Actualmente estamos desarrollando esta hermosa villa. Es nuevo para esta temporada 2019. Como no se ha alquilado anteriormente, todavía no tenemos ninguna revisión. Dream Maker hablará por sí mismo cuando llegue, ubicado en el lugar más hermoso de las Bahamas, Moriah Harbour Cay.


Venga y hospédese en nuestra hermosa villa con impresionantes vistas del Parque Nacional Moriah Harbor Cay. Despiértese con el sonido del océano golpeando la orilla con la brisa que cruje suavemente las abundantes palmeras. Observe a los delfines, tortugas, rayas, tiburones y peces nadando, desde la cubierta superior o inferior o por el embarcadero.

Nade y practique snorkel directamente desde la pequeña playa privada, alquile un kayak y explore la zona más hermosa de Man o War Cay y el Parque Nacional Moriah Harbor Cay.

Alquile un bote y tenga la comodidad de tenerlo amarrado 'justo afuera' en su propio amarre privado, listo para saltar y alejarse, explorando los gloriosos mares que rodean a Exuma.

Dream Maker es una gran propiedad rodeada de exuberantes jardines tropicales y palmeras, a pasos de la playa privada y el embarcadero.
Abra la puerta principal y será recibido por la espectacular vista de los mares azules de Moriah Harbour Cay. Camine por la villa hasta la terraza de la terraza y le garantizo que se sentirá atraído de inmediato hacia la zona de playa privada y el embarcadero, hacia el mar azul y azul.

El cómodo sofá para 6 personas se centra alrededor de la televisión inteligente de 55 ". Hay wifi gratuito con una buena señal ya que el mástil se encuentra en el área de Hartswell.
Todas las áreas de estar y comer en el piso inferior tienen vistas espectaculares del Parque Nacional Moriah Harbor Cay. Hay puertas francesas desde el comedor y la sala de estar a la espaciosa terraza. La terraza tiene ciertamente una sensación tropical al estar rodeada de palmeras y de la maravillosa flora y fauna de las Bahamas, que atrae a una gran cantidad de aves, incluido el fascinante colibrí.

La televisión inteligente con muy buen sonido le permite reproducir sus canciones favoritas mientras descansa en la terraza exterior, observando a los pescadores de huesos en los apartamentos, saludando a los navegantes mientras pasan o simplemente se enfrían.

Un medio baño más se encuentra desde el pasillo interior de atrás.

El segundo piso de la propiedad tiene otros 2 dormitorios, uno con dos camas individuales y el otro con una cama tamaño queen. Hay un montón de espacio de guardarropas que incluye unidades de sorteo para que el equipaje se pueda almacenar fuera del sitio. Otra cama tamaño queen está ubicada en el rellano grande con pantalla independiente para brindar algo de privacidad. El tercer baño también se encuentra en el segundo piso.

The Dream Maker is an excellent property! We had 9 people in our group and everyone was very comfortable. Lorraine offers lots of outdoor seating, plenty of beach towels, kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, etc. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are lots of water accessories if needed. I highly recommend!

Wonderful House/Host

Lorraine was a great host and their beautiful house is amazing. The dock and small beach area is a perfect combination for renting a boat or snorkeling along the shore. We love Exuma 💕

Family get away

We had a fabulous time on Exuma and our stay at Dream Maker was excellent! We rented a boat from Island Exclusive and they were fantastic too. Brought the boat to us and picked it up. The dock was a favorite of ours. Spent every morning there with a coffee watching the turtles and a shark! Snorkeling right off the dock was incredible too. More life than we expected. And one night we had an amazing lightening storm off in the distance that we all sat and watched from the dock. There was construction next door that started early in the mornings but not to the point that it bothered us. The house was well stocked with all we needed. Loved the location for access to town too.

Exactly as advertised

This was our 8th trip to the Bahamas in 8 years. I gotta say that this might be our favorite house so far. The layout is great and the backyard view can't be beat. We will stay in this house again!

An amazing gem

The house was perfect, the location was perfect, the host were exceptional. One of the most uniquely beautiful locations I have ever stayed at. Dock for a boat, came with kayaks which you can use to go into the park. Best kitchen ever. I just love the home and the hosts, if you’re looking for that forever lasting memory full of beauty and happiness, don’t let this location pass by, book it now.

Exuma paradise

We had 4 adults and 4 teen kids in the house and found it perfect for our group. The pictures don't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it was than we expected. The view from the back porch was fantastic. Loved having a dock/mooring ball for a boat that we rented. Highly recommend.

Dream Maker is Dreamy :)

The Dream Maker was our favorite stay in Exuma. It was extremely accommodating, comfortable, and the location was perfect! Not only are you on an amazing harbor that you can snorkel around to see amazing sea life, but you are in the middle of tropic of cancer beach and Georgetown. The house is also located 6 min from Blu, which is a must for a fine dining experience. The house has everything you need and spacious room. The patio view was breath taking. The house manager is extremely quick to respond if you need anything and it was a pleasure working with the owner, Lorraine. We highly recommend this amazing house for your stay.

EXCELLENT RENTAL

Lorraine was an absolute dream to work with! She was responsive and helpful! She was able to offer helpful suggestions for local restaurants, stores, etc.. The house was well equipped, spacious, and well-situated! Even when it was windy, we were able to enjoy the wonderful porch with all the comfortable chairs! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and roomy. The dock was awesome and we saw so much sea life swimming by! If you rent a boat, watch the tides VERY carefully as it is tricky getting through from Stocking Island. Definitely a WINNER of a place to stay!

Just Right

We made a very last minute trip and a last minute booking. Owner was very responsive and helpful. As with most out island experiences in the Bahamas, the home was a little off the beaten path. We loved the location right on Moriah Harbour. The dock and provided kayaks were nice. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need. The famous Tropic of Cancer Beach is a short drive to the south on Little Exuma and Georgetown is about 15 minutes north for your market needs. I highly recommend contacting Capt Theo at Tours R Us if you want a personal water tour of the highlights that Exuma has to offer. He will pick you up and drop you off on the dock of the house. Overall, we had a great experience staying at "Dream Maker" and would definately consider staying there again.

Christmas vacation 2019

Dream Maker was the perfect choice for our group of 7 adults. The view from the back porch is amazing and the enlarged dock made fishing and sunbathing accessible and fun. We also enjoyed watching turtles swim by. The kayaks provided were a big plus. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the beach and see corals and pretty fish. Approximately 8 miles south we found Santana’s for outdoor dining (try the fried lobster), and Mom’s Bakery for homemade breads and treats. The white bread and the breakfast bread is highly recommended...we went back 3 times for more! Tropic Of Cancer beach was a highlight..one of the most beautiful we have seen anywhere, but there are no amenities available there. If you go, take drinks, etc. The most delightful surprise was the friendliness of the locals. We all fell in love with the people of Exuma. We would highly recommend DreamMaker (Lorraine the owner was super helpful in providing info and tips about the island), and would definitely stay again.

Little Exuma

Dream Maker was wonderful; more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. Property was clean inside and out. Plenty of beach needs and wants were readily available (floats, masks, snorkels, chairs, towels, kayaks) along with a few basic starter staples such as sunscreen and kitchen condiments. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The view was stunning and provided a most peaceful setting. We kayaked across the water to the sand bars of Moriah Harbour (just be careful if the water is choppy because your arms will be wore out). Lorainne was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The drive from the airport was an easy 20 minutes, just watch for potholes. Rent a vehicle way in advance so you don't run the risk of not getting one! Stop at Prime Meats and Smitty's and a liquor store on the way so you don't have to come back out! The only con was the air conditioners did not evenly cool the bedrooms. We had to leave the door open to the master bedroom and set a fan in the hall to direct cool air into the bedroom while sleeping; also some mattresses were comfortable and some were not so comfy. I would definitely stay again!

Family of 10

We are a chilean family, who had being planning this holiday for a whole year and 5 days before leaving, the host for the house we had rented and paid (Calypso house at Farmer’s Hill), cancelled our stay for no reason. Desperate we contacted Lorraine who always reply everything so fast, just what I needed, trying to help us (we had to split our stay in two houses). Dream maker is a bautiful house that Could perfectly accomodate our party of 10. On the first floor, It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, besides a bed in the dinning area (if not needed its seems like a sofa, but it is not a sofa bed). Also the living room, dinning Table (for a Max of 8) and a kitchen having everything you might need. And of course a great veranda wirh a beautiful view and direct access to a small beach and dock with two kayacs. On the second floor there are 2 rooms with 1 bathroom and a bed in an open space. We never experience problems with water pressure nor hot water, but it was difficult to have the same temperature at all different spaces. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lorraine for your efficiency. Your house is perfect for s great family vacation.

Great Location

Overview: We enjoyed the location of the property and of course the wonderful waters of the Exumas. The Pier was great for our boat rental. House was spacious, clean and comfortable. Property management was responsive and friendly. I don't ever like to leave any type of a negative review, unfortunately, this time I feel I need to. Positive: - good location - house is spacious and comfortable - stocked well with kitchen items and linens - great dock for boat Negative: - Septic Tank was full upon arrival, it backed up in a tub while one of us were showering the day before the outage. We were not able to use any water in the house because of drainage. It had to be pumped the next day and caused a foul odor throughout the house. - Lost power 2 different days (blown transformer). The electric company did fix it, but we slept in the heat 2 nights straight. While we understand it's common for power to be out unexpectedly, we weren't expecting almost 12 hours without power on the first outage. - The water well is electric and without power we had no water. We couldn't take showers, flush, wash dishes, or clothes the last two days, due to water well not working. Having a generator to at least supply power to the well and ceiling fans should be a must. - Railing on back porch is not safe (2 people almost fell off porch from leaning against the rail by BBQ pit) - Air Conditioning doesn't cool all rooms sufficiently. Only the living area and one bedroom cooled well. - Only 1 Garbage Can outside. No pickup all week. Had to store garbage in garage the entire week. The last three days we were only able to use water enough for two showers, a few flushes, and the beginning of a cycle of laundry. We've never left a home without cleaning it, taking out the trash or throwing a load of towels in the wash before we leave. Unfortunately, because of the lack of garbage pickup, water and electricity we weren't able to do any of those things. While the beginning of the stay was great, the last three days were not.

Great experience, very private. Dock right in front was perfect. We rented a boat for three days and we’re able to keep it tight in front of the house.

Dream Maker Exuma

The house is lovely and its spaciousness will easily accommodate a large party. Beautifully decorated with a very adequate kitchen. Unfortunately, there was only one shower that had pressure and hot water and it was on the second floor. We did use a shower on the first floor with low pressure and only lukewarm water. Our party had originally been 8 but one family had to drop out, so there were just 2 couples. It would have been bad if we had had 8 people on our trip. The owner did compensate us via paypal but it wasn't to the amount they had agreed to initially. Oh well, we did manage to have a great time and we did love the house.

Amazing House great location

We had a group of 5 couples 10 people total. This the house was everything described in more. Mr. Lawrence was amazing. Any little issue we might have had he fixed it within an hour. Thank you for letting us use your home! We will be back.

Exceeded our Expectations!

We had the BEST trip and the house was Amazing. The owner, Lorraine, was an excellent communicator and a big help as we tried to plan our trip around Covid. My husband and I traveled with our six kids (who range from 4-14). The house is huge and the photos don't really do the space justice. The beach area is perfect for kids and we had a ton of fun swimming and snorkeling right at the house. The snorkeling around the dock is fantastic. We love that the house isn't smushed up against the main street so you don't get a lot of road noise. Since the water is on the inside (I'm not sure how to explain this?), it's not as rough as the open ocean, which made it much safer for the kids to swim in. We highly recommend using Theo Gray (in the handbook you'll get when you rent this house) for a day trip. Yes, the boat trip was expensive, but it was worth every penny! We LOVED exploring the nearby beaches and highly recommend bringing snorkeling equipment. The beaches are stunning and this house was PERFECT for our stay. We wish we could find a house right next door to buy!

Best House Ever!!

We stayed in this house for a week. We enjoyed the many amenities that it had to offer including a dock, a large porch, and our own beach. When we came to Dreammaker it was a clean house with everything ready for us to hop right into the water after our long flight! The rooms were spacious and had a lot of storage to unpack our clothes and make it feel like home! It also included fishing poles which used often by the kids in our party! A beautiful view from the house or from the dock of the sunrise and sunset. It was also a huge help that when we arrived all of our groceries were there for us being picked up by the property manager! The hammocks on the back porch was a nice added touch when you wanted to relax and read a good book or look out into the clear blue ocean. The private beach right from the backyard was nice so that we we're able to snorkel and swim right from the backyard! We were able to see much sealife including turtles, barracuda, sharks, and tropical fish. We enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends who are looking to go to Exuma!

Best Carribean getaway!

Our stay at Dreammaker was absolutely fabulous. Pictures do not adequately reflect the great home and beautiful views from the porch. The house was immaculately clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The smart TV provided easy access to movies during the occasional rainstorm. We spend most of our time on the porch and on the dock, watching turtles, stingrays and the occasional little lemon shark swim by. The seawall by the dock has lots of colorful fish for snorkeling, and the little cove was great for just floating around. Lawrence was wonderful and very helpful with anything we needed (excursions, etc). The drive into Georgetown for groceries takes about 15 -20 minutes, but we also had lots of great authentic Bahamian food in the little restaurants along the road. Overall our stay at Dreammaker was one of our favorite vacations ever!

We feel that Dream Maker is situated in the most amazing area in the world. As we say the most prettiest sea in the world. Words cannot explain the amazing colours of the sea.
Sit on the jetty and you will be mesmerised watching the sea change colour.
Watch dolphins, shark, turtles, stingray and all types of fish swim by. Try your hand at pole fishing from the end of the jetty with an ice cold beer or glass of cool wine in hand.
Take a coconut from the tree and open to enjoy the best tasting white coconut and milk grown right outside your door.
