Ubicado en casi 500 acres, todos los deportes Palmer Lake. Una amplia terraza sobre el agua, área de playa de arena, parrilla superior plana y espaciosa fogata en la propiedad. El muelle es de 40 pies con una gran plataforma para sentarse y disfrutar del lago. Un área poco profunda cerca del muelle para disfrutar del agua en una balsa. La casa principal es un rancho completamente renovado (3 hab / 2 baños) y una casa de literas separada (1 espacio de literas grandes y gran salón). ¡Ambos espacios tienen grandes espacios de reunión, dormitorios y vistas al lago! ¡Todo lo que un retiro en el lago puede ofrecer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palmer Lake and this property. This was a perfect spot for a friends/family weekend away. The house right on the water and very well maintained.The bunk house allowed for addition space we needed. We would and plan to stay here again in the future. Nicole was great to work with from booking through our stay. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful place to vacation! Wonderful home with lots of amenities. Houses were both decorated really cute and very clean! Owner was more than accommodating and made us feel welcome - also great response time to a few questions we had. We will be back - Thanks so much!

5 night stay was nothing but beautiful evenings and water filled fun all day long! Everything you need in a lake get away! Water/beach is great for the littles! Toys for every age available. Large kitchen and bountiful sleeping spaces!

Another Perfect Stay

This is such a beautiful property! Very well cared for—they think of everything! It checks all the boxes—you can be as busy or relaxed as you would like. The swim area at the dock is clean, fishing off the dock was good, and the shade to sit & enjoy the lake was a wonderful way to end the day. The fire pit was perfect to roast some s’mores lakeside. This was our third year for this property and we’re already talking about our next trip!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We just got back from our family vacation and can’t wait to go back! We’ve been repeat renters over the years because the owners have thought of everything and it’s all perfect for us! Exactly as described. Comfortable. You only need to pack your swimsuit! Great swimming, fishing & floating! We had a great time on and off the lake. There’s something for everyone….you dan be as relaxed or busy as you want! Already planning our trip next summer.

We had a fantastic stay at your property!! There was so much provided for the guests. We are turning into seasoned lake house travelers and know to bring Ziploc bags and chip clips, etc. However, at Nicole's property, she's got you covered! Great week at the lake

We took our three kids for a week at the lake. We rented the boat along with the house. It’s a great little lake. We didn’t catch any fish, but we did a lot of swimming and tubing. We also went on a bike ride along the lake. Good memories were made! Our youngest enjoyed the sand at the lake front and we had a fire in the fire pit most nights. It was a great get away amid covid!

Exactly as Listed! Relaxing Fun Getaway

The entire rental process was easy from start to finish. Nicole thought of everything! You literally only need your swimsuit and food. Fishing right off the dock, Sandy bottom swimming area, sandbox to dig your toes in the sand, fire pit for s’mores and relaxing....I could go on and on. Beds are comfortable, lots of room for anything you could want to do. Very clean and safe. Our family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again in the future.

Wonderful 4 night stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin right on the lake! The kids were entertained playing in the sand, swimming in the water, jumping off the dock and fishing from the dock. We brought sand toys, water rafts and other kid toys which wasn't necessary as those were already there as well as other toys (can jam, cornhole boards, etc.). We enjoyed having fires and cooking over the fire pit right next to the water. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and more. Some of our group took daily walks in the neighborhood and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Nicole was helpful and easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay again!

Amazing Getaway

The rental process was easy from start to finish. This house was everything we wanted and more! It’s beautiful, clean, cozy and right on the lake. The view is breathtaking. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. You literally need your swimsuit & food…that’s it. Our family of 4 love this home. We were able to have our extended family over and the set up worked for all ages. Only a few stairs for our older family members. Lots of games, sand toys and floats for kids and adults. We will be back for sure!

Great place to relax with family

The place was clean and pleasant with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space inside and out for hanging out with our extended MI family members. The setting was beautiful—we especially liked the many swans that swam by every day. Our grandchildren loved the sand area on the shore. The fire pit right on the water was also a highlight along with the corn hole game provided by the owner. The owner was very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend.

Delightful!

We had a wonderful time at the Lakehouse! Very clean and well appointed! Bunkhouse nice for extra sleeping and separate hanging out area. Enjoyed being right on the water! Kids loved the sand area, careful watch as right next to sea wall for the little ones. Communication great with host . Thank you for the special treats! We would definitely come back!

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The size and location area great. The host provided swim and beach toys which meant less stuff to bring. The lake is really nice. I do wish there were less knickknacks under the TV as we worried one of the kids would break something. Also, the shower pressure is a little sad. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Great Place on the Lake

This was our third stay at this VRBO. It suits us perfectly. The lake never seems to get too busy so we are able to do all the tubing and skiing we like.

Family Trip

Great time all around. Good size bass, walley, catfish right off pier; with turtles, a sandpit and bonfire right off the shore. Very nice owner too. Will be back in the future.

Family and friends yearly get away

Had a good time, property was in a good location with lots of amenities. The only drawback was the weather which was chilly for the time of year. We were still able to relax and enjoy a quiet get away and will likely rent the property again. Hoping to rent earlier in the season though so we can make use of the boat and lake also.

Exceeded our expectations

Nicole was responsive from the get go, setting the tone for our upcoming stay. She is so sweet and hospitable. She thought of everything! The little details she offers, makes the biggest difference when your home, away from home. From the s'more kit to variety of spices for cooking to personal care items in the bathrooms. The overall experience exceeded our expectations! We felt relax and rejuvenated, especially after all this quarantine fatigue. Most importantly our 6 yo son, enjoyed himself. He deserved a pleasant getaway after all of this. We swam all day, cooked on the griddle, played in the sand; the many cities we made and "Godzilla" destroyed are going to be great memories. Up all night playing on frogger and pac man to watching kid friendly movies in his own room until he feel asleep, it couldn't get anybetter than this. The home was beautifully decorated and I love all the renovations the Langs did. It was spacious and comfortable for everyone. The bunk was a nice perk! We were so pleased by all the fun amenities they offered. Truly, you do not need to pack anything else but your clothes, toothbrush and groceries. It seemed like everything else was provided! Thank you for Langs for the awesome memories!!

Great Family House

We had a lovely weekend- 3 young families total 6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants tons of space with room to spare. So clean, well stocked, Dish washer & washer/dryer!! recommend renting the boat- it was really nice & the lake was not too busy! The kids loved the sand area and the lake was a nice sandy bottom great for swimming around and floating, they provided noodles, floats and toys for the kids, dock was perfect for sun bathing, deck faces East and was great for grilling, eating breakfast in the sun and dinner in the shade. Having the 2 spaces was perfect- the Bunk house living space was great for playing games in after the kids were asleep! Highly recommend!
