Lake House recientemente renovado en Indian River Slough / Wilson Lake

Disfrute de su café matutino en la cubierta superior, en el patio inferior o en el muelle antes de salir al canal principal del lago Wilson para pescar, hacer tubing o navegar.

La sala de estar del piso superior tiene una pared de ventanas con vista al lago. Observe a las garcetas ir y venir de su nido a través del lago, ver tortugas asomando sus cabezas fuera del agua para respirar aire ... incluso puede ver a un pez o dos nadando perezosamente hacia el canal principal.

Singing Rivermont Lake House en Indian River Slough / Lake Wilson está a solo 10 minutos de increíbles restaurantes en Court Street en el centro de Florencia.

Además de las cuatro habitaciones, el sofá de arriba es un sofá cama y hay un Pack and Play en el armario principal.

La casa tiene dos niveles. Cada nivel tiene una sala de estar con TV, un baño completo y dos dormitorios. Ofrecemos televisión por cable, WiFi y estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública.

Beautiful

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed Thursday thru Sunday. We played golf at the RTJ The Shoals. Fished and swam off the boat dock/deck. The house was close to restaurants , grocery stores etc. The Weber grill was awesome as we grilled out two nights. Great weekend would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful oasis close to Florence!

We had a wonderful stay. We were in town visiting family and the location was amazing. Seeing sights in Florence and having family over for a cookout were ideal because of the location and spaciousness of the house and deck area. We will definitely be back. Will was extremely helpful.

Absolutely perfect!

The rental was clean, with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful pier.. I could go on and on. It was absolutely perfect! We will absolutely being starting again!

Long Weekend Stay

We decided last minute, that we wanted to stay at the lake for the holiday weekend. We were able to book here with Will, and absolutely everything was perfect! Communication with Will was easy, and he was extremely fast responding to messages. The home was sooooo clean, and had everything that you could possibly need at the lake. We hope to be able to visit again, soon!

Even more perfect than expected!

Loved our beautiful accommodations and all the wonderful amenities! Lovely setting, very comfortable beds and furniture...my kids, grandkids and I had a wonderful time and made such sweet memories! Great home base for UNA grad weekend

We wanted a peaceful home base to visit with family who traveled to celebrate college graduation. The house was beautiful inside and out. You could sit in the living room with a cup of coffee, watch the water and listen to the birds in the early morning or relax with a beer on the back deck and the wildlife. Florence and its restaurants and shopping were minutes away, but you felt like you were out in the country. The host was very responsive and kind. We made wonderful memories.

Fishing weekend

The house was very nice, can use a little cleaning in the corners and furniture but we enjoy our 4 nights just as well. Only real downfall was not being able to use the boathouse to put our boat during the long weekend trip.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great weekend at the house. The place was sparkling clean, plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, water was hot, and kitchen was well outfitted for cooking. Communication with owner was fast and easy. We liked it so much, we are coming back for the week of Thanksgiving! Highly recommend staying here!

UNA Homecoming for Alumna of the Year

We were all impressed not only with the curb appeal of the exterior of the property, but also with the decor and the layout of the interior. The house was very comfortable and warm for the duration of our stay. We loved the lake views and being so close to the water. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a good selection of seasonings for us to use. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well. The bathrooms were spacious and clean with very nice showers. The owner communicated very quickly and even offered us a late checkout without prompting. The proximity to UNA's campus and downtown Florence was the perfect touch to our weekend. We are looking for other opportunities to stay here again in the near future.

Our Thanksgiving Gathering

This home was outstanding, even better than the pictures. We were so comfortable and loved the beautiful setting on the water. Our host, Will, was very warm and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again sometime. Highly recommend.

Wilson Lake Fan

The owner Will was fantastic to work with! I made an error on another reservation (date mixup) and woke up with no where to go and my kids all ready for a vacation! I reached out last minute to Will and we were able to check in that day and we all had a wonderful time. We love the home. It is incredibly clean and well equipped. This was our first trip to Wilson Lake and we are big fans now of the lake and this home!

Great Thanksgiving!

Loved the location of this house. It was convenient to town but private. Great selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils as well as plenty of nice towels. We will definitely keep it on our list of places to stay!

River weekend perfection!

By far, our favorite place we’ve stayed on the river! Check-in and out instructions well communicated, and the dock provided a great hang out spot to enjoy the weather! Our pontoon was a breeze to park at the dock, and my family is already asking when we can go back!

This home was originally purchased by my father-in-law and was used as a family gathering spot. It was sold in 2018 and renovated by a Nashville developer. When the home was placed for sale, it was too much to resist as you can see by the photos. It was repurchased by the family to continue making memories there.

This slough has deep water and is great for fishing, learning to ski, and swimming. The home's close proximity to downtown Florence allows great opportunity to take advantage of the wonderful local nightlife and cuisine.
