Deer Park Delight!

Fantastic stay! John’s property was super cozy, clean, and easy to navigate. Loved the open layout and the gorgeous fireplace. Our family enjoyed ourselves during the quick getaway… and a big thanks to John- a great host- helpful and accommodating!

Mountain getaway

Great ski weekend with the kids! The condo was a perfect base for family dinners, games, puzzles, etc. Loved the fireplace and big windows! The rec center was a short walk away and a big hit with the kids and adults.

Great location, house layout, property owners

This rental was very close to the highway, activities and restaurants. The property owner was great at communication, getting back to me quickly several times. The layout of the house was perfect for my family. The living room with fire place was very cozy. We hope to stay here again, maybe in the summer next time!

Clean and Convenient!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! There was plenty of room and enough beds for our family of five. It was a close three minute drive to downtown Lincoln and Loon Mountain. There were good places to eat and a few shops local to us. The owner is a great communicator and messaged us prior to our stay with helpful hints about the condo and location. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice property in a great location

Had a great stay. We stayed there for 2 nights. The property was located right on Kancamagus highway, close to Franconia Notch, which had great views of the fall foliage. House had all the essential amenities and the host was super responsive. All in all, a great experience.

Comfy condo

Really great place to stay for a ski trip with the family. Impeccably clean, bright, and full of light, it made for a relaxing base. We really appreciated how quickly John responded to questions via email, and even allowed us an earlier check-in when we made better time getting to the area than we expected.

Ideal location for exploring area

Accurate description and photos of the property in a quiet setting overlooking the lake. We were staying in October so able to look out on the delightful leaf colour. Ideally located to explore Kancamagus route, Mount Washington, Loon mountain. Supermarket and a range of restaurants close by. Communication with John, our host, was good and timely. Would stay here again if we ever in the area.

Perfect family spot for a winter ski vacation.

Huge 2br , 2.5 bath unit in a quiet development with easy access to I-93, Woodstock town center, and multiple classic NH ski areas. The owners are super attentive and the unit was sparkling clean and well-appointed. Passes to the pool and rec bldg are included.

Perfect getaway

Headed to Deer Park to celebrate my birthday with family. John's place was literally the icing on the cake. It was so comfortable and had space for all of us, the amenities were great and John even allowed an earlier check-in. The fireplace was an added bonus and kept us nice and cozy.

Fantastic stay

John was a wonderful host. He responded nearly immediately to our inquiries. The residence was clean and incredibly comfortable. There was plenty or room for everyone to be comfortable. We did not want for anything in this place. Highly recommend this location !

Great value

Great location. I booked this unit because of the spacious living room, and it worked out well. Bedrooms are also very big, and both up stairs and don’t share a wall. The unit is well designed. I’d jump at the opportunity to stay here again.

Lovely rental near Loon Mountain

This is our third winter renting this property. The owner continues to be fantastic to work with, responsive to anything that comes up during the stay. They also continue to upgrade the property, putting in new flooring downstairs and a very lovely gas fireplace that gives a lot of warmth on cold New Hampshire winter days. Deer Park as a community is excellently maintained as well, always plowed after a snow.

Winter/ski getaway

My family of 3 had a great stay! This condo is a fantastic location!! We took the shuttle to Loon so we didn’t have to deal with parking and my teenage son could come and go as he pleased. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our days of skiing. Many restaurants are within minutes of the condo. The ice castles are also just minutes away. We did have a minor issue with the keypad lock when we first arrived, but the host quickly told us where a key was located that we were able to use for the remainder of our stay. We had a great time and would definitely come back again! The host was very kind and helpful.

Excellent stay at John’s!

5 perfect nights! We were a group of 6 ranging from 5 to 75. The location was amazing- just a few minutes from the main town which has many shops and restaurants, and ten minutes to Loon Mountain Resort. The house was very clean with plenty of space to spread out and unwind after a day of skiing. The fireplace, big windows, great views, games and puzzles made it very cozy to watch the snowfall outside. The rec center just a short walk away was a huge plus - pool table, air hockey, arcades, ping pong, gym, and a big gorgeous swimming pool (the kids were in heaven). The neighborhood was very quiet and well taken care off. Loved that the two bedrooms had their own bathrooms, plus a third common bathroom downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked.

Phenomenal Weekend Trip

The property was child-friendly, clean, and easy to access! The instructions were clear and accurate, and the host was helpful and responsive! The deer park community is beautiful, and this unit is well taken care of. We will definitely return in the future!

New Hampshire Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. The owner did some nice upgrades since our last stay. The condo is well equipped, immaculately clean, and cozy/warm in the wintertime. The owner as always was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The association does a great job with plowing after winter storms. We will be back!

Christmas Vacation

Our family, including teens, had a wonderful, relaxing getaway at John's townhome. Skied at nearby Loon and Cannon. Enjoyed dinner out at The Common Man, local pizza place, and cooked spaghetti dinner in our final night. Unit as described and in pristine condition. Nice touches of cleaning products, all the pots/pans, cooking utensils you need, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We enjoyed evenings watching Netflix around the cozy fireplace. Had a minor issue with the wifi (unplugged) upon check in and John immediately called us to resolve. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this Place
