Encantadora y renovada casa histórica del este de Nashville en 5 puntos deseables. ¡Ubicación óptima para bares / vida nocturna y música en vivo a poca distancia! 1. 5 millas al centro de la ciudad - un viaje de $ 7 Lyft / Uber.
Casa bien cuidada con 2 amplias habitaciones, 2 baños, cocina remodelada y 2 cómodas salas de estar. 4 chimeneas interiores de gas. Dormitorio principal y baño remodelados, grandes con mosquitero en el porche con sofá y diván.
Pintoresco patio y jardines cercados, grandes en el porche trasero con estanque de peces / cascada justo afuera de la puerta.

¡Tenemos asientos a nivel de club para los juegos de fútbol de TN Titans! 24 de noviembre, 15 de diciembre, 22 de diciembre (no incluido en el precio del alquiler). Si está reservando para esos fines de semana, pregunte si está interesado. La casa está a poca distancia del estadio.

Beautiful home - worked out perfectly for us!

Owner was very easy to work with. Check in was the easiest ever. House was very clean and welcoming. Nice neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very comfortable home

Highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in the Five Points neighborhood of Nashville! Beautiful house and property and very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was outstanding. Easy to get to the touristy areas but the neighborhood had plenty of cool bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Do not hesitate to stay here, you’ll have everything you need and more.

Great Home in a Perfect Location

We had a great stay here, and really loved how close it was to everything. Parking was easy to find everywhere, and lots of places in close walking distance. Very short distance to Broadway and the Gulch. Would definitely stay again!

Elena is wonderful to rent from. Loved our stay! The house is historical with the proper modern touches! Coffee pods provided, such a nice touch. Highly, highly recommend this house for any Nash trip. Everything is a short Lyft ride away. 5 excellent stars!

Oasis in East Nashville

We absolutely loved this house tucked into a quiet corner of East Nashville, but close to many things to see and do. Frankly, we could have spent the entire time on that front porch! I have stayed at a number of airB&B and VRBO properties, but this was the best one by far.

Elena's house/cottage is absolutely WONDERFUL and we had the PERFECT time in Nashville! We all loved sitting on the front porch every morning enjoying our coffee and the complimentary paper while we planned our days! Amazing Find in East Nashville!

We rented this house for a much needed "moms weekend off" weekend away from the kids... and I can't rave more about it. The pictures really don't do it justice, and the location is phenomenal to everything in the 5 Points area. The outdoor landscaping is gorgeous, and there are plenty of places to have your morning coffee or glass of wine! :-) I've been to Nashville a number of times and have yet to find such a hidden gem as this... we will be back for sure! Thank you, Elena, for your hospitality!

Great House, Great Location

Wonderful house in a real neighborhood. My wife loved the house, so bonus points for me. A very short walk to the center of Five Points and all of the restaurants and bars. A short drive to Broadway downtown. The weekend we were there happened to be the East Nashville Tomato Art Festival - many of the streets around Five Points were closed off and filled with vendors selling art and food, and there were also stages with live music. Great fun. Literally thousands of people came to the area. Saturday morning as I sat on the front porch reading the paper and listening to the music from the nearby stage I was fielding compliments from passers-by for "our" landscaping. The house has everything you need including a fully functional kitchen - although we didn't do any cooking. I think we really got lucky finding this house, it enhanced our stay in Nashville.

East Nashville weekend

This is a beautiful home located around the corner from great neighborhood restaurants and bars. It is nicely removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, but a short Uber ride to get there and back. We had a great time during our stay.

A bargain at twice the price

Our son lives in Nashville so we visit frequently; our usual place was rented and we found Elena's (this) home. For perspective I should also say that I have been a VRBO host for 13 years as well as a VRBO guest domestically and internationally.. So when I say that this was the most perfect experience we've ever had, and the best place we've ever rented, I say it from experience. When you arrive at the front gates you realize that you have been taken back in time to a calmer, elegant time in US history. (Yes this is on the national registry). The garden that greets you leads you to a warm porch with sitting chairs and a 2 person swing and you don't even feel the need to go inside. But, once you do, the comfortable sitting rooms at the entrance and to both the right and left just make you feel at home, not as a visitor but really at home. Did I mention the 4 sided fireplace? the kitchen has every modern convenience but is just as warm as the sitting rooms.... but it leads to a screened in 3 season, 3 sided porch with delightful cross vent. The colors so soothing. At this point, Elena's home gets an A+, but wait... the screen porch opens out onto a rear patio garden, which is fenced in from the street but again has chairs, garden. Patio is capped off with a babbling man made stream with, of course, little fishes. Unlike most Nashville homes, plenty of parking. High speed Wi-Fi and flat screen TV with full Comcast service. We really made ourselves to home, inviting my son, his girlfriend, my other son, nephews, etc. Everyone was supremely impressed as well. I texted Elena after the first day and told her - I'm never leaving, so don't think of coming home. A bargain at twice the price.

Amazing Home
