Esta nueva y hermosa construcción se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa desde una tranquila comunidad costera en Burkes Beach. El piso inferior alberga los garajes y un área de juegos que mira a una hermosa piscina y spa, ideal para la diversión familiar bajo el sol. El piso principal es una sala enorme y abierta donde la cocina, la sala y el comedor se unen entre sí. Hay muchos asientos cómodos, techos altos que miran hacia el puente y una pared llena de ventanas que muestran un porche de pantalla brillante y una enorme terraza que baja a la piscina. Esta planta tiene el dormitorio principal con baño y la lavandería, bellamente decorados, así como 2 habitaciones grandes con sus propios baños. El piso superior cuenta con un puente asombroso que da a la gran sala y 3 habitaciones adicionales en suite. Un ascensor conecta los tres pisos. Beautiful house which was perfect for our group of 10. The game room occupied us all during the brief rain storms and the walk to the beach was very short. There’s a park across the street and bike paths were near by!

Christmas Gathering

Great family vacation! House was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents, kids, and toddlers

Property is lovely and well-maintained. Kitchen and dining facilities are great for family meals. Proximity to the beach is perfect, and the pool is private and relaxing. This was our second year at 4 Shore Crest Lane and we plan to return in the future.

Great vacation home for large gatherings

We had a great family stay at this beautiful home. There were about 12 adults and 3 kids, and we all had room to have fun together or seperately when we needed it. The games/bar room was such a nice addition, as we had no reason to go out most nights.The outdoor covered patio was perfect for any weather and many of us hung out there most of the day.The house came with plenty of nice amenities like bikes and beach toys that we didn't need to worry about renting or buying. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Absolutely amazing and perfect for the entire family. 4 generations from age 2 to 76, everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed every part of house, plenty of space for all, the beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, had all the necessary equipment we needed to be there for a week! We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach house

We loved everything about this property! The proximity to the beach was great - an easy 5 minute walk. We had a great time playing all of the games in the game room - pool and shuffle board were a huge hit. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool - plenty of seating and great location right off the game room. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the entire house was immaculate.

Brown family vacation

The property was amazing. We met up with our kids and their family for a week’s vacation. The kitchen was huge. We all sat around the dining table plus a high chair for lunches and dinners. The pool was so much fun. Our granddaughters loved it. We will be back for another vacation!!

The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. A few families stayed here together. The weather ended up cold and rainy, but the game room was so fun, the house was cozy and the heated pool was perfect! It had everything we could ever want or need. And a nice short walk to the beach too. We did have some Construction going on next-door to us. But they called ahead to let us know in case we wanted to change to a different location, which was very kind of them. Because of the rain they weren’t there doing construction at all so it worked out great! Also loved access to the bikes! The only thing we all would have loved is doors on the showers. Smart idea for cleaning purposes in the design, but hard to stay warm :) Would 100% recommend and would stay there again!

Great house - well appointed and comfortable

This was a great house for a big group - everything was well labeled, lots of towels, and very clean. THe games room was a lot of fun - plus having 7.5 bathrooms is great. The management company was very timely and responsive to a minor issue. I would note the beach was a hike with gear and was very crowded due to public beach access and high tide issues.

The house is beautiful! Space is so well designed for a large family. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. The pool and screen room were amazing, used often and thoroughly enjoyed. Short, easy walk to the beach was huge factor for great overall experience. A few minor suggestions: 1) there were issues with the door going into basement from the family room, top hinge loose affecting door closing; 2) ice maker machine by the bar was not working (would have been super nice to have it working); 3) GFI outlet in the basement bathroom was loose, hanging out of the wall. Overall this house and our stay was amazing. We will have forever wonderful memories of our trip and experience in this beautiful home. Thank you so much! The J White Family

December Get Away

Wonderful home! Great kitchen. Easy walk to beach. Very clean, lots to do with board games and games on lower level, So fun to have bikes to ride. Trails are great. Management very responsive to questions. Only complaint is it was very noisy with all the construction around, but we were there with 3 houses going up and that's a temporary thing. We loved it and are looking to return again in warmer weather. Thank you!

Family Of 18

The property served our family of 18 well with ages from 1 to 73. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a big plus. Highlights included the pool, accesss to a great beach, big kitchen island, screened in dining area, four bikes, and a great lower level with things to do for all ages. Negatives were that the main floor (actual floor) could have been cleaner and a few minor issues that were taken care of quickly and efficiently by the property management. Rated highly by all.

The house was lovely and the people who took care of the property we fast and available . The kitchen, though beautiful was I’ll equipped for cooking for a large group. No serving pieces or mixing bowls or kitchen tools except the bare necessities. Also there is a lot of construction in the area so the noise level could get high. All in all a good time was had.

Week to Remember

We were originally booked at another location a year in advance and discovered there was active construction that would have made it difficult for napping babies—- the vacation company worked with us so beautifully and relocated us to this property that was PERFECT for us! It felt private, the space was newly remodeled, our family of 11 adults and 6 children fit comfortably, the kitchen and dining area allowed us to eat all together (and also outdoor table on the deck), the pool area was a highlight for the kids, the Sea Pines area was so beautiful and fun to bike ride around. and last but not least—- we were located almost on the boardwalk which made it so convenient! We would 100% return to this location!

Perfect 50th Anniversary trip

The Vacation Company made everything about booking this beautiful property a dream! It felt more like staying in a 5 star resort. From the little touches like gift bags in the kitchen and baths, to the very nicely cleaned and maintained property, this home exceeded our expectations. Great house blocks from the beach

Beautiful house with a nice pool and lots of amenities. House was a couple blocks from the beach access. Since the house was across from the public park it was often crowded with lots of people parking nearby to use the beach access.

Super Bowl Weekend

Our group of 10 enjoyed the house and the location! The house is exactly as displayed and the basement game room was a great place for playing games (pong pong, foosball, and more). Everything was solid and we’d rent again. Thanks!!

Perfect New Year’s get away

My family of Nine enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during the last week of year. The rooms are sprawling and immaculate. They each come a bathroom. The kitchen is huge. It was the perfect place for Chef Johannes to cook us our last dinner catering to our many dietary and allergy needs. The game room was fun playing ping pong, foosball and corn hole. The best was the elevator, which helped this old man’s knees. We enjoyed the bikes on the beach and strolls in the park. The management company did a great job making sure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this place. Peace and Love from the Roff/Felberg family!

November golf trip

The house was perfect for buddies golf trip. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, etc. the first floor gaming area was awesome for the day it rained. Would definitely stay here again!
