Our centrally located home is just a 5 minutes drive from Grays beach and boardwalk. The family friendly neighborhood is perfect for children and boasts a large front yard, backyard and 2 furnished decks. The home was recently renovated and will feel like your home away from home.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, Keuring coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen island with seating for 2, Dining table fits 8 people. All 4 bedrooms and living room have window AC units.
•Home Layout:
Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, updated kitchen and lots of living space make for a vacation that allows for both private relaxation and family fun.
• 1st FLOOR: 1 Bedroom (full bed), Living / Dining Room, 1/2 bath with washer and dryer, Large updated kitchen, Family Room with fireplace.

•Deck #1 - Outdoor dining, BBQ, Outdoor shower

Great house!

Great location and clean Cape house

Perfect space

This was the perfect space for our Blended family of 6. Enough bedrooms to accommodate our needs. Full kitchen for cooking any meal at home.Beaches were within 4 miles of the house. Quiet neighborhood to walk around. Easy check-in and great communication from the owners.

Wonderful place!

The rental was wonderful - sunny, clean, well appointed, and pleasant interior design (loved the beach feeling). We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children - it had a great layout for us. It was an easy 5 min drive to the beach, which we enjoyed every day! Maria very responsive leading up to the rental - everything went smoothly during our time there. Would highly recommend! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Lovely home!

Great house and great location! Quiet neighborhood but also close to stores and beach. The house is large and comfortably accommodates a big group with plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Linens and towels being provided was an added plus. Communication with the hosts was a pleasure and very easy check in/out. This is a great choice for a cape cod rental.

Perfect place to stay with your family and even room for friends

Exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Clean, good wifi, firesticks on the TVs, basketball hoop in the driveway, lots of adorable bunny rabbits spotted around the property. Maria and Frank we responsive anytime we had a question. Well located and a great family spot with enough room for extra people if needed. Highly recommend.

Great house and location!

This house fit our needs perfectly, with 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was great; a quiet walking neighborhood with a short ride to many of our favorite spots (grays beach, mayflower beach, Hyannis ferries…) The house had everything we needed and was clean and modern. We had little need to contact the owners, but they responded immediately when we did. Would definitely consider this property in the future.

Yarmouth Port stay

Large house and location was great for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras. Sheets and towels were included. Nicely appointed and a sufficient number of bathrooms and bedrooms for all of us. My husband and I took the first floor double and the mattress needs to be replaced as one side sloped so badly. This was tough as I recently had knee surgery. There were two great porches and an outdoor shower. We had a perfect stay.

Great home and location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Yarmouth Port. Property was extremely clean and spacious. Everything has been recently updated, the beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning in each room. Great location close to a number of beaches, especially on the Bayside, which has great beach for kids. We hope to be back!

Overall a very clean and well equipped property. Only issue is that you run out of hot water if you wash clothes or dishes and try to shower soon after.

Family Fun at Cape Cod

We were first time visitors at Cape Cod, and family members gathered from Arizona and Texas. The accommodations were great, everyone was comfortable, and many meals were made there in the evenings. We toured the Cape, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket. We would return to rent again at this location.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving break and had the best time! It is in such a quiet and safe area that is just minutes from the beach! I’ve stayed at many other properties on the cape including right on the beach and this one was my absolute favorite place. It’s spacious and the host has the gift of hospitality! Highly recommend :)

Wonderful house! Wonderful host!

This was, by far, the best experience we’ve had renting a vacation home. The house is beautifully maintained, roomy and accommodated our 2 families (4 adults/4 kids) comfortably. It is in a lovely part of Yarmouth Port in a quiet neighborhood where we took daily walks. The kitchen is well-stocked with newer appliances, glassware, etc. There was a good bottle of wine waiting for us - a nice touch. There is a green backyard with a deck for eating al fresco. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. There are fun family games and a comfortable family room - perfect for watching movies together. Maria is an exceptional host and gave us great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and favorite sights to see in the area. She was quick to respond to our inquiries and went out of her way to be helpful to us. The house and Maria exceeded our expectations! We cannot recommend Maria and her home highly enough!

Great family vacation

We had a great time staying here. House was clean and tidy, stocked with most essentials. Good location to drive to nearby beaches, which were the highlight of our trip. And the ample stock of beach towels was a pleasant surprise. Owner Maria was easy to reach and responded quickly. She provided an extensive list of recommendations for activities for our family, we pretty much stuck to her list and had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend a stay here for family and friends. Got our summer off to a great start. Thanks!!!

Fantastic family vacation spot!

From the start, this property and the owners were amazing! Maria was incredibly accommodating from when we booked, got there, during our stay, and through check out. The house is lovely and large. There are so many little touches and small amenities you wouldn’t even know you need (like tape or a sharpie or a drawer full of disposable masks!). Everything was spotless. Nice yard, great appliances, everything you could need, really making it feel like home. We were less than 2 miles from Gray’s Beach, so I ran there every morning. We had a really fabulous week! After a year of COVID, tjis provided some much-needed family time.nthjdd

A Great House

This was definitely one of the best experiences my family and I have had with renting a house. The owners were very friendly and had the house fully equipped with everything we needed, they definitely went above and beyond. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, I enjoyed taking my kids for a walk around the block. Thank you for a wonderful house to enjoy on our vacation!
