La casa está diseñada con un diseño abierto, 3 dormitorios y 2 baños: la suite principal tiene una cama king-size con 2 dormitorios adicionales con camas queen-size. Definitely coming back!

Couldn’t be happier with this lovely house. Perfect location, wonderful amenities, extremely comfortable and couldn’t have asked for more. Even the neighborhood birds were accommodating and entertaining.

Great Space, Quiet Neighborhood

We had a great stay. Joshua, the property manager was there to greet us and walk us through key features and amenities. He was very quick to respond to the couple of inquiries we had. The home is comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Furnishings are comfortable; appliances are fully functional. We enjoyed the in-line gas BBQ for an al fresco dinner. The view of the mountain is beautiful, from sunrise to sunset! Our senior dogs were with us, and the space was great for them, too. Flat streets, so easy for the old guys! Do bring dog booties for walks between April and October!

Christmas in Palm Springs

Lots of love about this property. If you've never been to PS, the views anywhere in the town are incredible with the mountains in backdrop. This house was no different. The pictures/description of the listing were spot on. In fact, maybe a bit more room in the common areas that advertised. Outdoor area really neat (meals outside a must). Communication with the owner and host outstanding. They even put up a little Christmas tree that we requested. As VRBO's go, its a great value. A few (very) small areas for improvement would be things like extra toiletries, mattress upgrade in guest bed and a few minor things. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The little neighborhood was very quite (cul d sac) and grocery store walkable (1/2 mile away). Easy drive to all that PS has to offer. Great for a family, guys/girls trip or almost anything. Thanks to Josh for great communication.

Wonderful Stay!

Property is just as described. We loved the windows, pool, hot tub, patio, firepit... everything! House was perfect for our family of 4 (older teens), with room ro spread out and relax but still be together. Property manager is wonderfulCan't wait to return!

Clean and sweet

It was just what my granddaughter and I needed for a relaxing week together. The house was clean and neat, had a sweet pool and hot tub, and an attentive manager. We will be back.

Home Away From Home

This place was easily in my top 3 of rentals I have stayed in. It was in a wonderful neighborhood, the property manager was easy to work with and attentive, everything was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities and appliances needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, plenty of patio furniture, etc. We loved the pool and hot tub. Everything was easy to use. There was a washer and dryer available for us. And, especially in Palm Springs where it is hot, it was wonderful that we had a space in the garage for our rental car. Would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommended

This we a great rental located in a quiet court. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything needed to enjoy the stay. Kitchen was well stocked, including some oils, spices, dish detergent, etc. which is always nice. Pool and outdoor area provides a great space for lounging and outdoor meals along with shaded areas at different times of the day. Would highly recommend.

Awesome desert home

This was my second stay in this home and it was just as nice as my first. House is so clean and well stocked for a perfect getaway. Location was ideal for all our activities as well as the pool for relaxing. We enjoyed our week and look forward to coming back next year thanks for a wonderful trip.

Lovely retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. We loved the pool and the spa - we used both every day. It was a perfect retreat for our long awaited family vacation.

Review of 1310 Rosarito Way, Palm Springs, CA

Property was very clean and photos were representative of the house and pool area. Had a very good experience with the owner and property manager. There was a well appointed kitchen and lots of room inside the house. The proximity to downtown PS and other activities was great. Would stay here again.

Lovely Palm Springs Getaway

Nicely renovated house with great amenities. Nice, quiet neighborhood too. It is relatively close to the airport so there was some early morning airplane takeoff noise but it was not too disruptive, and didn't take away from overall very relaxing stay in PS!

Winter Week for Golf

Wanted to get away from the cold for a bit, so we planned a week of golf. The accommodations at this VRBO were exceptional, beyond meeting expectations. Here were some reasons: * Good and easy access to communicate with home manager; * Very clean accommodations; * VERY impressed with the resources of utensils for eating and cooking when we choose to 'eat in' - plates, glasses, flatware, pots/pans, various utensils for cooking. * Will plan to stay here on return.

Palm Springs Christmas

We enjoyed our stay even though it rained and was cold a lot of the time. Our VRBO was well stocked and comfortable and we were able to use the spa and pool because they were heated.

Wonderful December stay

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Vista Norte. We loved how the house was laid out, the location (easy access to everything), the quiet street, privacy, and the heated pool (86 degrees!) in December. It just a little cool weather-wise to spend the day lounging in the pool, but hopping between the spa and pool was heaven. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Just a few notes to be aware of for anyone planning to stay: * The spa was a bit tricky and the instructions a bit sparse. It says to hit 'spa' and then 'heat.' What it doesn't say is that depending on what part of the pool cycle it's on, you might need to wait for the spa jets to start up (about a minute) before the 'heat' button will actually work. A fast-blinking light will tell you it's actually heating. To turn it off, hitting 'heat' and then 'spa' sometimes turns it off right away (again, depending on where in the cycle it is), but sometimes gives no indication that you did it right and it takes 5 min or so to turn off. * We're used to vacation rentals having at least oil, salt, and pepper for cooking. We couldn't find any in this one, and they leave explicit instructions not to leave any food items behind. Just know you'll likely need to buy your own.

Great Palm Springs house

We enjoyed our stay here so much. House was extremely clean, great furnishings, fabulous out door area and pool and spa. All bedrooms had tv’s. Kitchen was modern, clean and had everything we needed to cook. The property manager was far and above the best 1 we have dealt with. He called the day before to go over some things and when I had a question he answered immediately. We are already going to rebook for next year

Good, and could be better with a few tweaks

The best part of this property is the outdoor space (pool, hot tub, grill). We fully made use of that area. The house is clean. However, there were definitely some negative features. There is no door on the master bathroom, which makes using the toilet awkward for couples like us who prefer privacy when using the restroom. We were also disappointed that no body wash or bar soap was provided for the showers. So the first morning, we had no choice but to use antibacterial hand soap to wash our bodies - very drying and unpleasant in the already dry desert. At this price point, we expected some sort of soap in the showers; we had to run to the drug store to buy body wash. Although the kitchen was well equipped, not even a starter pack of ground coffee was provided to make one pot the first morning. We asked the property manager to check out 1 hour late (11:00 instead of 10:00), and he said that we could not since people were checking in that day. But check in is at 4:00, so there would have still been many hours before the next guests arrived. Finally, the property manager (Josh) agreed to 10:30, so do not plan on much flexibility from the property manager. The owner, Douglas, is lovely and prompt in communicating.

Nice. Clean. Everything you need.

We enjoyed both house and pool. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Property manager was gracious and helpful.
