Beach Getaway

The condo was great, decorated nicely. The view wasn't as bad as someone else mentioned in a review. It is not a direct view, as the hotel is curved, but still a great view. View from the front walk is also great as you see the beach & street view, very pretty at night. My only complaint was the elevators. Like someone else said, get on if your door opens even if it is going the opposite direction. It was only bad the weekend nights as they were busier, but fine after that.

You Get What You Pay For

The room seemed to be in an older building undergoing construction. The room seemed stuffy, muggy, musty, and damp. The air conditioner was hard to control and the unit was rusted. While the decor seemed pleasing to the eye, the sofa and chair could use some visible cleaning.

Great stay and minor issues.

Place is just a pictured. I will add the view is not straight on the beach but it’s still a really great view of the beach. Not very private however since if you leave your curtains open at night the above floors across from you can see in your bed room. Still the room is cute and well stocked. Bed was comfy beach was amazing. The construction wasn’t terribly loud. Than goodness it was cold on our stay since the air stopped working day one. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

The room was perfect for what we were needing. The only complaint I have is the pull out was uncomfortable. The location was perfect, the garage was extremely tight and hard to find parking, the elevators are behind slow and that’s why we’ll never return and lastly the staff was so so rude.

Couples get away

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights over Memorial weekend and it was the perfect spot. Drinks and food were always available at the pool, the room is in walking distance of everything you need and was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!!

We booked this trip for our honeymoon and had an amazing time! The only downfall we had were the elevators and the tight park garage. When it comes to the elevators you need to get on whenever you can even if it’s not going in the direction you’re going. Our condo was exactly as pictured and we had no complications! It is also in a super convenient location with Walmart being right across the street and Pineapple Willy’s being right next door. The bar at the pool also had some amazing drinks. We will definitely be returning again!!

Wonderful Vacation

This place was wonderful. Great views of the pool and ocean. Perfectly efficient without feeling cramped. Communication was easy. Pool was beautiful and wasn’t too crowded. The beach was amazing white sand clear water very clean. Two of us stayed for 3 nights we were able to walk to Walmart the liquor store as well as a few restaurants and shops. Great location.

Can't wait to come back

Loved the property, location was in the middle of everything and the view was gorgeous. Property owner was extremely helpful and fast in response with any questions I might have had. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Panama City, and we can't wait to come back.

Perfect vacation!

This was our first vacation renting a condo. It was the perfect experience. Instructions and expectations made very clear and 100% accurate. Condo was very nice, pool/beach setup amazing.... we will definitely be back!!!! Highly recommend!

Elevators make property terrible

Check in process was terrible. The parking garage does not have enough space for two vehicles to pass, we were almost hit 5 times before we ever got parked. The lack of parking space is another issue, if you are in anything more than a small car, expect to have banged up doors. This property is on the 21st floor, and the elevator wait times (even for lower units) was 30+ minutes every time and half of them stay broke. There was also no carts available to carry our groceries in, therefore we had to pack a week of food to our room which spent hours with the elevator situation. However, the pool and food/bar is great and has easy beach access. But this is not worth the price, the listing price is for a 4+ star resort, this is definitely a solid 3. Will not be back.
