Cree su próximo recuerdo en Ocean Place en este hermoso condominio frente al mar ubicado en el tercer piso.  Hay vistas despejadas del Oc��ano Atlántico. Observe la puesta de sol y la hermosa puesta de luna sobre el océano, desde su balcón privado, y es posible que pueda ver a los delfines nadando o la rara anidación de tortugas marinas.  Ubicado junto al The Ritz Carlton & The Golf Club de Amelia, Ocean Place es una comunidad privada cerrada con seguridad 24/7 y está ubicada en el extremo sur de la isla de Amelia.



El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una bañera separada; Ducha a ras de suelo y armario abierto de buen tamaño.  El dormitorio de invitados del rey también tiene un baño privado con combinación de ba����era / ducha y su 3er dormitorio tiene gemelos con cama nido y un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha. Esta unidad tiene una cocina completamente equipada con una barra de desayuno.  La sala de estar / comedor está abierto con vistas al océano. Esta unidad para no fumadores tiene 2 juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a su balcón, una fuera de la sala de estar y otra fuera del dormitorio principal.

Unfortunate week

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The manager did not give us a clear picture of the effect of the construction. The property was right next to construction and the dust annd noise made it impossible to enjoy the condo during the day. The pool and walkway to the beach were cordoned off and we were not notified. There was a large permanent board in front of the entrance to the deck that was a tripping hazard. There were painters and workmen in our building. They gave us a small discount after we complained but it didn’t make up for ruining our family’s week at the beach.

Beach vacation

This 3 bedroom condo is in a great location and the layout is great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay however, overall it was not a very clean condo. Apparently the cleaning g service had just been there but Floors were filthy, kitchen garbage can was dirty and we had a little flood from one of the toilets that we were told was an on-going problem. I left my beach hat there by mistake but when I called to try and get it back, I was told it wasn’t there????? Anyway, just be aware of some issues.

In need of repairs!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably my 7th stay with same management Amelia Rentals. Usually, we are in another unit however it sold and we were last minute offered 81 Ocean Place. This unit is in sad need of repairs, let alone updates. The unit was not very welcoming. There were two padlocks on an iron display because apparently the glass broke. The maintenance thought huge padlocks were the best choice to keep people out of the case. So many issues to mention... rotting wood in the doorways, sagging sofa and outdated furniture... gaudy decor that overtook any space you'd want to place your own bag or purse on. If this was my first stay at Ocean Place or with Amelia Rental & Management, I'd never do it again. Next September, we will probably consider another management group. This experience was a major dive (pun intended)... thankfully, we were oceanfront!

Good location, ideal for families. Some problems happened with one of the toilettes but was quickly taken care of. Kitchen has everything, spacious dining area.

Utterly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not clean. The floor had debris on it in multiple rooms. The bathrooms, mainly the master, had residual scum around the fixtures. There were dead bugs on the floor near the master bed and under the sheets. There were stains in multiple mattresses with several urine stains on both sides of the mattress in the master bedroom. Dishes were soiled from the previous visit. There were stains in the fabric of the living room and dining room chairs. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom counters. The vacuum cleaner was broken and explains the dirty floors. This was shameful.

OK But There Are Much Better Options

The 81 unit, while very clean, had notable issues of uncomfortable beds, poor wifi, and very old TV's. The unit is need of significant upgrade spending by the owner particularly around mattresses and pillows. The balcony patio furniture is top notch and wraparound porch is very nice. Overall, there are far better units in Ocean Place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Ocean Place several times and this was the worst condo that we have ever stayed in. The first impression was poor. The front door is beat up and a strong fish odor hit us in the face upon opening the door. This lasted for about 3 days and we bought items to help rid the smell. The furniture and decor is hideous! It definitely has not been updated since the condo was built and probably wasn’t even new at that time. It is cluttered and doesn’t coordinate. The TVs are archaic; there is a VCR combo TV in one of the bedrooms! The chaise lounges on the balcony have large holes in them! The overall layout is fine and the location was great but would never rent this unit again!

Family COVID Getaway

Perfect location to quarantine right on the beach--literally high tide is at the steps! Very well appointed and attractive house worked perfectly for older couple with handicap to stay on the lower level, while other adults and children were on the upper level. Well stocked kitchen for meals, well stocked beach gear and linens. We will be back!!
