vineyard, saw the beaches even three different lighthouses. House was spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen with all the weird lobster cracking tools Nice location close to Edgartown and downtown Oak Bluffs, walking distance to the beach A++++++++ would stay again

THIS ONE IS A GEM! WOULD RETURN TO THIS PROPERTY.

Charming house, great location, close to restaurants, shopping, beach, bike shop, grocery store, private deck, separate bedrooms, nice for entertainment, spacious upstairs, good space for parking cars, well maintained condition, and owners have given attention to details for the comfort of guests. Report Card for this house listing info: A clean/maintained:A+ customer service: A++ recommend to others:A++ things to do: A+ We had a nice and relaxing vacation. We went bike riding, hiking, visited several beaches, and ate delicious sea food. Andrea and Bryan shared some tips with us that made everything go smoothly. They were most helpful. thanks.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach and Town

We had a great time. The house was clean and the listing description was very accurate. The location was great we walked or biked to town almost every night. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. The only thing I would suggest is if you find anything broken like a dresser or window blinds when you arrive, or if you happen to break something like a toilet seat during your stay, please contact the owner immediately. Andrea is very reasonable; she would just like to know ASAP so that she can have it fixed. Great Week!

Our July 2007 Family Vacation

My husband and I started visiting the island while we were dating. This time my immediate family was able to coordinate our schedulesand travel plans from FL, GA, NY and VA to go together, so we needed a bigger house and chose this one after much indecision. We had a great time and was greatly surprised by the great condition of the home. Everything was in pristine condition and the details of the kitchen was great for cooking and having a clambake. Very comfortable and roomy. Great location for early morning walks, checking out he bunnies in the back on the deck, within distance to tennis courts and not a far walk to the pond. Great walk to downtown Oak Bluffs We had a car but we often went back and forth to the beach without the car. The buses also stop near the house so you are fine if you choose not to bring a car on island. Close to Edgartown by car. We had a great time and look forward to visiting Oak Bluffs each year.

Fantastic Vacation

Our vacation on Martha's Vineyard was perfect. The home was in new (great) condition, and was located in Oak Bluffs within walking distance of the downtown area. The location was perfect - convenient to amenities yet with a sense of privacy as well. The house was clean, and was nicer than we anticipated. We brought a car to the island, however we walked and rode bikes almost everywhere. The vacation was so relaxing, toward the end of the week we couldn't remember what day it was, and had to walk into a bank to check the date. We have never had that level of relaxation from our stressful jobs! If you haven't been to Martha's Vineyard - go.
