Great stay

Overall great stay! Close to beach maybe a 3-5 min walk. Location great! Room has a lot of items we used like chairs and a wagon. Front door was hard to unlock keys kept sticking. Was able to do an early check in and late check out with fee which was nice. Beach was fabulous!!

Beautiful condo!

The view is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The pools were wonderful! We enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again. The master bathroom has a wonderful shower! Thank you!

Family vacation

Our stay was memorable! The condo was very clean and had beautiful views from living room and master bedroom! The balcony was very spacious and relaxing! They had floats and beach chairs in the closets and additional beach chairs under the master bed! The property management was very responsive when needing things! We had a great stay!

Great vacay

The condo was clean and in a great location with the beach right across the road. The pools were great and large and not over populated. The condo was stocked with extras that were very appreciated. The restaurant downstairs delivered food to us on our last night which was also a perk. The views from the balcony were one in a million. Thank you for a great stay!

Miramar Getaway

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect and centrally located, just steps away from the beach and not far from shopping, attractions and restaurants. A couple of minor improvements would have been a few complimentary coffee pods and sweeteners, etc., at least for the first morning. Also, the garden tub was nice, but I did have to clean it a little more before using. Otherwise, the place was immaculate. All in all, it was a great stay!

My kids really enjoyed the pools. The location was PERFECT! We were able to walk to the beach with ease and this area of the beach didn’t seem as busy as other spots. The rooms were so cute and had board games for the family to play. The view from the balcony was beautiful! There were extra fans in the rooms too! The rooms were cold enough but if you’re like me and need a fan while you sleep…. They’re available! We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect getaway to Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at the condo over the Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved additional feature of a beach cart with chairs and sand toys at the condo. The views of the condo are amazing!!! There was constant and clear communication from the rental company which made everything about our stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!!!

Great Location!

Nice clean, condo with updated kitchen. The balcony furniture looked new. The only suggestion I have is to replace 2 chairs in the living room (they looked old and outdated) and all bedspreads (looked worn out). Everything worked as it should. There was also 4 beach chairs in the bedroom closet. The condo is in a great location! We were happy with the accomodations!

Beautiful Place, Great Location

The pics on this site does this condo no justice! It’s spacious and very nice. There were plenty of towels and blankets available so we didn’t have to get any additional ones. They also had lots of beach chairs, toys, and games available. We enjoyed the spectacular view also! The beach was a short walk so we didn’t have to drive across.

Thermostat

The only thing I did not like is the the thermostat was locked out at 72 degrees and I got hot at night. I keep mine set at 70 at home.

Amazing Family Trip

This was our first time to Destin and we were very happy with the condo. It was laid out well and the view of the ocean was incredible. We would stay here again in the future.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We stayed here for a Babymoon vacation with just my husband and myself, and had such a great time! The manager, Chris, was so responsive to anything we needed, and checked in on us via text to make sure the condo was to our liking. The view from the patio was like a dream! You could hear the ocean waves from there and it was so relaxing to just sit out there, or even right inside on the comfy recliner seats by the door (which were my favorite seats in the house!). We loved the fact that it was so close to, not only the beach, but some great restaurant choices nearby. We ate at the Mezcal Mexican Grill one day for brunch, which was amazing. We hung out one night at the Village Door Music Hall and my husband even got brave enough to sing some karaoke the night we were there. The food there was also great! We also tried to the Cabana Cafe located in the same building as the condo, and it was a nice little place to catch a casual bite to eat. They also had a crawfish boil the Saturday we were there, that we didn't partake in, but it smelled and looked delicious! Overall, we had such a great time that we decided this will be our first of MANY trips to the Destin area! One thing to mention just about the location, is there is quite a bit of construction that is going on down the main road to get back and forth from the Destin hotspots that made it a little longer to get around and do some things, but that has nothing to do with the condo or owners. Just thought I'd mention it for anybody that may be going back and forth from that area. I'm thinking by our next trip out there, the new roads will make it a breeze to get around! Definitely a 5 star stay for us! Thanks, Chris!

Great condo near beach

Everything was perfect at this nicely updated condo at Miramar Beach! Check in was seamless with a well stocked kitchen. There were some beach toys available in the condo to use. Nice balcony faces the gulf with table and chairs. Comfortable beds with plenty of space for 4 adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful unit.... Rode out my first Hurricane there.... Such a beautiful condo....so very pleased with the unit I was staying in....pools are so nice...beach easy access...view spectacular!

Perfect

The condo was awesome very nice just as described. The view was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. The restaurant down stairs was great after a long day on the beach was a quick and easy supper with great food and drinks. Condo Manager was very nice was very quick to answer any questions or take care of a small problem like no wash cloths in the room. He jumped on that and fixed it within an hour we will be returning next year. Very happy

Great place

Property owners were helpful and readily available if we needed anything. This was a very clean condo, with nice pools and a very short walk to the beach. Met family for the week and we all had a great time and were not crowded at all. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful place

Very clean and well decorated. We had plenty of dishes, linens, etc. The view is absolutely stunning.

Great Place and View

We stayed for a short four-night vacation at the beginning of August and were very please with the condo! Beautifully decorated and an outstanding view. I would highly recommend!!

Checkin was problematic, unit was very nice, clean with a great view.

Initial check in was problematic, the office was closed, and the unit was left unopened. However, we had no way to lock the unit as we did not have an entry code. It took several hours to get in touch with property management, VRBO was unsuccessful in contacting the agent. Once I was able to reach the property manager, the stay was problem free. The manager was very helpful and made sure our questions were answered. The view from the balcony was very nice, the unit was mostly quiet, with he exception of overhead neighbors running around for a few hours two nights and the very strong odor from the same smoking marajuana on the balcony above ours. I do feel slightly bad that I did not check out properly, however if these instructions were given initially, I would have done so. Receiving an email the night before and not checking my email until I had already returned home wasn’t an effective form of communication for me. The unit was amazing and the owners obviously care for the property and we were very gracious that they have it available for rent. I would definitely return to this location in the future.
