Islander Condo # 119 es nuestra exclusiva cabaña con clasificación Platino que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite el edificio principal con esta cabaña privada ubicada entre flores tropicales. Disfruta de la privacidad y la conveniencia de tener tus propias cuatro paredes rodeadas de exuberantes paisajes con un patio y un pequeño patio cercado a solo unos pasos de las piscinas y la playa de clase mundial de Destin.

Esta cabaña playera cuenta con un concepto abierto de cocina / sala / comedor con todas las comodidades del hogar. Fregadero con grifo extraíble y botón de eliminación, refrigerador de acero inoxidable de lado a lado con un sistema de filtración de agua y dispensadores de hielo y agua en la puerta, cocina con encimera de cerámica, lavaplatos y microondas por encima de la cocina. . Just Right!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect and just right for our family of 6! The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as access to the pools! Extremely close to stores, restaurants, and overall a great experience! I would give more stars if I could!

Not as nice as the last few times

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the cottage, the same as we have for the last 4 years. We noticed an infestation of large rats living in the trash chute, just next to the cottage. They were staring at us every time we sat on the back patio. We were afraid to have a beverage open as we did not want to encourage them to come even closer. When the trash service came to empty the dumpster, they spilled sticky trash juice all over the blacktop that smelled worse than a landfill. It would take most of the day for the smell to clear. We had to walk through this sticky mess every time we left to walk to the beach or the pool. I did let the lady at the front desk know how disgusting it was. It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here this year!

Great property right by the beach!

Plenty of room to spread out. Other reviews don’t properly state how short of a walk it is to the pool and the beach. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking instruments but no niceties like salt and pepper or coffee filters so be sure to pack those!

Awesome Cottage!!

This was the perfect cottage for our Destin stay. The location was perfect and just a few hundred yards from the beach. The best thing about the cottage was that you didn’t have to worry about elevators or stairs, there were no neighbors, you could park right outside your front door, and you had the convenience of a condo type property but was in a house! We would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great Stay July 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is secluded from all of the others and has a private entrance. NO elevators to go up and down I thinks its the best one out of all of them it is very quiet most of the time the only loud noises were when they are picking up the garbage. It is laid out the same as all of the other condos. This is our third time staying at the islander but our first time staying in 119. We had a great time no issues to report. If this one is ever for sale I would purchase it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row renting Room 119 at The Islander. We have always been pleased with our stay and love the cottage. The amenities are great, and we can tell there have been some upgrades the last few years. Although he is separate from The Islander, Alan, the beach chair attendant is amazing and such a pleasure to hang around. Our only comment would be to have some larger grills on the east side of the property or have a personal grill for the cottage.

There was a problem with bugs but the management sprayed for them. The mattress in the first bedroom was a bit lumpy and needs to be replaced. The pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. (Not suitable for an adult to sleeo on)
