DESCUENTO DE TARIFA SEMANAL Este hermoso condominio frente al mar está en la playa. Lo único que le separa de las olas y la arena es el famoso paseo marítimo. Despierta a la vista y el sonido del Océano Pacífico justo en frente de usted con nuestra gran ventanal en el dormitorio principal. La sala de estar, comedor, cocina y dormitorio principal todas dan al océano. El condominio está ubicado en el segundo piso que proporciona privacidad, tranquilidad y seguridad para usted y su familia, al tiempo que le permite ver toda la acción de la playa y el paseo marítimo a continuación.

El condominio tiene una cama de matrimonio, 2 camas individuales, cama de aire tamaño queen, sofá de cuero y sillón reclinable de cuero.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo para cocinar y comer utensilios necesarios. los
dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial y TV, el segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y de equipo,
y la sala de estar un sofá, sillón reclinable, televisión, reproductor de DVD y equipo de música ,,. El gran balcón con vistas al paseo marítimo y cuenta con un patio para 6 personas y una barbacoa de gas.

Todas las sábanas se suministran a excepción de toallas de playa. Incluso ofrecemos tablas de surf y sillas de playa.
Hay una plaza de aparcamiento por debajo de la unidad lo suficientemente grande para que quepa el mayor SUV.

El condominio se encuentra a medio camino entre el embarcadero de la playa del Pacífico y de la famosa montaña rusa de Belmont Park. Justo en la parte trasera de nuestro edificio hay varios restaurantes, alquiler de bicicletas, alquiler de tablas de surf, tiendas de ropa, tiendas de playa, y las instrucciones de surf. Dé un paseo hasta el paseo marítimo para encontrar más restaurantes, servicio de habitaciones diario no está disponible. De no fumadores.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was clean, check in / check out process was easy and the owners were fantastic to work with. The condo was a great location on Mission Beach by restaurants and steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

As close to the waves as you could get! Beautiful view of the ocean the moment you open the door. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen space was more than enough. Listening to the ocean waves throughout our stay was just the relaxation we needed.

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and had a great time, in spite of the unusually hot and humid weather conditions. In addition to the 4 fans the owner provided, we brought 4 of our own tower fans which we also used as there is no a/c. The unit came with a kitchen fully stocked with appliances, pots & pans, plus extra paper towels, bath towels, toilet paper, beach towels, 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. The only negative was the small and narrow twin beds in the back bedroom, as they were rather bouncy and probably better suited for children rather than adults. But overall we loved the unit, balcony and responsive owners. We'd consider staying here again.

Wayne, thank you for the wonderful review! We are so glad that you loved our condo and the ocean front balcony. This was an unusually hot end of summer. As you know, A/C is uncommon at the beach Fortunately, our unit benefits from the ocean breezes that typically flow from west to east, providing natural cooling. We provide 6 fans. We are sorry to hear that our twin beds in the back bedroom did not meet your expectations. The twin beds are recently purchased Beautyrest medium-firm standard size. We received great reviews from our guests. Upon request we can move them together to create a king-size bed for adults and couples. We hope you return in the future.

Right on the boardwalk. Loved the boogie boards and access to walk to everything! Had to close the doors at night because the boardwalk was busy/at times loud but also very fun. Price was the same as a hotel room with 3x the space and amenities. No AC & limited kitchen tools for cooking but overall a very nice stay, and they allowed us to check in early!

Great place right on the boardwalk, the master bedroom is the best!

This unit is more affordable then others right on the beach and it has everything you need to have a great time on mission beach. Great communication and a great place!

A beautiful location. Quiet and yet within walking distance of many wonderful shops and restaurants. The hosts were attentive and took care of all our needs right away. The place was clean and the sunsets were incredible. We loved our stay

Beautiful beach front condo

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Well appointed and great location. Owners responded quickly to emails and also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we will again on our next visit.

A great location

Beach front with great views. Property is a bit dated, but overall very nice. Right on the boardwalk with easy access to restaurants and shops. Host is very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

Great location, wonderful view of the beach. Property is dated and needs a really good clean but to be fair it came as advertised.

Matt, please check all of our 69, 5 star reviews below to see what others have said about our condo. We care deeply about the condition of our condo and were surprised by your review since you texted us that everything was great. You had absolutely no problems. You were referring to the condition of the building complex needing updating/cleaning not our specific unit. Being on the beach we get constant moist salt air and heavy, sandy foot traffic. Our association has just hired additional staff to provide cleaning for our bldg. While the exterior of the building has not changed over time, the interior of our unit has been upgraded, most recently with new paint, flooring and bathroom. We hope that you enjoyed the welcome gifts and a 3 hr early check in.

Just as pictured. Perfect location for enjoying sunsets, the beach with easy access to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Hosts provided very helpful information on local dining and sites to see and made sure that our check in process and stay went smoothly.

Beach week getaway

The property was super comfortable and clean. The unit had all the needed necessities and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Easy and quick access from door to beach in seconds. Property manager was very kind, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this location again.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at the Mission Beach Resort for one week and it was perfect for us. Marianne and Jef's help with getting settled, info on the condo, things to do in the area, etc. was great. Their communication was excellent, and they did all they could to make things go smoothly during our stay. The location is perfect; from the boardwalk to the beach, the sunsets and local restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Mothers Day

Perfect location for a weekend get away. The location is on the beach and only a small walk to the bay. Plenty of places to eat! Parking is right in front but we did not even need a car. We were able to walk to everything. If I could I would give the owners an 11 for their outstanding service and kindness.

Amazing Condo

No problems with the unit, had everything we needed, walking distance from shops & restaurants. Owner was friendly & checked with us a couple times to make sure everything was OK with unit. Highly recommended!

vacation getaway

The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities. I would definetely stay here again. Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom. But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it. Loved the unit.

Great place in a great location!

Our stay here did not disappoint. The view and the location are wonderful. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, sightseeing all day in the San Diego area, and then returning to this home-like condo after a long day to hit the beach or people watch from the balcony above the boardwalk. The host was very communicative, shared attraction info, local restaurant recommendations, and checked in often to make sure all was going well, which was super helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.
