Condominio directo frente al mar en Seawinds en North Myrtle Beach. Esta unidad del tercer piso tiene dos dormitorios principales con acceso al balcón y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Hay televisores en cada habitación y la sala de estar.

El condominio tiene una cocina de tamaño completo y lavadora y secadora.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this condo - great beach and location. It’s close to Barefoot Landing and the complex has less units which makes the beach less crowded. Overall the condo worked out well for our family.

Birthday week family vacay

Enjoyable visit in a well appointed condo with a perfect layout for my family with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Oceanfront with beautiful views of the ocean. So happy that I had all of the kitchen utensils needed to make my birthday cake!

Beach Retreat

The condo was beautiful. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was very clean and fully stocked for all your needs. The balconies were spacious and had comfortable beach furniture on both balconies. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Black Mold

The location was perfect, the size of the place was perfect also. There was a lot of black mold in the vents. Whoever cleans the place needs to do a better job. The counters and the handles were grimy, baths were dated, and there were broken door handles on the sliders. No one was breaking in off the balcony, but it was a poor look. We would stay in the building again, just not this room until a total deep clean and some updates are performed. Total slum lords...

We fix anything that is broken if anyone bothers to lets us know. We did not hear from the renter about any problems in the unit during week they were in the unit. The only time we heard there was a problem was on a sheet left in the check out lock box. We do ask people let us know prior to check out so if there is anything it can be addressed. We fix things and are not slum lords. At anytime anyone has any concerns we take care of it as well as possible. The renters prior and after were very happy with the unit.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location! It wasn’t mentioned in the listing but there are several boogie boards, pool noodles, 2 small chairs, sand toys and a cooler in the laundry room! This was a great addition. You can watch the sunrise from the main balcony, (see pics, 3 different mornings) The second master does have a balcony but it’s inset a bit and not connected to the main, this was no issue for us. We barely heard anyone above or around us even though there were people present. I will say - IF you are someone who likes or needs a fan, there are none in this condo. (No ceiling fans either) so if that is an issue just a heads up. The elevators are super fast and barely any wait, on Monday evenings at 10pm you can see the Barefoot Landing fireworks from the back walkway to the right of the elevators (on 3). We did wish the pool was at least partially outdoors because it was SO hot in there but hey, can’t have it all! If you have a beach wagon, instead of dragging it up and down steps of the condos beach walkway, right next to the parking lot is public beach access and it’s perfectly flat. Makes a wagon super easy! We’ve visited this area for many years and this was one of our favorite condos. If they could work out access to the outdoor pools next door that would be even better ;)

Perfect view from 2master bedrooms and living room. Fantastic indoor pool. Well maintained condo inside and out. New living room furniture. Very nicely equipped kitchen.Would love to stay again. The manager Karen went above and beyond. Treated me like an owner not just a ‘renter’.Highly recommend. No outdoor pool.

Perfect property in a PERFECT location!

Property was even better than the pictures! Perfect location right by Barefoot Landing. Was nice having 2 rooms with ocean view & balcony. Everything was clean and perfect during our stay. Not one complaint!

Great place to stay

A lovely three bedroom three bath unit with wonderful ocean views. Well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The property manager was timely and thorough in her communication with us. Nice indoor pool. It was not a problem for us but note there is only seating for four people in the living room and only four chairs at the dining table. You will enjoy your stay here!

Beautiful condo, great location, perfect vacation!

The condo was very clean and looked even better than the pictures. It has been updated and was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was even a blow up mattress for an extra bed. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. There wasn't anything that I can think of that we needed that wasn't in the condo. The location was great! The beaches weren't too crowded in front of the condo because it is a smaller building compared to some of the neighboring properties. The condo was in a very family oriented area and it was nice and quiet overall. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking/short driving distance. I will more than likely stay here again. North Shore Reality was easy to work with and check in and out were very simple. We did have an issue with a toilet overflowing but it wasn't anything that could have been helped. I emailed the company right away and they sent a plumber out but did not disturb my trip. The only possible complaint I could have is that they don't have an outdoor swimming pool, but honestly, I spent most of my time at the beach any way so it really wasn't too upsetting. We had a wonderful and much needed vacation here and I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family looking for a nice trip to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

From the moment we found the listing, we knew this would be a great place. The ease of booking, the ease of check-in, and the comfortable homelike accommodations made this a wonderful week. The condo was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, and the HOA pushed guests to practice social distancing and wearing masks in common areas. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach.
