Escápese a nuestra diversión, el retiro de Port Aransas, idealmente ubicado a un corto paseo en el paseo marítimo de la playa. Nuestro condominio recientemente renovado ofrece un ambiente cálido. Recientemente hemos renovado todo el condominio, incluidos todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Esta nueva cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar o preparar bocadillos para la playa. La sala de estar cuenta con amplios asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana. Con dos camas queen size, podemos acomodar a cuatro personas cómodamente. El baño tiene una hermosa ducha a ras de suelo de azulejos. La unidad de CA de alta eficiencia es extremadamente silenciosa y lo mantendrá fresco en los meses más cálidos. El complejo turístico cuenta con excelentes comodidades, que incluyen un paseo marítimo a la playa, piscina en el lugar, área de juegos, cancha de tenis, barbacoa y área de picnic, todo a solo unos pasos de la puerta. Si simplemente desea relajarse y disfrutar del aire libre, tiene un patio privado con vista al paseo marítimo, cerca del océano. ¡Ven y quédate en nuestro retiro en la isla!

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great location! Small view of the water from the open patio. Quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. We stayed a week and worked from the condo and the fast reliable Wi-Fi was appreciated. Perfect for two people and would love to stay again!

Perfect location

First time staying here! It was a short walk to the beach, we didn’t even have to rent a golf cart! This would be great for a family because they had a park, pool and a tennis court. Security was present to get into the entrance which we appreciate. It had everything we needed.

Great one bedroom condo. My husband and I and our dog stayed, love that it's pet friendly. Very clean place . Also liked that the boardwalk was close to the condo and the pool. We will love to stay again in the future.

Rainy weekend, great stay

My family really enjoyed our stay, even with less than ideal weather. The condo was updated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ease of the short walk through the dunes to the beach. The property is updating the tennis courts and the playground, so those weren't available to us, but we look forward to using those amenities in the future. We would love to visit again soon.

Great Port A Destination

Great Port A vacation staging area. Updated condo very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Lower floor made it easy to unload and load up the car during check in and check out. Very clean condo with plenty of lighting, very nice kitchen and bathroom. Gave 4 star rating only because their were no washcloths available and my wife snubbing her toe on the short footboard bed post leading to the bathroom. I had to move the luggage stand and small end table to make the walkway wider. Overall 5 stars if not for those 2 issues.

We enjoyed a po-boy and beer at the Beach Lodge just a short walk down the beach & never had to get in the car!

Lovely Studio

The lovely little studio condo that fit our family of four wonderfully. It is the beach so it is hard to keep the floors clean with constant sand but we just wore our flip flops and it was fine. The bathroom was clean and nicely updated as well as the kitchen area. The back porch was great to have to sit outside and to have a place for wet swimsuits/towels to dry out. It is really close to the boardwalk that goes over the dunes to the beach as well as the outdoor shower/foot rinsing area that I used to rinse swimsuits & toys. We will be booking again next time we plan to go to the beach!

It was ok

It was a nice location with nice people. Did have some issues with the room though. Some of the lights didnt work so made it hard to see at times. As well trying to watch tv late at night or early morning. Couldnt find anything for the kids to to keep them happy. But besides that not a bad location, very close to the ocean and nice view from the room we stayed in.

One of the two beds was really bad and the mattress needs to be replaced. Also if you let guests stay longer then reset the locks so they do t get locked out like me we did.

The only thing I would haave liked to see would have been some kind of floor mat in the bathroom. We used a towel on the floor which is probably not the best use of a towel. Other than that, everything was wonderful. There was a lot of post Harvey construction going on, but we hardly noticed it.

Vacation

Location was great. First impression of unit however wasn’t so good. Outside doors were filthy. Room itself was clean and pleasant on the surface but again, white doors, white trim, around base boards, and between sliding glass doors were also filthy. This made me feel like the room wasn’t clean in general which was disappointing. I actually took a soapy paper towel and washed the exterior door and doorknob just so they didn’t look so terrible every time you entered and exited. I also was disappointed in the patio furniture. It only consisted of a pvc pipe loveseat that seemed very rickety and a plastic table that was also dirty. As mentioned above the track and safety stick between sliding glass doors were filthy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners did a great job on the recent renovations and it's an easy walk to the beach. The property management company makes it easy for check in and check out with a keyless door code and email updates on your check in or check out times (and if an extension or early check in is provided, depending on circumstances). Based on the photos on the listing, we thought the patio faced the pool. However, it actually faces the dunes/waterfront/boardwalk. This was better for us as we did not plan to use the pool anyhow. I would recommend better quality sheets and pillows for the rental. The sheets were very thin and the pillows flat. I'd bring my own pillow next time. Overall, we would stay here again.

Cozy & CLOSE to the Beach

My wife and I stayed in this condo for our 10 year anniversary celebration. It is definitely a cozy and FUN place. The condo is the ‘economy’ condo. Perfect for a couple, or small family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and the place was extremely clean. Nice flat screen tv, kitchen table for 4, a comfy couch, a chair, and two large queen size beds. It was a ton of fun to go from our 6 bedroom house, to a small vacation place such as this. We spent most of our time at the beach, because that’s what going to Port A is all about, but the time spent in the condo was a blast too. I could see a small part of the ocean, and hear the waves crashing on the shore. This was also a more peaceful section of the beach... a ways down from the crowd, but before more reserved sections of the beach. The town is rebuilt enough that restaurants, shops, and other places are rebuilt / open. At this time, most other condos took a more devastating hit, but the town is making great progress. I’d choose this same condo, which is on the first floor, about 20 feet from the parking lot, and has a boardwalk to the beach which is about 150 - 200 feet off the back patio. We were very impressed! Our expectations were realistic of the size of place we rented, and made it a blast! Highly recommended
