¡3 habitaciones, 2 baños en la bahía con una vista increíble!

¡Disfruta de la paz y la tranquilidad que nuestra pequeña playa tiene para ofrecer! Prime Hook Beach se encuentra en la bahía de Delaware, ubicada a la salida de Rt. 1) Cerca de ciudades como Rehoboth y Lewes, pero lejos de todas las multitudes. La bahía tiene una playa natural con suaves olas y una pendiente gradual. ¡Perfecto para niños y perros! Nuestra casa está de regreso al refugio de vida silvestre con acceso a la playa al otro lado de la calle residencial.
Nuestra casa es de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos con un plano de planta abierto y vistas al agua desde cada ventana. Dos habitaciones con camas queen size, una habitación con literas de tamaño completo y un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Duerme 8. ¡Trae a tu perro! Tanto nuestra casa como la playa admiten mascotas (solo asegúrese de limpiar después de su mascota tanto en el hogar como en la playa).
Disfrute de las hermosas puestas de sol desde nuestra gran terraza trasera o amaneceres desde la sala de sol frontal. Ven a experimentar toda la tranquilidad que nuestra casa tiene para ofrecer.

An absolute beautiful, clean, and peaceful sanctuary. We couldn’t believe how extremely well stocked the home was, from beach towels, bath towels, every paper product, cooking needs, tons of fresh linens. The view from the deck is absolute bliss. The beach is a short walk across the street. Beds are very comfortable, nice furniture to fit everyone. We enjoyed every moment of everyday, even when it wasn’t beach weather, we could still enjoy being on the spacious deck. We can’t wait to return to this gem.

Lovely beach house!! Best of both worlds with it being about 1 min walk across the street to the bay “beach” side and amazing views from the back deck of the bay. We had no issues with bugs biting on beach or bay side. You can hear the waves when in the living/dining room when you open the windows in the morning and the sunsets off the back deck are amazing. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need including paper products, coffee, towels, beach chairs/toys etc. It’s 15 min drive to town of Milton for groceries/pizza etc. and 20ish min drive to Lewes for a more beach town tourist vibe. The house has great vibes with it being so bright and airy. We used the outdoor shower all week! Loved walking the dogs in the neighborhood and friendly neighbors everywhere. We will be back soon! Thank you!

What a wonderful cottage on a peaceful and quiet location. Sunsets were amazing while we watched the birds fly around. Property was perfect size of family of 4 with a dog. Place was well stocked with everyday essentials along with cookware, coffee maker, etc. Christine was an amazing host! Great communication and responded quickly to any questions. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and noise of the beaches to the south, this is a great location and property!

This property surpassed our expectations! We stayed here with our four teenagers and two dogs. The property owner provided us with all the information we needed for check in/out several days in advance which helped us with last minute plans. The house was so convenient to reach the beach and the beach was so pleasant that we opted to skip making the drive to the ocean. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets and even saw an amazing rainbow. The neighborhood was so peaceful and it was just a quick drive to reach other activities like dining and trails in the nature reserve. The garage/basement of the house held so many items that we could use. My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!

Amazing location

This was our first stay in Prime Hook and we will most definitely be back. It was so wonderful to stay away from the hustle of the main beach towns. The deck was perfection and we loved walks on the beach with the dogs. It was great that all the extras were included and Chris graciously checked in to be sure our needs were met. 5 stars!

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

Loved our trip to Primehook beach. This property has such a beautiful view from the back deck and is so close to the beach access. Loved how quiet and peaceful it was and that we could bring our dogs with us! Close enough to Rehoboth that we spent some time there as well to play mini golf and take the dogs for ice cream.

Peaceful, clean and comfortable

All the positive reviews are spot on - this place is a gem! Easy check in with key code. Very clean and comfortable, with so many household items available it feels like actually being hosted rather than just renting a room; which so many short term rentals feel like now. So nice to not have to pack your whole house for vacation. Enjoyed sunrise at the bay and sunsets on the deck. AC was nice and cold on a super hot week but added plus were the ceiling fans throughout the house - lovely touch! We made most meals at the house - kitchen has everything you could need. Owner was easy to chat with and helpful! Thank you for sharing your home & for accepting pets! We brought our foster dog and he saw the beach for the first time! The beach is not crowded - with people at least - bring bug spray! Enjoyed exploring the area down to Lewes/Cape Henlopen as well. Will be back!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!

Our family loved our stay at this property! It was so nice to enjoy the beach without massive crowds. The location is surrounded with natural beauty and you're really *in* nature. The bay waves were very calm and not intimidating for our young kids. It was an easy drive over to Lewes when we wanted to get out/find some more stuff to do. Christine was a great host- very responsive and helpful. Thank you! We can't wait to come back.

Great Getaway

My family loved our stay at this cottage at the beach. Can't beat the views and beach access. The cottage was clean and very well-stocked with basics (and more). For those traveling with young children, there was a nice selection of toys, games, and beach toys. It's also a great home base for exploring all the surrounding towns and beaches.

Perfect Get-away

Beautiful property that was dog-friendly and right across the street from the private beach. 2 full bathrooms! Great deck that overlooked the refuge. The host was super-responsive.

Perfect for families!

Do not hesitate to book a stay here! We traveled without 4 kids (ages 5-12) and had a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful- the kids loved watching the birds on the back deck. We had the beach to ourselves (just a short walk across the street). It’s a quiet neighborhood without traffic so we felt comfortable with our kids walking back and forth to the beach alone. The house has everything you could possibly need. Our youngest enjoyed the toys and the older kids enjoyed the bunks and the games. Not having an oven was not an issue even with our large family. They have a large convection oven and we used the grill. The location can’t be beat for families- a quiet, safe beach but close enough to other activities if you get tired of the beach. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home!

Christmas getaway

Our family spent 2 christmas's here after my father passed and we needed a new tradition. The layout is perfect for a small family. Everything is on one level. The views out the back - spectacular sunsets. Quick walk to the beach to see the snow geese and a brisk walk. We've had to move on to a larger home with more bedrooms, otherwise, we'd still be booking here. The host provides excellent amenities and a stocked pantry (helpful for quick stays) and linens. Host goes above and beyond - my mom left her iPod there one year and we asked them to keep a lookout for it...months later they found it and mailed it back to us.

Location, location, location! We had never heard of Prime Hook before finding this home, but could not pass up the views and seclusion! Our children and dogs are able to run around on the beach and play in the water without fighting crowds. The short one minute walk to the beach is perfect to bring supplies back and forth. The sunsets from the back deck are spectacular and we've spent so much time making the inside of our home warm and inviting! We want you to feel like you are home from the moment you step in the door and hope you leave looking forward to your next trip back!

The view from the back of the house cannot be beat! We have some of the best sunsets and right across from the beach access. Our beach is a private, bay beach so you’ll never have to fight for a spot. Our bay beach is natural so you will find many great shells and has no waves! Perfect place to swim or take the kayak out.
