Esta es una cabaña para casas móviles renovada 3/2, ideal para familias, frente al canal, con casa para botes y ascensor. Esta propiedad está ubicada en un canal de agua salada que se encuentra a minutos en bote de la hermosa intracostera de San Agustín. También estamos a poca distancia del acceso privado a las playas de arena blanca de San Agustín.

Fácil acceso desde y hacia la propiedad en bote, kayak o canoa a la vía fluvial intracostera.

La casa cuenta con una ducha al aire libre, parrilla de barbacoa, todas las comodidades de cocina imaginables (plancha eléctrica, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera, parrilla George Forman), además de toallas de playa, 4 sillas de playa, equipo de tenis de playa, 3 bicicletas, muchas cañas de pescar , cebo más fresco y asientos al aire libre, Wi-Fi, juegos de mesa.

Beautiful house and property

We enjoyed our stay at this house in St Augustine. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed being by the water. We did some fishing and just enjoyed sitting outside on the boat deck.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house was cleaned and as described. The kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the host was great through the entire booking process and stay. It was wonderful enjoying our morning coffee and evening beverages on the dock along the canal, this part definitely made the trip! The house was simple and perfect for the accommodations we needed and for the price. Thank you for a great trip!

The beds were super comfy and the sheets smelled wonderful. It was clean and the grounds are gorgeous. That includes the canal that I kayaked on--just put it in the water and go! The evenings had a nice breeze and we enjoyed sitting on the dock. We only stayed three nights, but if you can stay a week-do it! There are fishing poles, beach chairs, life vests, a SUP and even a croquet set. I will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for us. The place was beautiful and extremely clean and well equipped kitchen. We are very laid back and like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Sitting outside on the dock was awesome. We were very close to the beach and a short distance from St Augustine. Quiet safe neighborhood. We booked this place the night before and everything was handled in great order and efficiency. The Back 40 restaurant right around the corner is excellent!

Beautiful view

The location on the canal was just beautiful. Home was clean. Only complaint I think we all 4 had was the pillows were not great. We all have sore necks. But as a whole the place was great.

Excellent experience

Our Vrboo property was great, just what my family needed. The home was well appointed, very clean, and was well located for the activities that my family wanted. One note, there are not any grocery stores close so a car is needed, a short 10 minute drive are several of them.. Thank you!

Needs some work.

Needs better cleaning....wife cleaned windows and glass doors (including door tracks) the first full day we were there. There was/is a squashed lizard (or frog) stuck to the door jamb (hinge side) on the rear door to the outside. Sliding glass door took force to open...had to use both hands to get it open. It was cold some nights....set thermostat on 71....the furnace would run all night and never get above 65 degrees. Wasn't too impressed with the neighborhood.

Beautiful beach house with plenty to do!!!

There was so much to do for our kids which is exactly what we were looking for. From kayaking and fishing off the dock in the canal to the 9-13 minute walk to the private beach. Our family had such an amazing time and and we were able to make so many wonderful memories!!!

Great Fun

We had a very fun stay. I wish we’d of gone to the ocean more. We didn’t go until the last night. Such beautiful weather. The house isn’t perfect, but it’s not new. We were there for family time. It was great! Maybe we’ll go back one day. Just an hour from our sons house😀

Jones Vacation 2019

Property was clean, convenient to restaurants and the beach, neighbors were polite and quiet. The only thing I did not like was the master bedroom mattress. It was hard as a rock. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there. Kids loved kayaking in the canal, the youngest liked watching the crabs climb the canal wall. I enjoyed having my breakfast out back on the deck. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Even with our visit being last minute the host of this property was very accommodating. The property was very nicely decorated and had a beachy feel. We arrived to find a bottle of wine and snacks on the counter and beer and water in fridge. Place not what advertised in had shown a picture of front would not have rented.

Was advertised as private beach access, it is community access a 1/4 mile walk and cross a busy highway. If had seen a picture of the front and been able to get directions before a week from date would have been able to see were it was and how far from beach.

My Apologies that you were under the impression the property was located directly on the ocean. My ad states private beach access as the community does in fact provide private access versus driving to public beach access 2 miles away.
