This was a great vacation home for time on the lake. We had nine people in total (six adults and three kids) and the rental was a perfect size for our group.

Elbow Cay is a Keeper

Great location as the first dock in the cove just off the main channel of the Lake. Quick, easy access to the water. The house was pristine and super Wifi for all the kid's connections. A super stay!

“Five-Star Experience! John Truly Goes Above and Beyond!

Everything went smoothly, but what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by John with four seasons management company.John went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. One thing that really impressed me was his accessibility and responsiveness. Every time I called, he answered the phone at least 90% of the time, and on the rare occasion he couldn’t, he returned my call almost immediately. That level of personal attention and professionalism is something you rarely experience these days!John genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing outstanding service. He was courteous, attentive, accommodating, and always willing to help.We were 100% satisfied with our experience and would absolutely recommend this property and John to anyone considering a stay.Five stars all the way! The host was very responsive and helpful. It is a full house, but can be separated into a full house upstairs with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms downstairs with each having their own outside entry. The downstairs was very damp (specifically the West room) and nothing really dried down there. Overall the house was comfortable and the deck was great to have morning coffee on and watch boats on the water. The whole house could use a good deep cleaning as it appeared only surface cleaning is typically done. There are 3 parking spaced for the house, but the driveway is shared with and dead ends with the house to the east and it's a tight fit. We had 2 SUVs and a pickup and it was difficult to maneuver in and out.

Great location, great estate amenities.

The home is excellent for a family stay. It is in an accessible location on the lake and provided great views. The Tan Tar A estate access to pools including Margaritaville was an unexpected surprise.

We decided to go to the Lake of the Ozarks area on a whim and we were not disappointed. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the family. Plenty of things to do in the area without the congestion that comes with beach areas. No one wanted to leave they had enjoyed the stay so much. Great family vacation !

Terrific Lake House

Very nice property with all the amenities. Located in popular part of Lake of the Ozarks. The sunsets from the back deck were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen.

Property was just as described. Location was convenient to local attractions!

Easy to book. Manager contacted as with pertinent info several days before our trip. Also called us to let us know the property was ready early.

Great Location

John went above and beyond as a property manager! Great location! Was short on basics such as paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels etc Not as clean as I would prefer! Difficult to use lounge chairs on dock as all tied together!

Neighborhood curfew not enforced

Nice property but don’t stay on holiday weekends. Housing is so tight the loud partying neighbors & their music prevent peaceful sleep & the 11 PM to 7 AM quiet ordnance is not enforced!

Perfect for our family of 5

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this cabin over Thanksgiving. The hot tub on the balcony over looking the lake was amazing, especially with the fall foliage. Our kids loved having the bigger beds, not to mention their own rooms with private balconies. The house was spacious and well stocked. I noticed some reviews mentioned cleanliness being an issue, I did see what they were talking about but they were very minor things. Upon entering the cabin, there are leaves on the floor and we did notice some cobwebs but we live in the Ozarks so we are use to this. Other than that the house was clean with fresh linens and all surfaces were clean including the hot tub which had chlorine tabs in it. Over all, we will definitely be back and really enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back next Thanksgiving if we can afford it.
