Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el centro de todas las atracciones a unos 7 minutos de la costa del Golfo de México en Clearwater Beach y todos los restaurantes populares perfectos para familias y pequeños grupos de amigos que desean una estadía asequible. El condominio cuenta con 1 recámara con camas Queen Size y otra recámara con una cama queen size y otra cama individual junto con 2 baños, así como una amplia sala de estar. En la sala de estar tiene un colchón de aire de 1 reina disponible para usar con mantas y almohadas adicionales. El condominio incluye 55 "Smart TV y WIFI en todo el condominio. También puede traer su APPLE TV o dispositivo inteligente o computadora portátil para conectar y ver su Netflix, etc.

Great location to beaches and clean property with pool.

Check in was seamless. First thought when entering this unit was that it was very clean. VRBO owner very accurate in her instructions for the unit. Outdoor pool clean and warm. Pool deck very clean. 5th floor unit with great views.

Our stay

The condo was wonderful and very quiet. Very close to market, stores and great restaurants. Sandy responded immediately to having to replace the AC unit which was much appreciated. Everything we needed to cook was available. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked this stay for Thanksgiving 2021. When we drove up and got out I was truly shocked at the condition of the lobby and elevator. The lobby was very dirty including the walls and the floor and the SMELL was awful. The elevator is in terrible shape and also very dirty. When u arrive at the floor of the apartment there is spilled paint all over the floor outside of the elevator. The floor, walls and doors of the apartments are dirty. Entering the apartment it didn’t smell clean. The kitchen floor counters and knobs were sticky. The bathroom towels were either stained or dirty. We used the beach towels we brought to shower. The sheets on the bed I don’t think were clean. They didn’t smell clean. There was mold in both showers. The couch and carpets were filthy. Couldn’t sit on the couch due to the visible grime on it. I had white slippers that I wore for the four days before arriving and the bottoms were clean from another hotel. When I left the apartment they were black on the bottom. During our stay 3 police officers showed up at a neighbor’s door. The apartment was neat but not clean and I wouldn’t recommend staying there and I would never stay there again.

The outside wasn't much to look at at but the condo was very nice it had everything we needed, it was very warm and inviting, had a great view, close to the beach, would definitely stay again.

Rough appearing neighborhood

The neighbourhood is very rough and sketchy. The building is old, the elevator is tore up. Outside, drug dealers, day and night exchanging hands. No care about who’s nearby; while we parked & got our stuff out of the car with our kids. It was uncomfortable. While waiting for my wife to throw something in the trashcan and return to the car, for a brief moment we stopped by the door. A man stopped to yell & threaten us. He claimed to own the building and according to him, we came from out of town to congest traffic. If so, that was extremely unprofessional; if it wasn’t for visitors, that’d hurt his way of living. The apartment itself really had everything in it it was just dirty carpets stained and the ceiling fans had a bunch of dust on it and the top sheets on the bed probably not changed overall I will not go back to that place ever again.

Sandy was amazing! The condo is close to everything. Six of us slept completely! The beach chairs were a HUGE bonus.

Our room was close to restaurants, shopping & of course the beach!!

The room was clean, and fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We were close to the beach and appreciated having beach towels and lounge chairs. The bedrooms were large and the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious even for a large family.

Fabulous location!

We spent several days at this location. There were several of us but it was never crowded. It is so close to everything especially the Beach!! We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope there is a next time. We will surely stay here again

Good experience

The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and the beach chairs, towels and ice chest were a nice extra touch. The building is old and not well maintained, but the condo itself was clean and nice. The property is a little further from the beach than expected but once we learned our way around it wasn’t so bad. Sandy was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions or concerns.

Not too bad of a place

Pros: The place was very close to Clearwater Beach and central to everywhere we planned to go. The condo wasn't too bad, we really only used it to eat, sleep, and shower. The host was very attentive and answered questions very quickly. Cons: We'd leave for the day and turn the air between 65°-68° and come back later that evening and it somehow got turned up to 75°ish. There was a musty smell when you walked in. The elevator is HORRIBLE. It makes a lot of noises going up and down. There was one night we got on and as we were going up it made a loud "clunk" noise and jerked and STOPPED. We tried pressing the 5th floor button, the open button, and after about 30 seconds (and pushing the "help" button) the doors opened up on the 3rd floor. Needless to say we walked up the stairs the rest of the way. We also noticed 2 cockroachs in the kitchen area on our second day. It's an older and bigger condo/apartment building so I'm guessing they came from another apartment. We only seen them 1 day out of our 7 day stay. I'd most likely stay there again, but not take the elevator

For the most part decent

We got there and the condo was nice. The neighborhood wasn’t the best and the condo could of been mopped or swept more on the hardwood floors. Other than a few things Sandy was great to deal with and I hope our suggestions are noted.
