Turtle Cove

Cute Cottage on Sodus Bay with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This cottage is separate from the main house and you have access to lawn in front of cottage and small beach. Also there is a dock to tie your boat up to or a public launch nearby. One bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double. Also we have a rollaway for that extra person you would like to bring! Sodus point is known for its great restaurants and bars. You can walk to town in 7 minutes. Kids can feel safe going to town to get ice cream or to visit the park. Also close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the lake and pier. Great cottage for fisherman and families. Come in the winter for some great ice fishing! Use of 2 kayaks with property.
Fire pit is located on site(please bring wood)

This cottage can hold up to 7 people by requesting an extra cot and extra twin size bed. There is an extra charge of $20 per person per night that will be added for groups over 4. No Air conditioning, we have several fans

Such a great spot with beautiful views! The house was very clean and had everything you’d need including access to kayaks and a fire pit, which was perfect at night by the water! Perfect for a couples getaway or a stent with the family. The host was excellent - very communicative with quick responses. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place

This property was awesome! Close to everything in Sodus Point yet tucked back and private. The waterfront was awesome for me and my girlfriend for fishing. Would highly recommend this location and owner!!!

October Stay

We had a wonderful time, despite the weather being cold and a little bit rainy on one of our days. We made the most of it and the house provided a cozy comfort. Definitely would rent again in future!

I stay at this cottage every year. It's the serenity that I need to let stress float on by. I like the peace & quiet, just listening to the waves crash in. It's a fantastic place to recharge. I look forward to visiting next fall.

Awesome place

Check in was very easy. The house was neat and clean when i arrived. I was up visiting family in town for Thanksgiving from Florida. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this property and I will stay again in the future.

Amazing View!

While our weather wasn't the greatest, the view was amazing. Communication with owner was excellent. We were able to use the firepit, walked around town and just sat on the concrete wall and enjoyed the view. Wish we could have kayaked, but too cold. Kitchen and eating area perfect size for family of 4. Only thing keeping this listing from a complete 5 stars is the fact that we're neat freaks and there were cobwebs in several corners and the bathroom fan.

Peace & Tranquillity

The listing was exactly as described. Very spacious. The cottage had everything needed for comfort, including updated appliances. Restaurants are within walking distance. The views were amazing from every spot in the yard. We will be returning next year.

Fourth of July at the Point

Great location and nice place. Utilized the beach for swimming and the dock for people visiting by boat. Spent a lot of time just sunning on the lawn (when it wasn’t raining!) Would recommend
