The place was decorated nice and in a clean safe area. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable but other than that everything was great. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We created a lot of incredible memories.

Clearwater vacation

The condo was very clean, spacious and nice. It had all the amenities of home. It was close to everything. Family enjoyed the pool and gym. We would definitely book this condo again. I appreciated the clear communication from Cristian & Christina.

Spring break 2025

We stayed here for just 2 nights. Very accommodating. Easy communication with hosts. Close to Clearwater. Close to store a restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful hosts!

The Royal Paradise is a great place to stay! Everything was well furnished and very comfortable! Our whole family enjoyed being here. Cristian and Cristina are awesome in communicating! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first time visiting the Clearwater area and this was the perfect place for us to stay! This place had everything you would need for a vacation! Absolutely loved that they had beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler for our use. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Perfect vacation stay!

This tropical themed rental was beautifully decorated! It was spacious and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were at your own home. They provided pretty much anything you needed for the beach. The host was very informative and always available if needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Trip to Clearwater

This was a great property at the Avalon! Very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was great to have and was heated! The apartment was great for myself wife and two kids. It was good proximity to Clearwater Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

We had to make a last minute trip for a funeral. The property was great, beautiful pool. The condo itself was pretty dirty, they did offer to move us but it would've been too much work for a 2 day stay so i cleaned myself and stayed.

Great Family Stay

We had a great time, the place is very clean and well kept. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and enjoyed every minute of it. Even though the weather did not cooperate. The pool was great, nice and warm for the small children. It is a five minute drive from the great Largo Park, where we spent most of our time. We will defiantly be looking at staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable for 6 people (4-adults, 2-kids). It is a perfect location. About 4-5 minutes from the #1 beach in Clearwater. Not to mention grocery store right about the street. We would most definitely stay again and recommend to our family & friends who will be vacationing in Clearwater FL..thank you again for your hospitality .

Great location

The location was perfect a quick 10 min drive to the beach with many restaurants around. Walmart is 5 min away. Only annoying thing is the traffic light to get out of the complex is SLOW. Other than that it was great.

Fantastic Host, Fantastic stay.

A fantastic Host which was very responsive and helpfully. We also received a warning from our Host about the upcoming tropical storm Debby. So the Host really cares about you as a client. fantastic! The accommodation was very clean and has everything we needed as a family of four. Everything was as described and visible in the pictures. We can only recommend the Host and the accommodation. If we come back to Clearwater,be will for sure look out first if this accommodation is free!

January Golf trip

Went for a long weekend to Clearwater for golf. Easy to get to condo from Airport. Plenty of places to golf within 10 Mins of condo. Condo was super clean and the owners give very detailed instructions on condo access. Very clean property surrounding condo and it’s clean and nice around the property. There’s a Publix across the street and it’s also convenient and clean. Thanks to the condo owners for hosting.

Perfect location + Beautiful condo = Great Vacation!

Everything was great! The condo was very clean, it was in a perfect location for going to Clearwater beach or checking out some local restaurants, the pool was clean and the water temps were like bathwater. All the other tenants were very nice and respectful. I agree with the other comments that Cristian was very accommodating and easy to contact, always responded within mins of an email or text. I will be looking to stay here again next year on my vacation. Thank you Cristian and Cristina!

Spacious and convenient

This was a nice property to stay at while in town. My family of 4 had lots of space and didn’t feel on top of each other. The unit was nicely decorated. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the front load washer had a smell, but that’s common I hear. There were beach items there for use, which was great. The pool is nice, and loved that it was heated. The hosts were great and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Clearwater Getaway

My family and I had an excellent stay at this beautiful condo in Clearwater. The unit was located in a gated community which was quite peaceful I must say. We visit the Tampa area yearly and this was by far the best property I’ve rented. The community pool was heated and 90 degrees at all times. There was a gym on the property which is nice if you’re a gym goer. If you plan on visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area, it doesn’t get much better than this. Also, the owner, Cristian, was extremely easy to get in contact with and made it super easy to check in and check out. I can’t say enough good things about this rental property. Thanks again for everything. My family and I had an amazing vacation week.

Beautiful Clearwater Condo

Avalon Paradise is a beautiful and quiet condo. The layout worked perfectly for our family of four! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable and the tasteful decor matched the tropical Florida environment. There was plenty of space for everyone and the TV and wifi were easy to access. Having the use of the washer/dryer and dishwasher was very helpful for our family. We also enjoyed the pool and sunshine everyday! The location is ideal if you are wishing to spend time at the beach or catch a spring training baseball game! The grocery store is conveniently located across the street. We felt safe in this gated community! Cristian and Cristina were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Perfectly imperfect as all things are

I want to start out by saying this condo had everything you could need. Except the A/c in the master room didn’t cool the room very well and the fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We did notify our property manager. He stated it would be fixed after our stay. Not very pleasant for use during our stay. The washing machine had been shut up for days before we had arrived.In return caused the laundry area to have a very strong mold smell. Now, the pool was wonderful, you can walk around the area and be safe. The comforter in the master was awful. I hope they update that for your stay. The beds wear awesome for comfort.

A Piece of Paradise

I can't express enough how wonderful Cristian and Cristina are! Not only was the condo a 10 out of 10, but they were fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end! My daughter was being proposed to over our vacation and they went above and beyond to allow us to send everything we needed for a beach proposal to the condo. They picked it up and hid it in the back room so she would not see anything!!! The condo had everything one could want and more! It was extremely clean and you felt right at home. It has more than plenty of space and enough room for everyone to eat at the table for family time. I especially appreciated the wonderful beach chairs and umbrella. They had sand toys and rafts for everyone to enjoy as well. They definitely have gone above and beyond to make sure the condo is packed to meet everyone's needs. All you need to do is bring your clothing and food! They even had booklets and pamphlets to plan activities, and everything laid out in an easy format in a 3 ring binder for necessary information. I really appreciate the wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be returning! Thank you again for all you did for us and always being attentive. It wouldn't have been a success without you! If you are thinking of staying here for your next vacation, do it! You will love it! Awesome place and awesome people!
