Steps to the Beach, this Condo features a Swimming Pool and Private Balcony

Hodnett Cooper presents 760 Ocean Boulevard - one of St. Simons Island's largest 2 bedroom condominiums, complete with nicely landscaped lawns, a gated entrance, covered parking, swimming pool with hot tub, and an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located just a short walk from the St. Simons Village and directly across the street from a public beach access. The historic lighthouse, Village fishing pier, local boutiques and wonderful restaurants are all located nearby.

This second floor residence is professionally decorated, and features two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, two large tiled baths, a gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops, a large combined living and dining area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views. The master suite offers a jetted tub, generously sized walk-in shower, and access to the private balcony.

Please note: The community pool will close for the winter beginning November 1st and will reopen in the spring.

Enjoyed our stay here

The condo was very clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed. Great location with the beach across the street and just a short walk to the village, lighthouse, and pier. The check in and out process was easy. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Close to everything

Was perfect for our family! A short walk to the beach and pier village (so nice to no have to find a parking space), open the balcony doors and listen to the waves!

Wonderful and relaxing 😎

We had a wonderful time. The condo has a great setup and view of the ocean. The beach was an easy walk as well as the village. The people were very friendly all over the island. Lots of great food options. The staff at Hodnett Cooper office were awesome as we had some business loose ends to finish up. They were very accommodating. Their assistance enabled us to enjoy our day instead of stressing over going off Island to get things we needed completed. We would love to return soon.

old beds

Pros: perfect location, large spacious condo, great building, beach location/downtown both walking, great balcony view Cons: no work on this place in years, musty smell as soon as you enter is proven by the very old furniture that is all worn out. the beds are miserable! I could deal with old living room furniture (which is worn out and ripped) but having bad beds is no good. I had no sleep. the bed is very hard and worn out creaking with every movement and the guest beds were no better. the carpet turns your feet black b/c its so dirty. And its time to get rid of the dusty fake plants and trees. kitchen stock is just ok. ice maker doesn't work. only give two dishwasher packs and one toilet paper each so bring your own really this is a beautiful location and condo but furniture needs to be replaced. no sleep on vacation isn't much of a vacation

Suggestions for improvement

The condo was comfortable except for a worn out sofa and worn out chair with ottoman. Little things like shampoo, tissues, and coffee filters were missing and would have cost little to provide. Dish detergent would have also been nice. We also thought thought that it was a little much to have to strip the bed and place linens in a pile and remove trash. We understand running the dish washer because this takes time to complete and the house keepers need to put dishes away. We have never had these issues when staying at the Beach Club or King and Prince.

Home away from home.

We came for a short weekend getaway before the kids have to go back to school. We loved this condo. Very roomy and well decorated. Conviently close to the pier, the lighthouse, shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. This was a very last minute trip and we made so many wonderful memories. We had a great time and would love to come back.
