Lisa, We enjoyed having your group and highly valued your feedback on our cleaning company. As you stated, we addressed the issue and provided a credit, since you did not want to have the cleaners back in. We are changing our cleaning company (effective November 2019) and providing 100% onsite keyless entry beginning March of 2020. We hope to have you back in 2020.

Luckily, I was available to take the call about the door code and direct Diane to our lockbox with the key to our unit, so they could get into the villa, while I created a second entry code for her. Boy am I glad we decided to keep a lockbox with a key for just this type of challenge. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay.

Thank you for choosing our villa for your visit to Hilton Head. We are happy that you enjoyed our Villa and the convenience to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We believe it is the best central location in South Forest Beach for walking or biking to all of the above. We always appreciate feedback that helps us improve the user experience. Our villa is a second-floor unit, as stated in our description, with a standard staircase that goes straight up to the second floor. We are a quick 2-1/2 block walk or bike to the beach, with the option of using the public beach entry at Coligny Park or entry at the 56A location near Seaside Villas (56A). The laminated directions that we provide for our guests (to the 56A beach entry) include step-by-step directions, as well as a Google map with a red line indicating the path to take. The free public beach parking is half a block from Springwood Villas for our guests who prefer to drive. We also provide guests with a Gorilla Beach Cart and the use of our extensive collection of beach supplies, including chairs, umbrella(s), cooler, boogie boards and other accessories. For safety, our community only allows entry to the lagoon and pool area through the sliding glass doors at the back of all villas with a spiral staircase going down to the community backyard and beautiful lagoon where the pool is located. The back gate of our community has a secure key card activated gate that provides a shortcut to the beach and the restaurants and shops of Coligny Park. The garbage enclosure is a separate entry/exit located in the rear corner of the community, next to the fully enclosed garbage and yard waste containers.
