Great location, condo needs some work

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The location of the rental is perfect! The views are amazing from the condo. The condo itself leaves more to be desired. There has not been much upkeep. We got there late in the evening, the directions were not clear as to where to park. The parking area is under construction and you can currently only enter through the exit only. It would have been helpful if they let us know this ahead of time. When we got to the condo,the counters in the kitchen had little ants crawling everywhere, the fridge and other areas are rusted, an overall musty smell and the worst part the only ac unit wasn't working. We contacted both the owner and the condo management early the next morning. They stated due to the Ironman going on that day, they would not be able to get anyone out to look at it, even tho we were able to go in and out of the condo all day. They did finally come and replace it but 3 of our 5 night stay was w/o ac. It was very nice they had amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. These all came in very handy for us. I would only recommend this to a friend if they understood the condo needs some work but the views are amazing and the location is ideal.
