Cada condominio es de un nivel con 3 en total en el edificio. El ascensor se abre directamente en su condominio. Hay estacionamiento cubierto SOLO para 2 autos. 1er dormitorio tiene una cama king size. 2do dormitorio tiene un tamaño de reina. 3er dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos. El salón tiene TV por cable / reproductor de DVD y un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina da a la sala de estar con una comida en el bar. La cocina está totalmente equipada.

There was construction being done next door to us so we did not have internet during our entire stay. Outside on the patio was a palm tree that blocked some of the view to the ocean. Outside of that all was great.

Excellent place and location to stay.

Stayed in level 2; Excellent ocean view property, less than a min walk to beach. You can see cargo ships transiting to/from port from here. Good sunrise view as well. Awesome place for quiet stay !!!

Wonderful Tybee Experience

Lovely three unit condo located at 2nd Street Beach access point! Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Great location with restaurants, shopping, and grocery store just a few minutes away. Loved staying here.

The view was amazing and the condo was lovely. Like watching the barges come in. As stated in the reviews you do hear the other residents so they probably heard our little ones as well getting some energy out because of the rainy weekend. Really enjoyed the Pirate parade and festival.

short walk to beach!

Location was great! Literally steps to the beach. This unit was much more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Very clean and bright with great ocean views. Beds were super comfy. Great place.

Beautiful views, accommodations were great for our family of 7. Mostly rain while staying but the views from the patio still made the trip worth wild. Everything is convenient to walking (pier, grocery store, convenient store, liquor store, ice cream, restaurants etc). Downtown Savannah was my favorite to walk along the boardwalk and visit all the little shops and eateries. Accomodations had pots, pans, silverware plates, cups.Property was safe, well lite, nice little vibe. We did have a small issue with a few pest, that would come out at night. We purchased spray and that was taken care of. We stayed 4 days. A must to take the little ones is the Outlanders Wildlife nature trail, about 15-20 mins away by car. Lots to see owls, cougars, wolfs, eagles etc. All about nature. For our group of 6 we paid 21.00 My group enjoyed it. My teenager's were able to enjoy the beach by themselves as we sat on the patio. I'm sure that if you book you will enjoy your stay.

The unit was very clean and well decorated. There are great views of the ocean and the beach access is very close by. Overall it is a nice place and we enjoyed it for our annual girls trip. The shower in the hall/guest bathroom was difficult to operate and the shower handle likely needs to be replaced. Also, the elevators opening up directly into your room is takes some getting used to. There is a way to keep your floor locked so that no other guests can get in, but one time the door opened and other guests were on the elevator looking into our unit. We're not sure why that happened as the floor was locked. Had we been staying longer we would have contacted the property managers as that could be a problem. It might also be nice to stock the unit with some extra blankets and linens. There were none.

Tybee/Savannah Trip

Nicely decorated, comfortable condo really close to the beach. Three bedrooms, balcony with great view, and as a very cool bonus, an elevator that the elders of our family group greatly appreciated. Plenty of good food on the island and in Savannah. Weather was terrific. We got chairs with umbrellas from a local vendor and spent many hours lounging, reading, and enjoying our time at Tybee.

Location and elevator were great- someone needs toClean this unit better and get rid of the roaches-I liked the layout- , cute place- washer and dryer struggle they are so old. The view was great and easy parking. I only stayed 3 nights so I didn’t use the kitchen- if I had stayed a week and used the kitchen there were things it needed. Needs new sheets- they were clean but stained . The hall shower is a nightmare to turn on but the master shower is a dream. The door to the master and the restroom door were irritating- awkward layout- … the patio was great for ocean gazing

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location, elevator access, layout, ocean views, patio, and convenient parking — we agree those are some of the best features of the unit! We take cleanliness and pest concerns very seriously. The building does not have a roach issue, and we have not received other complaints regarding this. It’s possible that what was seen was an isolated incident, such as a single insect entering from outside, which can occasionally happen in coastal properties. We do have routine pest control service in place to ensure the unit remains well maintained. We also appreciate your comments regarding the linens, washer and dryer, kitchen items, and shower hardware. While the sheets are professionally cleaned, we understand that staining can affect appearance and we will review them for replacement. We will also take a look at the hall shower handle and the washer/dryer performance to see where improvements can be made. Thank you again for your stay and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. Feedback like yours helps us continue to enhance the guest experience.

Perfect Location!

A nice property right at the beach - only a short walk across the dunes. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony! The property is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space in the main areas (kitchen, dining, living rooms). Easy access with an elevator or stairs. Extremely simple check in and check out process.

Everything was just okay

Pros - condo is spacious and nicely laid out, elevator and parking is nice, location is goodCons - bathrooms and kitchens weren’t as clean as they could have been when we arrived, sheets were stained, condo was very, very noisy from neighbors above and below as well as the road We enjoyed Tybee and would return but would probably look to stay elsewhere

Perfection!

As we all entered the condo, we were thrilled to that the ocean was so close. We spent every day enjoying the sunrises and sunsets on the balcony! The rooms were perfect and accommodating to all of us, very clean and comfortable. We didn't cook much but loved the spacious kitchen & island. I will recommend this condo to everyone!! Great location for the price!

Our family loved the closeness to the beach! There were some unknown stains behind the queen bed down the blinds that looks like someone spilled soda and was missed by the cleaning crew. To dry clothes or towels, leave extra time, it took about 3 cycles to get our loads dry. Other than this, it was clean, stocked with appliances, and we would be happy to stay again!

All was well except my bad back meant the bed was too high and I had to have help every time. These modern styles don’t work for handicapped people!

Beach Weekend

My wife and I selected this property for a beach weekend with our daughter’s family of six. This was the classic location, location, location. The boardwalk to the beach was maybe 20 yards from our parking spot. We watched the sunrise from our balcony, went crabbing after dark, and played in the surf during the day. Because it was so close, we simply popped back for meals. The crowds were nothing compared to the north end by the lighthouse and the south end by the pier. We have nothing but great memories!
