Views continue as you step out on the screened lanai w/ room for all to gather & relax poolside. Need a warmer, invigorating quiet time? Stroll across the patio & find a privately located hot tub. Finally, wander down to the dock to fish, swim, connect w/ friends & family, or star gaze over the glassy waters of East Bay.

Disclosure - As stated in house rules, we have a ring camera outside the home for security purposes. There are no cameras indoors or by the pool area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view and accommodations were fantastic, and we were so blessed to have perfect weather during our visit. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, and it was such a treat to see dolphins from the property each day! The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The only thing to note is that the property is on the road, so you can hear some traffic, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

This was our second year spending our family summer vacation at this property. We have never stayed at the same house two years in a row until now, and I have no doubt we will be back again! Our group ranged from ages 5 to over 70. The pool is a great size and is perfect for the entire family! We also loved fishing off the covered dock. Even the kids were able to reel in some fish. This property has something for everyone. You can relax inside and enjoy the view or spend your day outside swimming and kayaking around the bay.

Exactly what we wanted

House was great. Pool was great. Dock was great. The house was perfect for our family. Wasn't too far from Navarre Beach or Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood. Store across the street was very convenient on several occasions. Pool has a screen cover and was large enough for our family. Dock was perfect for fishing and the kayaks were a nice plus. Kenny was a great host. Very easy to communicate with. We had a great vacation and the property was exactly what we wanted.

Relaxing time on the bay in Navarre

We had a wonderful time at East Bay Hideaway. We take a family trip each year to the beach and this was our first time staying in Navarre. This house is perfect if you want to swim and relax by the water. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy, and the pier is wonderful. We spent hours fishing off the pier. The house is in an area that isn't noisy and crowded (which was a plus for us), but it is still located close to everything you would need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is clear he wants guests to really enjoy themselves. Overall, this is one of our favorite trips we have taken and would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

Our family had an amazing time staying at this home. My kids loved having both a pool and a dock which is very hard to find. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Kenny was a great host and communicated promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Getaway

My sister's family and mine met here for an extended weekend. It was the perfect halfway meeting place. We fit 8 people very comfortably, and there was room for more. Perfect for kids including kid dishes and utensils, games, family friendly (HUGE) pool, and an amazing dock. Husband's were pleased with the access to the coffee pot AND Keurig. My husband brought his bay boat and launched it nearby. We also brought our own kayaks (before we found out there were also some on site to rent) and a Inflatable floating dock to enjoy in the bay. Everything about our stay was perfect and we loved being away from the busy beach crowds and traffic. A little plus was easy access to the store for little things we needed or forgot. We can't wait to plan our next visit!

Our 2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay that year and it was even better than the last. When we arrived everything was clean and beyond our expectations. The property owner was super easy to get a hold for any of our needs. We ended up extending our stay. He got back to us right away and was able to accommodate us on the spot. We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to relax and not in busy area

Loved the screened in heated pool area, nice dock to fish off of and enjoyed the kayaks/paddling boards available to use. Plenty of room for our family of 8 but room for more. Laundry room, big garage with 2nd fridge/freezer ,plenty of seating room for everyone. 15 minutes from Navarre and shopping area. Thanks KENNY!

Just what we needed

Great location on the Bay and close to the beach. The pool was warm and spotless (not to mention huge) master bedroom was enormous with a comfy bed and two full baths. The host was easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions. House was well appointed and right across the street from a dollar general in case we had any needs. The dock was great for fishing or just watching the sunset. GREAT overall experience. We will definitely book again. Thank you Kenny!!

Dream location

Terrible experience with property owner.

The property location and scenery is beautiful, The water is not the emerald coast green, it's dirty. I picked the house because it had a screened pool and we get eaten by mosquitos, however we learned that part of the screen porched was missing making it bug catcher and bugs had no way to escape, making the pool usable for us at night. The house cleaning was not good, dirty baby diapers behind a tent in the main bedroom closet. The knives in the knife holder were not washed properly and had left over dried BBQ on them and so did a cookie pan. I had to buy a sponge to properly clean because one was not left. They did leave out a basket of snacks and coffee for the duration of the trip which was nice, but toilet paper for only two days. Beware the owner does not disclose that a camera is on the door and according to VRBO rules, the owner must disclose and it was not disclosed prior to our arrival. The day of arrival we got a list of house rules and chores like taking the trash out on trash day for them, which I believe should have been disclosed before you book the property not the day you arrive. So the day of checkout we had been traveling from several VRBO houses in the Florida area and I made a mistake a and thought the checkout was for 11Am however it was 10am. a little before 10 a truck shows up in the driveway where our car is parked and the person exits the vehicle and opens the garage connected to the house and starts doing the lawn, a few minutes later a cleaning crew comes in and brings all there cleaning buckets in the house while we are still occupying the house. A little later his son is knocking on the door telling us to vacate which I told him we were looking for my husbands wallet and we would be out shortly he could clearly see we are all packed. They only way I can contact the owner is through the app, I do not have his number. I apologized to the owner letting him know we were leaving at 10:40 am because we were looking for my husbands wallet (were from California and we can not fly home or get a hotel room without a credit card of identification) the owner said he did not care , we needed to leave the premises now or he will call the police and was screaming at me, which I was looking forward to at this point because he was not acting like a rational person. All of this because we were 50 minutes getting out of the house. Nightmare of a owner. BEWARE!

Best Spectacular Hide-away ever!

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Spectacular views, loved spending time on the dock, and overall we just didn't want to leave! The house was filled with amenities, cleanliness, good smells, charm, roominess, and an extraordinary Florida room with large bay windows so we were blessed by the views continuously. Plenty of room for my 5 children aged 8, 10, 14, 16, 17 and myself. We played games that were provided, watched movies, and sat in the hot tub when we weren't enjoying the beach, dock, and swimming. The host was thoughtful and kind...we could not have asked for a better stay! Can't wait to go again!
