"HEAVEN IS HERE" en esta hermosa decoración de diseño de este extraordinario condominio frente al mar en el Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort - Beachside One. Usted será recibido por amplias vistas abiertas de la espectacular Golfo de México, mientras entra en el interior. Un amplio vestíbulo de entrada que se abre a la gran sala de estar con una hermosa decoración costera que ilumina la habitación. Por no hablar de la televisión de pantalla plana de 40 ". El condominio está cubierto con hermosas baldosas de 18 "en todas partes.  El balcón ofrece mucho espacio para relajarse.

Estas mismas vistas se pueden ver desde la amplia cocina completamente blanca y el amplio comedor con mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 más 3 taburetes en el mostrador de la cocina y tiene un maravilloso asiento en la ventana que da a las aguas.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y una pared de ventanas que reflejan las vistas del golfo y un balcón privado separado que da directamente al frente del golfo. El baño principal tiene una tina de baño con una ventana frontal del Golfo y una ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king y vistas frontales del golfo, junto con un televisor y un reproductor de DVD en un armario. El tercer dormitorio es mucho más grande y tiene 2 camas tamaño queen y un reproductor de TV y DVD. El sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar ofrece plazas adicionales. Una lavadora y secadora para comodidad adicional.

Amazing inside and out

We had an overall amazing time here! The inside was clean, the view was gorgeous from almost every single window and the balconies, and the location is literally unbeatable. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Girls weekend

Girls weekend. 4 of us. Views were amazing. Check in was simple and easy. Place was very open and spacious. We loved Destin.

Beautiful view

Great location with beautiful beach view. We really enjoyed the golf cart (nicknamed “Barney”). It was very handy to go over to Baytowne wharf. The condo is certainly a bit dated and knees, a little sprucing up, but it was very comfortable for our family.

We were there to celebrate a birthday, and have a marriage ceremony. It was all great and beautiful.

Everything was excellent and beautiful. Only thing I would consider changing is the mattress in the master suite. Could feel the box springs.

They are not lying about the view. It's fantastic. The condo is in an awesome location and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that it could use an update. There are several outlets that don't work. It just needs general maintenance. I would stay there again based solely on location and view.

Outdated and Not Safe

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Destin area and condos on the beach, but this condo was very disappointing to us, especially with safety concerns. The door to our condo was not safely secured. The deadbolt was not working because the wood was old/worn and would not properly lock and the deadbolt/latch was missing. We had to call maintenance to fix this issue and was unable to leave the condo (on our first day) with our belongings with this safety concern. The maintenance did his best "to make it work" throughout our stay. The condo is very outdated especially in the bathrooms. There is NO privacy in the master bathroom and there is NO dresser in the master bedroom. They only offered some hangers for your clothes and a 3 drawer plastic container for clothes. The kitchen is the only updated area in the condo. The dining/living area was missing curtains (to block from neighboring condo and turtle nesting season.) Most of the window coverings were thin bamboo curtains, which didn't block sunlight. We will be back to Destin, but not at Beachside 1 residence in Sandestin.

Awful experience Property not AS ADVERTISED!!! Mold and water damage in several rooms, appliances not in working condition, stained couches( looked like blood), torn carpets, exposed wall with no sheetrock, clogged sinks, and most importantly careless property managers with no sense of courtesy urgency or concern for guests.

The views from this unit are amazing.

The unit is very nice. It is definitely in need of some electrical updates. There were several outlets that did not function. This required that the ladies do their hair in front of the large mirror wall in the living room. A full length mirror, or any mirror, in the master would be very helpful. I left a valuable ring behind but the cleaning company could not find it. It was on the bedside table. That was heartbreaking.

Not as nice as advertized

I stayed in this condo with my two small children and another family with two small children. We had a nice time on vacation, but the accomodations were not as nice as I expected. Especially for the price. Location was good, convenient and amazing views. Our reservation was in early may 2010, after the oil spill, but beaches were still beautiful. The airconditioning was malfunctioning and wasn't fixed as quickly as I would have liked. With no compensation for the inconvenience. Many things in the condo just didn't work i.e. lights, blinds, refridgerator shelf kept falling when you put anything on it. Condo was not child friendly, too many throw pillows, slippery floors, dangerous corners on dining room table. The pool was nice, but no childrens pool. We cleaned the condo and removed our food from fridge, threw all the trash away, just as i would have in other condo's I have rented. But we were charged an additional 150 out of our deposit, because they said it was left too dirty.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: feel it is necessary to bring to your attention our extreme disappointment in the cleanliness in upkeep of the condo we rented for an extended family vacation. There are several outlets that do not work, there are patched walls that were not painted, the bathroom is filthy along with all of the floors in the condo. There are parts that look like they could have been repaired from water damage but not completely repaired along with furniture that have stains and blinds that when you try to shut them your hand is full of filth and grease. The one thing that was the most upsetting and disgusting was the washing machine is full of mold and mildew, to the point that I have had to try and scrub it clean. I honestly am not sure if I am even going to be able to use it which we had counted on. We would greatly appreciate a response to this email and with the additional work that we have had to do to make the condo comfortable we certainly feel there should be some sort of financial restitution. Great but crowded location; nice condo but a little worn

The condo is as it appears in the photographs. The furnishings are very nice and well maintained - I especially appreciated the comfortable chairs on the balconies. The building is in the middle of SanDestin and surrounded by other large buildings. It may not bother most people but I found the large crowds of people who were there during our visit to be a little bothersome. Every morning the guys renting beach chairs & umbrellas (at an insane rental rate) set up long row after row of chairs making the hoards of people who drifted down there elbow-to-elbow. Not very relaxing for me. In the evenings the gate-secured parking lot was full and some cars parked on the grass and medians. During a less-busy time none of this would be an issue.The condo was stocked exactly as described. There were lots of nice, thick towels, though the bedsheets were 'economy'. Everyone in our party reported their beds were hard... I supposed that is a matter of personal preference.There are a handful of aesthetic flaws that you may notice: chipped paint, CATV wires run along the walls rather than fished inside the walls, missing outlet cover, etc. Nothing functional, but things that could have been fixed with a little expense and effort. Regarding the construction of the building: 1) sound transmits unimpeded from floor to floor. 2) There is a maddening shortage of electrical outlets necessitating the running of extension cords. I'd recommend that the owners put some power strips in the place... this was pretty frustrating.Overall it's a nice place. I would rent this unit again if it were in a less-crowded location.

Fall Break Vacation 2024

The location can't be beat! The pool and beach were amazing. There is one security guard that is very laid back, but then at the end of the week there was one that is very strict about having your bands on to go to the beach. Keep that in mind for your stay here. There are some things that need improvement. The internet service was horrible. They came during our stay to upgrade to a "fiber optic" internet. We thought it was going to be much better, but the back bedroom still had a slow connection. Hopefully this will improve. The master bathroom has 3 broken hooks and no towel holder at one sink. These would be easy fixes if the owner or the company would pay attention to details. There is not enough lighting in the master bedroom, and it does get hot in the afternoon from the sun in the master. Keep this in mind when you set the thermostat!They need to check the status of items. For example, there were about 30 plates, but only 4 coffee mugs. Also only 13 hangers in the entire unit that is supposed to hold 10 people. There isn't a broom, and this would be very helpful to clean out sand.The floors were very dirty and need to be deep cleaned. The ice maker was not working and initially they were communicating very well. They came 2 times and it did not get fixed, but they never communicated again to let us know the problem or when it might be resolved. Luckily we were able to get ice from the big ice maker on the first floor- but had to haul it upstairs several times.With some attention to these details, this property could be 5 stars across the board. The end unit is really nice and you get 2 balconies. They did move 2 chairs from the larger balcony to the smaller one... would be much better if they had a table with at least 4 chairs on the larger balcony. I hope these comments will be addressed as with these changes it would be the best unit in the building!
