Esta unidad del extremo norte está directamente en la calle ancha, blanca y arenosa. Playa de Agustín. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila de St. Playa de Agustín, donde no se permite conducir en la playa. Impresionantes vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones. Quedarse dormido y despertarse con el sonido de las olas.

En su interior encontrará un condominio de 2 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños con un diseño de casa adosada. El piso principal de la unidad está en el segundo piso del edificio. Aquí encontrarás la hermosa cocina con encimeras de granito. El comedor y la sala de estar están abiertos a la cocina. El medio baño se encuentra en esta planta. Hay un pequeño balcón fuera de la sala de estar con vistas al océano y la playa.

Ambas habitaciones y baños completos están arriba. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con un pequeño balcón privado con vista al mar y la playa. El baño principal tiene una bañera / ducha y un amplio vestidor / vestidor. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y vista al mar hacia el norte. El segundo baño completo cuenta con una ducha y un tocador con una tapa de granito.

Surfside Six es un complejo pequeño y acogedor con una ubicación céntrica y está a un paseo de muchos restaurantes y del muelle.

Helpful communication. Place was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning with a gorgeous view!Very close to restaurants, areas of interest, and stores. We spent some days in St Augustine and some on the beach that is just steps away. Definitely recommend!

The location is fantastic! This is on the beach with nothing but sand between you and the water. Many restaurants and ice cream shops within a 10 minute walk…some only 2 minutes. Many windows in this unit that provide an amazing view of the ocean from almost every room. Everything is nicely maintained and in good shape. Very comfortable bed! All the dishes and cookware we needed were provided. One note: There are 24 steps up to the entrance of this second floor unit and 15 more up to the bedroom which was a challenge to my elderly father but the railings are solid and he managed it well. All of these steps get you up high enough to an awesome view. I would stay here again!

More than 5 star!

This is the perfect location for a stay on Saint Augustine Beach. The condo is roomy and comfortable and the view is outstanding. The beach is at your backdoor and is uncluttered and beautiful. You can walk to restaurants and shops or head into Saint Augustine for a different experience. I would love to return and spend more time!

Beautiful views!

Absolutely beautiful views through big windows. Quick walk to some of my favorite places to eat at the beach. Easy access to the beach. Parking was also very easy. I highly recommend this place!!!

Spring Break

The condo was everything we hoped for. Gorgeous views of the ocean and very easy access to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we could walk to nearby restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for our party of four. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great Location

Location was just steps from the ocean and a short drive to historic St. Augustine downtown. Overall very clean and well maintained. Only issue was 1 of the windows leaked during a heavy rain storm but property mgt was quick to respond. Great trip, would definitely return.

Excellent beachfront location

This two bedroom unit is on the 2nd and 3rd (top two) floors of the six unit building, two bedrooms up (with balcony) and living room kitchen and dining area on the 2nd floor (with another balcony). Awesome beach/ocean views from both floors, dune ramp to beach is right next to the building. 5 minute walk to main strip of Beach A1A with great restaurants and a fabulous diner. Really nothing negative to say, but if you will be there for a week and have luggage, the stairs could pose a challenge. We had a great time.

Great Place and Location

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. We truly had a great time. The unit was a mix of recent updates and simplicity. There's a lot of stuff close by: Cafe 11 is basically across the street for a morning caffeine dose, donut shop down the street along with a bunch of restaurants. I personally think this is the best location in all of St. Augustine.

St Augustine Beach

Nice property on beach with great views. St. Augustine itself is more of a day trip or weekend at most. We visited when Covid was just starting to break out and stores and restaurants were just beginning to close which out a pall over the entire trip, just wanted to get home so left the rental a day early. Property manager was very easy to contact by phone and text.

Beautiful views

The property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the beach. Had some issues with the TVs - one in master bedroom would not work even after realtor came over to check it out, and the main TV in living room sometimes would not work properly. Very low water pressure in 2nd floor hall bathroom. Condo was mostly clean, but needs some updating and touch up. Overall, it was a nice stay.

One of the best views on the beach!!

Very well done. Views from the downstairs and upstairs bedroom is spectacular! Sunrise is seen from the perfect view. Was set to arrive 3 hours earlier and asked about an early check in. ( condo had been cleaned the day before as no one was renting ) we were charged over 1/2 of the daily rate for an additional 3 hours. hmmmm seemed excessive.

We are so pleased that you had an excellent stay with us at our direct oceanfront condo! Our check in time does clearly state 3 PM and any early arrival more than an hour is charged a half a day fee per our company policy. We do hope that you come and stay with us again at any of our properties in the future!

Amazing view

Very comfortable condo with the best view. The beach access is right next to the condo. The condo is at the end so it has views on two sides. I will note one consideration if you are traveling with children. The windows are floor to ceiling, which is great for the view, but there are no screens. Therefore, a child could potentially fall out if the window was open. Other than that, the condo could use a chair or two in the living room if traveling with more than a few people. We would definitely book again.

Nice place

The view is terrific. The place is comfortable, but it is difficult to heat the lower level without making the upper level a sauna. The neighbor was having some extensive work done which was a little noisy. Also a guy came by to fix the soffit, and it was disconcerting to have a worker on a ladder right outside. This went over two days. But presumably it's fixed now and won't be a future problem.
