Hermosa casa de tres pisos en Indian Rocks Beach con vista al Golfo de México. Cocina totalmente amueblada con encimeras de granito. Dos maestros de tamaño king arriba, dos dormitorios en el nivel principal. ¡Un montón de cubiertas para ver lo que sucede en la playa! Parrilla a gas, juguetes de playa, sillas de playa, wifi, ropa de cama, toallas, ducha al aire libre, refrigerador adicional en el garaje, estacionamiento en garaje para dos autos. Hermosas puestas de sol !!!

Sara and Patrick were both great. Very easy to deal with and responsive. The house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. House is on the beach, and the sunsets are amazing.

The overall experience was really great. The location of the property and Indian Rocks Beach are just wonderful. All in all a great trip and great rental. My only recommendation is that the kitchen's cooking equipment / tools were not great for cooking. Super old/need replacing. If you are someone that wants to cook for your family while on vacation, it was challenging due to poor quality of the pans and tools. Pretty sure the Keurig pot did not work either. Also, the condition of the beach chairs, tents, fishing poles, etc. need to be reviewed, as many were broken and not able to be used. Same for igniter on the grill. The rest of the property was excellent!

All good. Beautiful view. Right on the beach. Everything worked great. Would prefer to have a pool next time but knew that going in. We loved Jake’s cantina. Margaritas were excellent. Make their own lime juice Had ice cream every night at kooky coconut not even 50 yards from the house.

5 stars in every way! Communication with our host was pleasant and prompt. The house had all the amenities needed for our entire stay. The view was amazing and the beach in front of the house was clean. The house was spotless when we arrived. Thank you for allowing our family to make wonderful memories during the new year!

This is a beautiful place right on the beach. Sara and Pat were very responsive, worked with us on a late check-in, and even texted to remind us when trash needed to be put out for pick up. We had a great time staying here!!

Really lovely spot. We tremendously enjoyed all the different porch, sitting areas. Optimal spot to view the sunrise/sunset. The firepit area was such a nice place for us all to congregate. Both Sara and Patrick were immediately responsive to our questions. Thank you! Great place for a family reunion!

This house is perfect! Right on the beach, local to shopping and food. We will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for a rental on IRB, look no further.

Beutifuo home with the best views

This house is fully equipped for an amazing beach vacation. My husband and I took our 2 kids. They loved playing in the sand and the ocean, it was so easy going back and forth to the house.The sunsets were unbelievable.The kitchen is well stocked and the BBQ worked great. We will definitely be returning!

Our family had a lovely week at this home. Plenty of space, very clean and well kept. The views on the porches are stunning. Property owner is so easy to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend.

Amazing home in Perfect location

This is the 2nd time staying here and I can’t rate the experience any higher! Sara is very quick to respond and is always available if needed. The home is in perfect condition and the location is ideal. The view is why you stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Beachfront at IRB

Booked a last minute stay when travel plans changed unexpectedly. The house was beautiful and clean. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach was so nice! It was nice to stay somewhere that didn’t have a bunch of huge condo buildings lining the beach.

Beach House Vacation

The house is the perfect location if you want to have a beach vacation. It is only steps away from the beach and water. The views from the balcony are amazing. The outside patio and fire pit are a great place to relax next to the beach with privacy. The house was very clean, well equipped. The hosts Sara and Patrick were very nice and immediately responded to any questions that I had. The house is located very close to many restaurants and places to shop.Our family would definitely stay in the house again!

Nice Vacation

Great location & the house is laid out well. 2 Bedrooms 1st floor/ 2 second floor Lots of stairs, but needed the exercise 😂 Kitchen could use some organizing really only negative & we managed to find the stuff we needed. Our 2 weeks flew by. We will definitely rent this home again. And our host Sara is wonderful.

Best location!

We had 8 people on our trip at this stay. 6 adults and 2 kids. There was room for everyone! The vibe is 80s/90s with VHS player and tapes included! It was like taking our kids back in time to the slower summers we were blessed with! Of course there were streaming options and modern amenities but the old school touches where so fun to show them! The house is directly on the beach with 2 large parking spots so that was awesome! Easily walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes. This was a great house that made beach time with all different ages easy and fun!

Very nice beach home.

Very nice home on the beach. Close to all you need to have a great beach vacation. Indian Rock is a very nice beach town. My family visited from Texas and found everyone from the restaurants and local stores to be very nice and friendly. Sara the owner was so very nice and just minutes away. Thank You again Sara. I just can't say enough about the house and the view. I would return in heart beat.

Great location; well-stocked; great outside area

Great location in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Walking to many restaurants and coffee venues. House has a fantastic outside area that we enjoyed most nights. The quality outside furniture is a huge plus! Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. We had a slight issue during our stay with one toilet and it was promptly repaired. Inside is well stocked with kitchen, bath and other beach accessories. The layout is spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are lots of areas for unpacking in each room. House could use a few updates, but overall, we had a great time! And of course, the sunsets from IRB can’t be beat!

Perfect beachfront home!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beachfront home. We are a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The upstairs bedrooms are especially gorgeous! The kitchen is very well-stocked with every kind of appliance or dish/pot/pan you might want. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and the breeze from the tall Adirondack chairs on the main porch. The easy walk through the back yard to the beach was the BEST! We didn't even have to pack a cooler. We set up our shade tent every morning at about 8:30 so that we would have the area in front of our pathway. It is a public beach and that is a good spot. It never felt too crowded, and the lush plantings around the house made it feel very private. We walked to Kooky's frequently for smoothies, sandwiches and ice cream. There are plenty of places to eat, grocery stores and other stores nearby. We saw dolphins and 2 manatees in the warm, clear ocean and did lots of paddle boarding. And the sunsets from the porch were gorgeous! Sara was always available and so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this home!

Amazing Location and Outdoor spaces

House is in a great location - beach in the backyard and restaurant/ice cream shop within walking distance. Easy drive to stores and stuff to do. Comfortable home - AC works great and the beds are comfortable. Balconies have great beach views and patio area is very private. Upstairs has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony. Middle level has kitchen/dining, living room, hall bath, laundry and two bedrooms each with two beds. Lower level has garage with half bath and patio access. Patio has chairs, tv, grill and counter area with sink and a private outdoor shower. There is also a hose for rinsing your feet off. Patio has outdoor stairs up to first balcony. Nice beach chairs available. There were beach and bath towels too but not a ton but there is a washer/dryer you can use. Had read about the public beach access next to house but it was fine - it’s only a few parking spots at end of the dead end street. The landscaping makes the back of the house very private. Beach was AMAZING- beautiful sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, sand dollars, calm water… would definitely book this house again!
