Este lugar es diferente a cualquier otro en todo el Puerto A. Ubicado justo en el medio de los Flats ya solo 2 minutos a pie de Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf y Giggities. Acércate y disfruta de un cóctel en Woody's, observa cómo entran los peces, pesca desde el muelle tú mismo o disfruta de la música y el atardecer en The Back Porch. ¡Qué lugar tan increíble! Esta cabaña de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos es espaciosa y está decorada increíblemente. El salón abierto / área de cocina tiene una cocina completa y un sofá cama. Location

House is right near the doc that we left from so very convenient for when you are waking up early. Down side the AC doesn't seem to cool the house adequately. The communication from the property manager was awesome.

Great Location

Really enjoyed how close this property was to all the nightlife in town… a walk to Bernie’s & 1-2 blocks to Treasure Island. Being off one of the main streets made sitting on the back deck hanging out a blast. Slept our entire group of 10 comfortably. Might not be ideal for families due to the living room, deck & yard being pretty small, but perfect for our group of young adults! (Unit B)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is VERY noisy and heavy traffic. We should have done our research before booking. Upon entering the suite, the smell of what we determined was bug fumigation was really bed. It did get better but never truly went away. There were huge water bugs, dead and alive. The back door steps need to be replaced, fixed. We had a beach chair stolen from the back porch. It was just way too noisy to sleep. It was clean, though. Overall, we had a good time.

Great vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and perfect size for us. We were a group of 9, 6 adults and 3 kids. It is budget friendly, close to beach, restaurants, golf cart rentals. It is right by the road and stands all by itself no other rental property on either end, could hear noises from nearby restaurant on Saturday night. The lobby is tiny, kitchen is adequate, the bathrooms are spacious, one of the bedroom was big and the other two small. From the description it looked like supplies and towels would be limited. But basic toiletries, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dishwasher liquid,laundry liquid detergent were all provided and more than enough for our stay. As was the case with towels, there were more than enough towels provided. The only thing not provided is the coffee pods and sugar.Right from the time of booking, the team was always prompt to respond to all the questions.

Nice place but underwhelming

The property was nice enough though all of the square footage is in the “master suite” thus the “living room” and “kitchen area” are a lot more crammed than the pictures make them appear to be. This made the space pretty crowded when we were in this space and a bit uncomfortable. The floor and furniture felt grimy and not very clean upon arrival. The thermostat needing to stay at 75 and the lack of any ceiling fans made it too warm especially at night so no one slept very well and contributed the lower rating. Both of the doors were extremely hard to open and close constantly so we felt like we were slamming them all the time and the steps on the backside are shoddy and didn’t feel very safe for those that parked there that didn’t want or need to walk all the way around the building. This property is likely perfect for anyone that is there to mostly fish and then just sleep there due to the location too but we were doing a combination of a lot of things and needed more inside space to unwind between our adventures (lack of planning on my part mostly to blame here). The proximity to the ice cream shop, restaurants, some shopping and the golf cart rental place was great. This spot needs a little bit of sprucing (mostly the cooling issue) and it’s a good spot over all. The listing says brand new cottage but it seems like there were just some upgrades made to an existing property.

Wonderful new rental in the center of Port A

This rental is a mobile home located literally in the parking lot of Virginia's. You don't have a great view, but it is great that you are within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, and Woody's sports.

It had an excellent view of ships going in and out of the channel. Best location we have ever had while visiting Port Aransas. Apartment was very clean and had lots of room, except in the living area which was kind of small for more than four people.
