This 2-story home is a craftsman style cottage with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. With an open floor plan concept this home has plenty of room for all your family and friends! Everyone will enjoy the large flat screen TV along with the sectional couch in the family room or gathering outside on the screened in porch while dinner is prepared on the gas grill!

With a gourmet kitchen that opens to the breakfast nook you can cook and converse with your guests! The kitchen has a great gas cooktop and there are three ovens for baking. Stocked with cooking items and utensils, all you’ll need to do is bring the food!

Once you are ready to retreat to your master suite for the evening you will be delighted to rest on a memory foam bed or relax on the love seat for a while. Enjoy the comforts of your own private master bathroom with a soaker tub and a view of the sky and trees. There is also a separate shower, his and hers vanities, and a heated towel rack! In the morning step out onto your private porch and enjoy a cup of coffee to start your day.

There are three additional bedrooms well suited for your children or other family and friends. One large guest room can sleep up to 6, perfect for a kid’s room or parents who are sharing a room with their kids. It has a queen bed as well as a bunk-bed with a double/full mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. There is an additional spare mattress stored under the double lower bunk mattress that can be placed on the floor for another person.
The second guest room has a king bed and a single day bed. Perfect a couple or children!

The third guest room has a full-sized 'Murphy Bed' (folds down from the wall). This room also has French doors that open onto the screened-in front porch. As well as a separate door that opens into the 'Handicapped accessible' bathroom with a shower on the first floor.

The home located next door, 609 May Joe is also available for rent for larger gatherings!

Pets of any size are accepted for a $150 fee

Golf cart at the home is not available for guest usage.
