Wonderful place

We enjoyed this house so much! Very private. Felt very homey right away. Location was perfect for us. Close to a park and also close to airport and downtown. Loved the outdoor space and utilized it every day.

Great house. Closer to the airport than I thought and on the fringe of a more industrial neighborhood. That aside, there is nothing not to like. Extremely well cared for property. Great pool and spa. Very responsive property manager. Oh, the TV is the pits, but that's on the carrier ( Spectrum), not the home owner. All in all a great 2 months.

Great pool property!

Back yard - 10/10! Pool, seating areas, spa fantastic. Immaculate yard. Seating and eating areas. Pool amenities great. Pool and spa fantastic and meticulously clean. Interior amenities - 10/10! Coffee, sugars, soaps, heated towel racks. And a very responsive property manager for any questions who also provided a very informative information packet on the house and area (thank you!!). Checkout was also a complete breeze. Interior decor - a tad overwhelming. Tchotchkes on every wall and surface. Can be a lot to absorb on first arrival. Everyone has their own taste in art! bit did make it a tad hard to find a clear surface to put our own bags on the counters or in the kitchen. Location - safe, close driving distance to downtown. On the edge of an industrial area. Near airport flight path, but planes appear to stop in evening.

Fabulous experience

We've stayed many places in Palm Springs, but what you get for the price here makes it a memorable standout! It was a perfect place for us, our grown kids, and our grandkids (in their 20s). As other reviewers have said, the host has provided every conceivable amenity, including some I'd never have thought of (heated towel racks? Sunscreen? Dog biscuits? An air compressor to inflate pool toys? Yes please!). The yard and patio spaces are beautifully designed with, again, every possible amenity. We ate all our meals outside, at the tables under the gazebos. The kitchen is fully--FULLY--stocked, guests have an amazing array of dishes and wineglasses and truly, just everything you could need. I also want to give the host a shout-out for providing really good reading light in the bedroom--something no one, including hotels, ever seems to think of anymore. And for being such a great communicator. Rick responded promptly to questions, and was a great, accommodating host. It's ten minutes from Palm Cyn Blvd, and was especially handy for picking up our grandson from the airport. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the Palm Springs area. You won't want to go home!

Fully stocked home close to everything

We came to do some winter hiking with our two dogs and really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was wonderful and every amenity in the home is first class. We enjoyed the grill and heated outdoor patio. It is near a big park and only 10 min to the main drag in Palm Springs. Had a great dinner with the dogs at Spencers and enjoyed 2 long likes in Whitewater & Mission Creek Preserves.

Perfection!

This house is perfect! Great size, awesome outdoor area. The house literally has any amenity you could think of! No joke, our favorite thing was the ice maker in the outside area - you know you've made it when you can just have a machine that makes the perfect little crushed ice :) Though the airport is close, it isn't really noticeable. Very quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants and downtown. AC works great (which I have been in some rentals where it was hotter than heck even with the AC on). Tons of towels, bedding, pillows, and even an extra standing fan in each bedroom, which brought me as about much joy as the ice machine because I need the white noise for sleeping (the little things in life). The pool was fabulous, the misters were even better. Great amount of seating, pool floats and overhead fans/shaded areas. Even the bbq had an overhead exhaust so you won't melt while cooking. We did use a lot of pool towels and washed them prior to our departure. The W/D was very efficient and easy to use - all the appliances were. Seriously, nothing was amiss in this house. For the love of all things good, they have the good TP/paper products! The only thing I could say wrong about the place is that I don't own it and can't live there forever.

Sublime Property = Relaxing Vacation

The property is immaculate inside and out. Having stayed in many vacation rentals over the years this one is up there at the top. Richard has created a gem in Palm Springs. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to lots of amenities and downtown, the backyard is an oasis for all of the family and is perfectly set up in every way. The attention to detail in literally providing everything you could possibly need from big to small is second to none (best stocked property ever). I will be highly recommending this property to friends and family and look forward to returning asap.

Girls trip

This property was amazing and went above and beyond for all the amenities it has to offer, they have thought of everything. The backyard was incredible and was where we spent the majority of our time. This rental comes complete with literally everything you could need and is super close to the airport and all activities plus restaurants, downtown Palm springs, grocery stores and more. I would highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again when we come back. Thanks for a wonderful time!
