As perfect as the pictures!

Belle et Passible is, in fact, beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly appointed for a large or multiple families. The property is impeccably maintained, inside and out, and has everything you need for a wonderful weekend at the lake!The house is a very short 5 min drive from downtown Charlevoix, and served our two families perfectly as a home base for the weekend.I would highly suggest a stay at this property if it is available to you!

Fabulous Charlevoix lake house stay

We had a fabulous week long stay Beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix Large family gathering and we had plenty of room in the home and in the back yard and porch and lake shore Was able to use the boat lift for our speed boat and thus used it every day Loved the sandy beach for the grandkids and the fire pit for evening s’mores Easy access to golf courses and downtown and the public beaches on Lake Charlevoix and Michigan Did lots of dinners in the kitchen and used the bbq grill Love the large table on the back porch overlooking the lake

Annual Family Get-together

Belle et Paisible lives up to its name in every way. This upscale home is spacious and immaculately maintained, with beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix. It is close to Charlevoix, and a short drive from Petosky, Harbor Springs, and the ferry to Mackinac Island. Our family gets together annually in the summer, and this is definitely a property we would consider returning to. Carine is a wonderful host and responded promptly to any questions we had. My only suggestion would be to amend the VRBO listing to not call the jacuzzi in the master suite a hot tub. Adding an actual hot tub would be a nice touch.

Beautiful home & spectacular views! This home has everything you will need. The location is minutes to downtown Charlevoix. The communication with the owners was pleasant & timely. We had an amazing time!! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our family vacation! Excellent location, beautiful setting with outstanding views of Lake Charlevoix, and a beautifully updated home. It was much better than I had expected in a rental and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again in the future!

Gorgeous place, beautiful setting right on the water and Carine was a great communicator, always facilitating. She even arranged perfect weather for us in early September! We had an awesome time.

Wonderful Property

Beautiful home with every amenity! Our family just enjoyed a return visit to Belle et Paisible. Carine’s home is perfect for our annual family vacation in Charlevoix. We have rented other nice properties in Charlevoix but nothing as nice as Belle et Paisible. The best!!!

Beautiful Charlevoix Stay!

We had a magical time in Charlevoix at this beautiful home. We gathered with grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The house was in impeccable condition. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we need to cook for a family. The views of Lake Charlevoix and the beautiful lawn and bocce ball pit were all just perfect. Carine our host was so helpful answering our questions and making recommendations for places to go. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house and property are just ideal for a large family. We had all ages and it allowed everyone their own space and the yard was absolutely beautiful. Very close to Charlevoix, easy to get everywhere. Carine was absolutely wonderful to communicate with, she always responded quickly to any questions we had. Would certainly recommend and we hope to come back!

Absolutely stunning home on Lake Charlevoix, short drive from anywhere you want to go (Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw), wonderfully equipped, perfectly laid out for families with little kids (or bigger ones), and a great owner/host who's so responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful week on the lake to escape the Texas heat in August. The house was beautiful along with the landscaping and lake views. Kitchen was well equipped. We had 5 grandchildren with us from ages 3 months to 3 years. Just know that you will have to bring or rent anything needed for infants. We also have an adult handicapped son and one reason we rented this house was that it said it had an elevator. Sadly there is not one. There is also not a hot tub/spa that is also listed as an amenity Owner thinks the whirlpool bathtub is the same thing I guess-even though it’s listed under “Pool & Spa”. When brought to her attention she said she would have the listing corrected, but as of today (Oct 22) it is still listed as such. Also note that the bunk beds are in the basement and there is no bathroom on that floor. Location is great and lots of places to visit within an hours drive. Flying into Traverse City was an easy drive to the house. Would recommend this house despite the lack of listed amenities

A Perfect Lakefront Getaway for All Ages – Rain or Shine!We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, but this home on Lake Charlevoix stands in a class of its own. It’s more than a lake house—it’s a beautifully remodeled mansion that strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fun.The outdoor space is exceptional: a private bocce court, a massive sandbox that kept the kids entertained for hours, and a cozy firepit where we ended each night with s’mores and stories. Inside, there's just as much to love. On rainy days, we played ping pong, pool, and board games without ever feeling cooped up. The home is stocked with activities for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents.The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the lake were simply stunning. You can tell this is a place that’s not just rented—it’s cherished. We left feeling completely recharged and already dreaming about coming back.Highly, highly recommend!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This newly remodeled home is perfectly located on the North side of Lake Charlevoix on a quiet bay. The property has a full basement with pool table, ping pong table, bar, TV theater sitting, game is just the basement. The main floor has comfortable well appointed 4 bedrooms, a great room with the high-end appliances, high quality TVs and multiple-zoned Sonus sound system, large indoor and outdoor dining. The 1,000 master bedroom suite is equipped with a his/ her walk in steam shower and a Jacuzzi looking over Lake Charlevoix with its own balcony for enjoying sunsets. The outside has a BBQ, fire pit, dock and lift on 200 feet of lake front on one of the most desirable bays of Lake Charlevoix with a short distance to downtown.
