Disfruta de las cálidas aguas del sonido Nantucket en una playa privada a solo 200 pasos de tu puerta principal. Venga a compartir nuestro retiro de playa en Maushop Village de la comunidad de New Seabury en Mashpee, MA. Allí encontrará una cocina completa y un plano de planta abierto en el primer piso con medio baño. Arriba hay dos dormitorios y un baño completo con lavandería compacta. Las habitaciones de arriba tienen balcones para disfrutar de la brisa del mar. El primer piso tiene un patio y parrilla para disfrutar de la vida al aire libre. Despídase de empacar todo el día si no lo desea: es fácil regresar para almorzar, tomar una siesta o simplemente descansar del sol y la arena.

Si necesita helado, café, provisiones o un alquiler de playa, el mercado de Popponesset está a un corto paseo por un sendero boscoso. También encontrarás música en vivo aquí en muchas tardes. No te olvides de disfrutar del restaurante y bar aquí también. El Popponessett Inn y el club de campo New Seabury ofrecen otras opciones gastronómicas en la propiedad. Amazing stay !

We had a wonderful stay in Maushop Village. The cottage was clean, updated and in a fantastic location - close to the beach, golf course and the Marketplace - looking forward to staying here again!

Great location, nice place

Very clean and functional, location is great just few minutes walk to the beautiful beach l. Karyn was super responsive and everything was as advertised.

Quiet get away

We really enjoyed our quiet stay on The Cape. A short stroll to the beach and quiet trails make this a peaceful place to stay. Stores are close enough to be a convenience and now an eye sore. Would definitely stay here again. One small problem was a broken bathroom door latch downstairs but, that’s not a big deal when staying with family. Check in and check out were very easy. Just be sure to use your navigation coming in so you don’t get lost.

Just what we needed

This condo offered everything we could’ve needed for a weekend getaway to soak up some quality time with our kids. Not only is the Mashpee area, in itself, a great location, but the condo was minimalist in the most perfect way! Super cozy and clean on the inside, and the owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, which only added to the comfort of our stay. Would absolutely love to visit again!

Second trip!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it won’t be our last! We love the proximity to the beach and restaurants! Great areas to walk around. The hosts are SO wonderful to work with and accommodated a last minute request to update our dates. Will recommend again and again!

Perfect Property

Quaint cottage, beautifully appointed. Had everything we needed. Location extremely close to a wedding we were attending, and centrally located to multiple restaurants & shopping areas as well. The owners were super responsive, and very accommodating to requests we made. Even a quick walk to the beach. We'd certainly return to this property if we have reason to be back in the area!

Beautiful cottage in Maushop village

Darling - private- shady very clean amd well maintained cottage. Great beds- linens- towels. Kitchen well stocked with knives- pots- pans. Even had some basic pantry items so helpful not to build from square one. Great Beach chairs- towels- Central AC Has 1 1/2 bath- a pleasant surprise as I only thought there was 1 full. Also- bunk bedroom also had trundle under lower bunk. Would be wonderfully comfortable for a family with 3+ kiddos as the sofa pulls out as well. Super responsive hosts. Very warm and welcoming. Terrific week! Would highly recommend

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was awesome! Had everything that we needed to enjoy a Cape Cod vacation. Host’s we’re communicative through check in/out process and neighborhood was was quite. My family and I had a great time at this property and would definitely book again. Note: Beach Access for elderly may be a bit tricky (stairs/path). Verify seasonal hours of Maushop Village stores.

Loved it!

We loved our stay! The proximity to the private beach was amazing as well as all of the amenities within walking distance at the market (such as Cape Cod Coffee). We attended a wedding at the Popponesset Inn and it was within walking distance as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and having a washer/ dryer was a big plus!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect place to rent for a long weekend with our 2 young children! Just a quick walk to the beach! The check-in process was easy and the owners were so accomodating to let us check-in early. The rooms and floors were very clean. I LOVED that we did not have to worry about washing towels or bed linens before we left. That always causes so much stress for me. We had a wonderful stay and would rent here again.

A very special area, and the cottage is adorable. Bedroom lighting does not work (lamplight only) and no USB ports in the unit. I wrote to inquire, after our arrival, and the owners did not reply to our query. The owners were, however, very helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc.

Will book again!

I have been coming to Cape Cod since I was a child and was so excited to bring my husband and our 9-month old son. I knew Maushop would be perfect because of its location and ease to get back and forth from the beach. This property was absolutely perfect. It was clean and well-decorated and the owner provides beach chairs and towels. As we were driving off the bridge back home, I actually went to VRBO to see if I could reserve this unit for next year! I can't yet, but will certainly be checking back in. New Seabury and Mashpee are such a great family area and we look forward to make memories here for years to come. Thank you to the hosts!

great place to stay!

Had such a wonderful time at the condo. My boyfriend and I arrived very late on a Thursday in the middle of a downpour and the condo was clean, warm, and wonderful. We woke up Friday to a little pocket of paradise! The community is very cute and everything you would want from Cape Cod. My boyfriend worked from home Friday and had no issues with wifi or connectivity. You can walk over to the Poppy Inn for great meals and a bar. We had another couple stay with us Saturday night in the extra bedroom and the 4 of us fit well in the space (one bathroom upstairs, one half bath downstairs). 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect Cape getaway

The condo is well appointed and couldn’t be in a more convenient location! The marketplace within walking/biking distance was a huge hit. A short easy walk to the private beach is priceless. Karyn made sure we were all set and had GREAT recommendations for local dining and activities. Just a top notch rental experience all the way around. Bravo!

Would stay again!

This property was wonderful. It was exactly as described in the listing. The condo had everything we could possibly need, from beach chairs, sand toys and extra towels, to umbrellas and laundry detergent. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. The private beach was perfect for the kids, only a few minutes' walk away and never crowded. Also a short walk away was a small marketplace with a few restaurants and shops. The location on the cape made day trips to Plymouth and Boston very doable. The entire development community was super cute, and had a very laid back and family friendly vibe. My family would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks!

The property was clean and less than a 4 minute walk to the private beach. The owner Karyn was very easy to communicate with. She responded quickly to all questions. The property was clean and very easy to access. Very quiet and relaxing beach. I would highly recommend the lobster roll from the raw bar at the shops. The VRBO experience was good and if we were to do it again I would seek out this unit.

Sept Getaway

Very convenient and easy getaway, ideal for solo, couple or small family. Cottage is very cute, clean and owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Loved the little neighborhood and steps from the beach. Only complaint is neighbors could have been a little quieter and more conscious of wearing masks. Don’t forget to try the jumbo lobster roll @ Pompanesset!
