Spacious, 2 king bedrooms, ground floor condo in Grand Venezia Resort + Garage!

Spacious two bedrooms with king beds, two full baths, full kitchen and laundry room, family room, den/office area in our ground floor condo with garage available for a MINIMUM of a 30 day rental. Our condo has everything you need to enjoy your extended stay with us! Our 30 day or longer stay is a requirement from Grand Venezia Resort. Our condo also includes a one car garage for ease of parking with a storage unit for your sporting and beach supplies. Storage unit size is 5 feet wide by 7 feet deep by 9 feet tall. No elevators in complex, so our ground floor is ideal! Located in the Grand Venezia Resort, a luxury gated condominium community on the beautiful Tampa Bay waterfront in Clearwater, Florida. Grand Venezia is located approximately 8 miles from Clearwater Beach and 16 miles west of Tampa International Airport.
Rooms and spaces included in this unit:
Living, Dining, Den/Office, Full Kitchen, Washer/ Dryer, Pantry, Storage closets, Bedroom 1 with one king bed has a spacious walk in closet and private bath, Bedroom 2 with a king bed has a walk through closet to main bathroom. Brand new hard wood flooring in both bedrooms as of April 2026. Kitchen is stocked with essentials plus stainless steel cookware, juicer, emersion handheld blender, and coffee maker.
Resort amenities include a $2M clubhouse with newly renovated heated swimming pool, cabanas, spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, a 1.5 mile waterfront walking trail, business center, picnic and grilling areas, and free car care center to wash and vacuum your vehicle. Picturesque views, including Old Tampa Bay in the background. PLEASE NOTE: MAY THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF JULY 2026, OUR COMMUNITY POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR REPAIR. I'VE DISCOUNTED OUR RENTAL RATE BY 30% TO ACCOMODATE THIS INCONVENIENCE.
Background check and approval required by the condo association prior to arrival. Leasee to pay $100 per adult non refundable application fee. One dog is allowed as long as the breed of dog in permitted in Grand Venezia. Please confirm your dog breed prior booking.

Alyson was an absolutely wonderful host and so helpful and easily reachable for anything we needed during our stay. The property was amazing and had so much to offer. Very safe and quiet community. Highly recommend booking here.

Great location

We wanted to explore this area of Florida and this was a central location to Tampa, Dunedin, Clearwater Beach and St Pete. The complex is great to take walks around and the pool area feels like a resort. The condo is nice. Had the basic setup.

Beautiful extended stay location

The property is equipped with beautiful amenities! The aesthetics remind you of being in Italy. The unit itself was very neat, homey, modern, and clean. It is quite more spacious than it appears. The host was outstanding and was great to work with!

Beautiful Condo!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated with all you will need for your stay. Alyson is wonderful to work with and addressed any questions I had. Great amenities and close to US-19.

My host was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to help us through the tenant evaluation process, staying in contact with both me and the office so everything went smoothly. Thanks to her, check-in was quick and stress-free. The home itself was so spacious, clean, and beautifully simple — and the juicer was such a nice bonus! She was so thoughtful and checked in on us regularly, which made the entire stay feel welcoming and worry-free. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly stood out and made this one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help — highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful grounds

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Grand Venezia condo. It was spacious, clean and nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished living room and comfortable beds.The grounds which were beautiful, included a 1.5 mile walking trail which followed along the shores of the bay where we were often entertained by the dolphins, pelicans and other sea birds.Alyson, our host was very pleasant and responsive to our questions or needs and periodically checked in with us to see how things were going.We would highly recommend this condo!

Superb Experience

This property worked out perfectly. The location is very very safe and secured. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The host is the most accommodating and helpful I've ever dealt with. She went totally above and beyond to assure an excellent experience! I would absolutely recommend this property.

Such a treasure

We can’t rave enough about the great location. A lovely trail around the property is perfect for watching dolphins and sunrises. Alyson is a perfect host. Responsive and proactive to all our needs. The place has a great office set up - perfect for an extended stay to work from home. Easy access to beaches and everyday living needs like Costco and groceries. A great set up for having friends over or enjoy with the whole family.

Grand Venezia Paradise

The condo was great. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the gym, pool, hot tub, walking path, and tennis court. Kayaks would have been great! Bike paths are close. We enjoyed baseball games at two different stadiums and an NHL game. Golf courses are very close as well as the beaches. Target and Costco were just a few minutes away. Our host was fantastic. She was very responsive, helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning process. It was great having the ground floor and lots of space/storage room. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for visitors. We had everything we needed. The gated complex with security was reassuring. The grounds are beautifully kept daily! We will return!

This spacious condo is ideal for vacationers, working remotely with the office/den addition, and snowbirds alike! We love walking the paths along the waterfront enjoying the sunrise and sunset. We love renting kayaks and paddle boards at the marina next door to paddle around on Old Tampa Bay to see our resort from the water. We often see dolphins and manatees! We love our pool! We also have a tennis court in our complex for your use. We love the convenience of our location to so many beach towns, yet away from the crowds with access to everything we enjoy!

Ground floor unit in a complex with no elevators. We're conveniently situated along Tampa Bay waterfront with picturesque walking paths along the bay. Grand Venezia is a beautiful private, gated community. We offer a single car garage with garage storage for ease of parking and storing your outdoor toys! We also added stainless steel cookware, a juicer and emersion handheld blender to accommodate guests in town for medical treatments or simply have a preference for a healthier lifestyle!
