Located oceanfront and poolside at the popular Cottages at Jekyll Island community…life at the beach doesn't get any better than this! This two-story cottage-style townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 6 adults and two children. Open concept living with kitchen, dining, living, laundry, half bath and master suite (KING) on the main floor. The first floor also opens to an oceanfront screened porch and paver patio with a gas grill and a high-top dining table. The Kitchen is well-equipped with stainless appliances, a standard coffee maker, and a gas range. The second master suite (KING), a guest room with a private bath (QUEEN). The master and guest room are open to the upper screened balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cottages pool. The second floor has a bunk room for the little travelers. This Cottage is also equipped with a second fridge in the garage and a street-legal 6-seater electric cart. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and a community fire pit.
**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.

THIS IS NOT HOWEVER A "PET-FREE" COTTAGE AS THE OWNER HAS PETS.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
