Great, large house in beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at Craig’s house. It was perfect for my team, who was in town for work. The house is a bit dated but it is large, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful grounds and a lovely peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great house for enjoying Monterey and Carmel!

This property is in a great location for enjoying the whole area, it was super easy and fast to drive to Monterey Cannery Row, Carmel Beach, etc. The house had plenty of space, a nice tree/hillside view and was very comfortable and clean. The manager was very responsive, flexible and helpful! We had a great time with our kids there.

for the price--lacking much

The kitchen was the main problem --completely inadequate supplies, especially serving and storage lacking--as well as the lack of sound abatement from the upstairs to the downstairs bedrooms--even the sock foot steps in the kitchen were described as "waking the dead" if a chair was moved or heavy footsteps occurred--no outside furniture to speak of--stove simply did not work--refrigerator broken much of the time--, few napkins and dish cloths--inadequate supply of table linens, no placemats etc--all beds had to be stripped of very very thick memory foam toppers that were impossible to sleep on!!--all in all, for the price it is woefully lacking

Excellent stay for while in town for work

Our stay at the property in High Meadows was awesome, the location above Carmel is beautiful on the hill just a short drive into Carmel or Monterey. The property itself was amazing and we felt very spoilt staying here while working in the area for a few weeks. Craig was an excellent host, very accommodating and we had a great stay, thanks again.

Beautiful Carmel!

This is a lovely house in a neighborhood that has beautiful views of The mountains and distant ocean. The amenities of the house could stand some attention. There is a beautiful deck with views but very limited outdoor seating. The neighbors do not embrace the short term rental model and therefore made it difficult to spend much time outdoors even having conversations. Craig was super helpful.

This place was even more amazing than it looked online. The house had such a cool layout that made it good for a group, and the views from the deck were stunning!

Nice Place to Stay in Carmel

We had a spontaneous ladies’ getaway planned in early October and were at a bit of a loss when yet another wildfire broke out and cancelled our plans in Sonoma. I was lucky to find Craig’s place in Carmel, which saved our ladies’ weekend! The house is lovely and it’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood on a hillside with beautiful views. Craig was a very responsive and helpful host. There were only 3 of us but the house can easily sleep many more. We loved sitting on the balconies and enjoying the view. It’s also a short drive to the downtown Carmel area and the beaches. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

High Meadows

I a few friends and I stayed at High Meadows for a weekend golf trip and we're very pleased with everything that the home had to offer. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house has a great expansive deck overlooking the Mission Fields and south to Point Lobos. I would highly recommend this home for any weekend getaways!

Great Carmel High Meadows vacation home

We had a great time at this vacation home, the property and rooms were really nice. It had a great kitchen which we used for most of our meals, though it was lacking in pots and pans but we made do.

Great weekend getaway

This home is gorgeous! We loved the comfortable beds, the updated kitchen (fully stocked with every appliance I needed and more!) and bathrooms. The views from the back side of the house were absolutely lovely.

Excellent property

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The house is really big, it has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condition of the house it great, kitchen has pretty much anything you may need. The property manager's responsiveness is amazing! The only inconvenience was the height of beds - all beds are very high and we're not tall people. However beds are very comfortable. we'd higly recommend this place.

Love this place!

We loved this house! The location was excellent! House was clean and the layout was accommodating for our group. The beds were very comfortable! Craig provided excellent communication for our booking and answered any questions we had. We all talked about our next visit and can't wait to come back. Will definitely book this house again! Great clean house in Carmel!

Craig was extremely helpful, responsive, and even provided us with some nice goodies at check-in. Our family enjoyed having a place to stay while we attended a wedding nearby. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed for cooking which was very helpful! Highly recommend!
