Great, but with a caveat

We loved this apartment; awesome location, clean, comfy, everything was as listed. The only drawback was the HVAC noise. Earplugs are a must for sleeping.

Perfect Location for a Concert at Salvage Station

We enjoyed exploring the River Arts District, New Belgium Brewery, and attending 2 concerts at the Salvage Station. We were also able to go for a 3 mile run along the river. We loved this VRBO! Be warned, you need to climb stairs to bet to the unit. Also, the air conditioning unit is much too noisy. Earplugs might help.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable

Walkable or within 15 minutes of anywhere you may want to go in Asheville. The location is fantastic, and right across the street from the New Belgium Brewery and river walk. The space was very clean and well-kept. Very comfortable bedding!

Immaculate Property

So pleased with this property. Great location near the art district. Owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Special touches made the apartment feel like home. Even chocolates were left for us. Will be looking to book here on our next trip to Asheville. Be aware it is a 3 story building so book accordingly.

Clean, easy rental

We had a nice trip to Asheville. This apartment was excellent for our needs. Close to town, restaurants and Biltmore Estate. It was clean and nicely furnished. And thank you for the extra amenities (water, peanuts, coffee, etc!).

Wonderful adult weekend getaway

This condo is in a great location for a fun adult getaway. It was very clean and the owner was so sweet and communicated whenever I had a question. It is in a location where you can walk to a lot of fun places or even catch am uber for very cheap. It was even equipped with a noise machine as it is a busy street, but that helped a lot. Our next trip to Asheville we will be staying here again! We loved it so much!

Everything was great except for the rumble.

The apartment was very clean and well decorated. They had coffee and a few treats waiting for us, which was a wonderful touch. The view is of the New Belgium Brewery so its not much to look at, but the river, trails and art and brewery districts are super close and easy to get to. The only complaint we have is the rumble that turned off and on throughout the evening and night. It sounded like a generator winding up and down. We couldn't tell if it was the brewery across the street or something else, but it kept us both from having a solid night's sleep. Outside this - 5 star stay.

Very Spacious and comfortable

I was very impressed with this place. The Mount Mitchell room felt really big for a studio. It was clean, nicely decorated, well-lit, plus the bed and couch were both so comfortable it made it hard to leave. Thanks for the chocolates and coffee too we appreciated it! We would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location- quiet neighborhood

Can’t say enough about the great location - so near the downtown restaurants and close to the Biltmore. It was on a quiet road with bike path and sidewalk for running & biking. Comfy bed- nice large space with tall ceilings - and great kitchen with nice extras - yummy chocolates and local coffee shop coffee. Such a nice touch. Only thing I would suggest is to be able to lock the door from the inside - felt a little vulnerable- but the neighborhood seemed very safe. Shops and restaurants walkable too. Would highly recommend this gem of a place.

The building hums

This place is clean and well located not far from River Arts district, West Asheville & downtown. New Belgium Brewery is across the street, and theres a lovely footpath along the river. BUT if you are a light sleeper, you might want to give this place a pass. The building hums, like there's a truck idling on the roof or room next door. Its intermittent, but loud enough to disturb sleep. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Great stay in West Asheville

We had a very pleasant stay while at River Flats in Asheville. It was just as described in the listing. I loved that it was in a location between downtown and West Asheville, near parks all along the French Broad River. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the New Belgium Liquid Center Taproom, 15 minute walk across the river to the River Arts district and a short drive to West Asheville district. With a car, everything is very easy to access. There is a bus stop a short walk away. The bed was comfy and we had no disturbances. We ate great tacos at The White Duck and heard great live music at The Grey Eagle. Loved this stay!

Amazing Asheville find!

We extended our stay in Asheville and quickly booked this little gem. Music + food trucks were right across the road for a fun evening at New Belgium, clean and spacious room for two with all of the accommodations of home. Highly recommend and we are hoping to come back in the near future!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and minutes from downtown shopping and activities.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
