We love our time at Olive's cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of five and it was a great location with a quick walk or bike ride to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood!

Beautiful place to stay. The location was close to everything but felt secluded. The house is beautiful inside and out.

Beautiful home! Great amenities. We are coffee lovers and the host provided a Keurig machine. It was lovely having morning coffee on the porch each day. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to a grocery store, the beach and a host of restaurants.

Beautiful home in great area

We stayed at the home during Spring Break. The home is absolutely stunning, exactly as described, with convenient access to beach and two pools steps away from the home. The gated community is quiet, peaceful, and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to stay here again. I highly recommend this property, and the host was great as well!

WONDERFUL

We enjoyed the house so much!! It was clean and well stocked and beds were very comfortable. TV's were in all the rooms and there were 4 bikes which was perfect. The location and neighborhood was great. Would love to stay there again!!

Quality Vacation Home

The home was just as advertized. Very clean, in excellent condition, and well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Great location for access to the beach, grocery store, local restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, and very relaxing.

Fabulous

We enjoyed our stay at Olives cottage. Conveniently located with a short bike ride to the beach. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our group. The cottage did not have a tea pitcher, but soon the management company delivered one to us. You need sweet tea on vacation!

Olives cottage June 2020

Everything was awesome - place was clean when we arrived and very comfortable! Close to the beach and seaside! The only minor complaint that we have would be not enough hand towels (only 3) and no hand soap was provided for the bathrooms! Other than that it was perfect!

Olives Cottage

Everything as stated. Great overall. However Upstairs is very loud. Poor insulation between floors.

Great stay

The overall property was clean and in a great location period our main concern was safety due to the front door Not locking or closing properly but was promptly attended to. We would suggest putting on the refrigerator the trash pickup days so we know when to put the trash out as we missed it today. Overall our favorite stay out of last several years. Thank you

Beautiful home with great location

Check in started off a bit rocky, I had been messaging through the app for a day and not received a response. 2 mins prior to check in I text and received instructions back via text with gate and house code. This stressed me out because I like to have clear directions way before arrival. Gate code did not work, we had to reach out and be given another one. Wifi password did not work and we had to reach out for another one. We were told the dishwasher was not working and someone would be there to fix it Monday, so obviously we did not use it. On Monday a guy came to replace the garbage disposal, and said the dishwasher was fine. The freezer was broken- it would not open all the way and was loose, so we reported that, and could not store our ice we bought. At first I did not understand that I was using VRBO but it was still going through another rental agency also, which was kind of confusing. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups with incorrect info communicated, everything went well. The house was lovely, and perfect for our group. There was a beautiful and spacious front porch. Distance to the beach was not too far, although we did elect to drive most days to transport our chairs easily. We enjoyed the bikes, they were in good shape. The house was extremely clean, which is probably the most important thing to me in a rental! We never used the pools, so I cannot comment on them. We will definitely return!

Great place

Very nice house tucked away in a quaint neighborhood shaded by trees. Short bike ride straight to beach or the main area in Seaside. We all enjoyed it.

Quiet neighborhood 10 min walk from beach

Property is located in a quiet tucked away neighborhood a short 10 minute walk from beach. Property was clean, nicely decorated with all needed amenities. One thing to note, beach toys and chairs are not provided. This wasn’t a problem (and was never stated they came with them) we are just used to going to beach houses that unexpectedly have them, so we started to expect to be able to use some things. Neighborhood has two pools that are well maintained which we all enjoyed after our beach visits.

Would definitely stay here again!

This really was like home away from home. It had everything we needed and was SO clean! All the amenities were great too!! The location was perfect!
