A perfect getaway!

We booked this rental for a mixture of business and vacation. I had a couple of work days in the area, but my family was able to join me. We picked this property based on its layout and updated decor - both of which were just as we expected from the pictures. I was on the fence about renting a cart - since only one company is allowed to rent to this area - BUT it was a GAMECHANGER. Definitely rent the cart if you want to ride up and down 30a and not get sand in your car. We didn't find the restrictions of not being able to ride in Rosemary Beach to be an issue at all. Back to the property - high ceilings, great furniture, a wonderful layout. We had an awesome stay and really enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, etc that they had on hand in the garage. We'll definitely be back!

Great place for families with kids

We really enjoyed our time here. Property was very clean and owner's were extremely accommodating. The condo was perfect for us with our 2 year old and grandparents. The location is in the middle of Rosemary and Seaside which was perfect for us being able to bike to either. Having the HUB right across the street was a huge convenience as well. We would definitely stay here again.

2020 Summer Vacation on 30a

Our family enjoyed our week here as we are a family of five and this place gave us plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed gathering together in the living room at night and watching movies together on the nice big 4k tv. I enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen as it was open to everything and the appliances were very nice. Everything was clean when we arrived and we also enjoyed the available bikes and beach equipment that came with the rental. We even met the family that owns the rental the night before we left and they were very nice and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything! Ryan

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful and clean home in the best location!

We loved staying there and it was a perfect getaway for our family. Tanja was incredibly friendly and responsive and the location was amazing. Beach in the AM and pool in the afternoon was perfect! Highly recommend staying here and we would love to go back again!!

Lovely place to stay! Closest beach is however a mile away with no parking, we ended up renting a golf cart!

Great!

In a freak accident, our unit was struck by lightening. The owners acted quickly to rewire the hot water heater and replace the shorted television. They handled the situation as best you could. Enjoyed our stay! Clean, plenty of room, perfect location!

Perfect place to relax!! Love it!

What a wondeful home, exactly like in the pictures!!! It was our first time in the area and as soon as we walk in we said that we will return. The home has everything, kitchen is full with dishes, silverwear, glasses etc..., the bathrooms and bedrooms have extra towels and sheets, nice and very clean... exactly what we were looking for. The hub, dining, beach and pool are close by. Thank you for all.. will be back next year!! Ema(Chicago, IL).

It was a beautiful house.

The house was beautiful, however I was disappointed that there was not as mush provided as other houses I have rented. i.e. there was a kuereg machine but the only coffee provided was samples of brew coffee. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, so we had to buy more, only 1 trash bag in the kitchen so we had to buy more, only 1 pod of laundry detergent fir 1 load, so we had to buy more, there were no seasonings for food, not even salt & pepper, so if we cooked we had to buy everything. Ive had rented homes in Seaside & Seagrove for the past few years and they all had plenty of things for us so we only had to buy food.

Everything was perfect!

Our family loved staying in this lovely home. Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could ever need and more. We loved the neighborhood pool, which was just a few houses down. We had a great time riding the bikes to nearby beaches, which were all gorgeous. The shuttle to Santa Clara beach sounded great on paper, but in reality, the shuttle was very small and could only fit a small amount of people, so if you had to wait 20-30+ minutes for the next one if you couldn't get on the first time. So we only ended up using it once because of that. Plus, we liked all other beaches that we went to anyway since they were less crowded. Walking over to the Hub and hanging out there was a lot of fun. Thank you so much for having us - we can't wait to come back next year!

Incredible Vacation

This was our first vacation as a family with two small children. We chose sunny side up because it had things we would need like a high chair and pack-n-play. It was such a beautiful family friendly home. It looks EXACTLY like the photos. Our 4yo loved the bunk bed, we loved the master suit. The location is perfect for families. We spent our afternoons at the pool which is steps away from the house and rode the bikes to the hub (across the street) every night for ice cream, drinks and live music/ a kids movie. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ll definitely be back!!

Amazing condo in the heart of 30a!

We had a wonderful stay at "Sunny Side Up" at Prominence! The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family! It was very clean and we had everything we needed! The pool is super nice, like at a luxury resort! We loved that there were bikes and we were able to ride them to Seaside and Rosemary, which is great! The Hub, across the street is perfect for shopping and eating! We will be back next time we come back to 30a!

Beautiful!

This is a very beautiful, comfortable town home. The home is well-appointed and has everything needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys). The complex and the Hub are also very nice spots.

Modern Beachy condo in a great location on 30a!

What a cool place!! The unit has a modern beachy feel, which we really liked. :) The owners thought of everything! They even had stuff available for my little one, including a high chair, pack n' play and even a stroller! Nice to not have to travel with these things! We loved being able to walk across the street to the Hub was really convenient! There were several options for the whole family and even got ice cream there one night and we walked over another time for lunch and some shopping. The location is great. Right in the middle of Rosemary and Seaside and we drove to the beach access at Bramble Rd a couple of miles away. It was actually nice and easy since the parking lot is right by the boardwalk, which is a ramp and we didn't have to worry about steps. There were bathrooms there as well. We will definitely come back!

Wow Factor! Definitely coming back!

This location is awesome! So close to Rosemary and Seaside and the Hub is a great spot to relax and let the kids run around. Let alone a great pool complex when we needed a break from the beach. The unit has a cool vibe to it. The TVs and BluRay players are a nice feature and they had different games as well. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need if you don't want to eat out. Also, it was nice that there were beach chairs available for use so we didn't have to buy or bring our own. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place for the summer....

I would come back in the summer time but will stay somewhere else during spring break. The tram doesn’t run until late May which makes getting to the beach a pain. Also the pool isn’t heated which makes it too cold for a spring break vacation. The unit was beautiful! Only suggestion would be different pillows and sheets. Being across from the Hub was perfect. Movies on the big screen and ice cream for the kids. Great way to end a beach day:)

We are a family of four from Nashville, TN. Growing up we would always vacation down on 30a and fell in love with the area! A couple of years ago we decided to buy a place of our own that we could vacation to as a family a couple of times throughout the year. At first we hired a company to manage our property for rentals, but decided to manage it on our own to have more of a one-on-one relationship with our renters. We recently had a year long renter, but are excited to accept short term rentals again.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The town of Prominence is right in the middle of everywhere we usually visit when we come to 30a, basically halfway between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. The Chill is right across the street from us and gives us lots of food options without having to drive anywhere. And not to mention, the pool is awesome!!
