Bienvenido a nuestra impresionante SDSU Beach Cottage. ¡Nuestra casa está a 10 minutos de todo lo increíble en San Diego!
Nuestra casa está ubicada en el centro de San Diego y en un vecindario seguro y deseable. Estamos a pasos de un restaurante local favorito, un bar de vinos, un pub de cerveza, un mercado comunitario holístico natural, una tienda de tacos, una licorería, bagels de Einstein y una pizzería. Amazing place to stay!

This house was perfect for our trip. There was 9 of us and plenty of space for everyone. We loved that it was central to all of the attractions, Kim was such a great host. We would definitely stay again!

Fun Spring Break Getaway

Wonderful place!

The location was great. We were close to everything that we had planned for this trip. The house was clean and a wonderful space. The kiddos loved the play room. We would rent the place again.

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter at sdsu. Property was close and very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and property manager was easy to work with. Excellent choice. Would stay again.

Great stay in SD

We had a fabulous time staying in SD. This home was perfect for our family ( two adults and two kiddos aged 4 and 8). Plenty of room and well stocked. We loved the location as it was only 15-20 min away from all of our adventures( Zoo, beach, USS Midway). The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely look at staying here again our next trip to SD 🤗

Great Family Vacation

The layout was great with yard and great game room for groups. The place is very updated, and had plenty of dishes and towels. The communication was great with the property manager - she responded quickly and sent over needed supplies like toilet paper and dish soap. Location was close to plenty of vegan options for this vegan family. Highly recommended!

Great property!

House was just as described, very comfortable beds, room for everyone and had everything we needed. Our granddaughters loved the game room and all the outdoor games too. The location was perfect, a great neighborhood and convenient to everything. 20 min to the beach, downtown and all the sites. Taco King right around the corner was a hit too with an easy walk and great food. Will stay here again when in San Diego.

Perfect little home!

The house was amazing ! Extremely clean, well kept and tastefully decorated! The owners were extremely nice and prompt with communication! Would recommend this place over and over! Had a blast! Great central location! All around great place to stay in San Diego!

Loved our visit

A great home that was perfect for us. Plenty of room and just plain beautiful home. Best (for us) was the location - 5 minutes from our new grandson. This house gave us a wonderful opportunity to go everywhere we wanted. Minutes from everything. Beds were just so comfortable, especially the bunk bed. My grandson who lives with us not wants that in his room Nice outside deck and table. When we go backwe will want to stay here.

Thank you so much, your home was just perfect for our needs. We needed an interim place to stay in the neighborhood while we moved out of our home and prepared to move. I needed somewhere where my elderly mother and our two cats would be comfortable ... your house was just what we needed. The location is perfect, we could walk to Windmill Farms for groceries and pick up tacos at El Torro. Your house was well appointed and we had everything we needed for an easy stay. Thank you so much!!

My New Favorite Place to Stay in SD!

This home is very comfortable, clean, cozy, and has everything for that perfect Home away from Home! Kim has excellent taste in home decor and was an awesome hostess! The backyard and game room are just the icing on the cake! Location is perfect, as it is in a quiet, safe area and only minutes to all the attractions the San Diego area has to offer!! I will definitely be back soon!!

Perfect Location Perfect House For Us

We only had 4 family members stay here but i can see how it would more then comfortably fit a few more. There was plenty of room for all of our friends and family to come visit us. The game room was a blast and the little room off the house was perfect for the younger adults to catch up. We stayed 8 nights and made dinner 5 of those nights + Thanksgiving! It was wonderful! The house feels like “home”. It was very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Kim was quick to respond to any and all of my questions. She is very kind and generous and it shows in this home. I can’t wait to stay here next time I’m in town to visit friends and family.

Perfect stay with extended family

This is a great property. Just right for our family. Very clean with many amenities and close to a great pizza and Mexican take-out. Also a nice restaurant and market. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen and great-room is set up for enjoyment and entertaining. We loved the open concept and the garage was just super for a little family competition. The house has easy access to the freeway and is just a couple a minutes to SDSU. We have stayed in a number of vacation houses around the world and this was the best!

We are a local San Diego Family. We had just finished remodeling this home and had intentions of living there forever. As our sons human and fur friends multiplied we realized we needed more space. We were heartbroken to sell our beautiful home. So we chose to keep her and share her beauty, comfort, and charm with you. We hope you enjoy her and feel at home while you are there.

The house has a quaint and comfy beach cottage feel. It has 2 Master Suites, a Kids room with a Full size bunk and a twin trundle. It has a DETACHED bonus room that has 2 couches that fold out to twin beds. We have also provided 2 twin foam movable beds, in case children want to sleep closer to Mom and Dad. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub in the main bathroom. It has a quadruple Reverse Osmosis drinking water system installed in the kitchen, 4 Car driveway, 15 lb dog or smaller allowed and MUST use its private dog run. Brand new comfortable beds with Down Pillows and Faux Down Pillows. USB permanent outlets are installed in the kitchen. The house will have Corn hole, glow in the dark lawn darts, 4 in a row, Ping Pong, and other grass games. The back yard is strung with lights to create an illuminated evening ambiance with a 6 person table set and a patio furniture set.
