Esta casa de campo recientemente renovada (disponible en mayo de 2019) ofrece 3 dormitorios, 2 ½ baños y varias salas de estar dentro y fuera. La casa está convenientemente ubicada en el camino de la playa y un corto paseo lo llevará a una de las playas más vírgenes y tranquilas de Hilton Head. La ubicación de la casa en Forest Beach, está cerca de muchos de los restaurantes, tiendas y comercios más populares de Hilton Head Island y también está al lado del famoso Sea Pines Resort.

Una piscina grande y nueva a medida ofrece una repisa de bronceado con función de burbujeador y una bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas. * La vida al aire libre en el patio trasero también incluye un patio y césped (artificial) junto a la piscina para descansar. Un gran porche cubierto ofrece una Smart TV de pantalla plana, ventiladores, cortinas al aire libre, asientos cómodos y cómodos y una gran mesa abatible para cenas al aire libre o para una noche de juegos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, Smart TV, baño "en suite" con una gran ducha a ras de suelo, tocador completo y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king, un armario, Smart TV y comparte un baño completo con el tercer dormitorio que tiene 2 camas individuales, un armario y un Smart TV. Las tres habitaciones están ubicadas en un pequeño tramo de escaleras desde el salón principal.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our Christmas getaway. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect size house for family of 4-6. Open kitchen and living room. Beautiful screened in porch. Relaxing pool and jacuzzi with 5 minute walk to the beach via your own private path. Great location. Quick bike ride to Cologny for shopping and dining.

2 Laurel Lane is a treasure. Beautiful home and just the right size for a smaller family stay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the proximity to the beach. We will definitely be booking this one again. Island Getaway Rentals, you never disappoint!!

Great Location & Amenities

Great location - 3 minute walk to the beach via a private trail. Within biking distance to Coligny for shopping, restaurants, and parks. Great amenities - House was well furnished and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and brand new. Open floor plan with access to kitchen, living room, screened-in porch, rec room, and pool view to watch the children.

Great location

Overall we had a good stay. Pros include good size pool (with “tanning ledge” which is great for kids!) and hot tub. Great location, there’s a path in the backyard that leads right to the beach. Four minute drive to Coligny plaza. Cute screen porch.Cons- could use a bit more attention to detail on cleaning.

cozy beach house

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The beach was super close to the house and everyone enjoyed themselves. My one call out was that there were no beach towels or ANY basic home or kitchen supplies (ie: trash bags, paper towels, containers for storing food etc) Made it super annoying for those of use traveling by plane as we had to purchase everything.

Thank you for the review. We are glad you enjoyed the house. There should have been a starter set of supplies at the property so you do not have to rush right out and buy things. I apologize if that was not available. The list of supplies is on our Web site. Most of the properties do not supply beach towels, which are cumbersome for those flying.

September 2021 Stay

This was a great value for a family of three with a couple of Grandparents coming down for a few days as well. I think it's perfect for a single family with a couple of three kids. The beach access path is RIGHT out the back behind the pool. I would stay here again. They don't provide hardly anything at the house...not even salt and pepper. Just some hotel soap and shampoo and some bath towels and bed linens.

June 2019 Stay

This house was beautifully updated! While it appears small on the outside the renovation and design have utilized space so it seems so much larger. We enjoyed our time together in it’s open concept design. I’m sure it’s because we are some of the first to stay, but here are some suggestions of what we feel it may need to assist other families in the future: rug for wet feet at back kitchen door, more prep knives, large bowls, small casserole dish, rug at garage door, umbrella at pool would be nice for those who want to be with family but not in the direct UV rays. Any issues we did encounter were promptly handled by your team. We loved the screened in porch and the curtains to shield from the rain storms were awesome! The pool was used a lot but the artificial turf , though a fabulous idea, was too hot to walk on in bare feet to get to the chairs. Everything was so beautifully decorated and CLEAN. We so hope future renters will take loving care of it to keep it in this state for we plan to return.

June 2019 Stay

What a pleasant surprise! This house is the house we have been looking for for 20 years! We are a small family and like to travel with just us, making it difficult when many houses on Hilton Head cater to the extended family or multi-family and can sleep up to 20 people! The house is such a manageable size and just walking out to the pool is so convenient. Only suggestion, is (like an earlier review) I would love to have small rug at the sink and backdoor to pool. I also agree that I could have used a few more knives of various sizes. Not a big deal as I usually travel with my favorite kitchen gadgets since I cook a lot, but typically I don't bring knives. The disposal seemed temperamental but my husband just checked the circuit breaker and I think that fixed it. All in all, the decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the sectional was very comfortable as well! We are planning on using the property again very soon!

Grandchildren loved backyard and pool. Being on the beach path and so close to the beach was so nice. The house was nice but must say it is not maintained or cleaned as nicely as other homes we have stayed at. The two bedroom fans were not working correctly, and the rooms were warm at night ( we put in for maintenance but they never came). All the power went out in the screened in area two days into our week. These things didn’t ruin our trip - we had a great time.

Awesome! Would go again in a heartbeat!

This house was so clean and so beautiful! I love to decorate and i couldn’t have done a better job myself. There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans and storage in cabinets for groceries after we went shopping. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Plenty of space to sit on chairs which were provided or lay on a towel on the turf. I know there was a prior review that had complained about how hot the turf was. Maybe they were there in the heat of the summer. We were there the first week of April and it actually felt nice and warm on our feet even though it was in the 70s. We liked it because it wasn’t hard like the real grass was. We rented bikes and were able to store them in the garage. The walk to the beach was short and gorgeous! We would stay there again in a heartbeat❤️

Terrific location for a getaway

Short walk to the non crowded beach, everything updated in the house, great WiFi system and smart TVs worked well. There was an issue with the pool system, but the management company sent someone out to repair it.

We liked the house and the proximity to the beach. There were lots of areas for family to gather. The artificial turf was nice to look at, but it got too hot in the afternoon to walk/stand on. Wish there was more shade in the afternoon besides the one umbrella. The master bath shower door seemed to be installed backward, leaving it very hard to open and close from the inside. All in all, we enjoyed the house and would rent it again.
