Pier Point South es un complejo de condominios íntimo ubicado en la playa en la hermosa e histórica St. Agustín. Al lado del parque estatal Anastasia y al lado de la famosa St. Augustine Pier, nuestro condominio recientemente renovado, es tranquilo, cómodo y recién amueblado, con vista a la playa, y a pasos del océano, ¡estará en la mejor ubicación de la isla! Camina a restaurantes increíbles e incluso tiene un Starbucks justo al lado :)
Dos habitaciones con una cama king size y dos camas individuales cómodamente duermen cuatro. ¡También hay un colchón de aire tamaño queen y un cómodo sofá para entretener a los invitados que pasan la noche y a la familia que los visita! Lovely getaway

The property and grounds were spacious and pleasant. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach, an even shorter walk to the pool, great restaurants, ice cream shops, beach and surf shops nearby, and a short drive into St. Augustine.Communicating with the host was quick and convenient. We were a group of 6 adults (parents and grown kids) and we had room to spread out. Full kitchen was also equipped with an air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, and microwave. Cleanliness could have been been better. Some of the dishes in the cabinets still has residue, there were food remnants (breakfast cereal) one bedroom slipper, and used acrylic nails under the couch. It seemed that the living area wasn't swept thoroughly. Despite these things, the home is fairly well maintained and beautifully decorated. The AC worked very well and we appreciated the air mattresses! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Beach Stay

It’s a comfy little condo. The property manager is friendly and easy to contact. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet in the evenings. The beach is beautiful and basically your backyard.

It was a nice property in a good location. I felt like it had not been properly cleaned. I reached out to the host about several issues and she responded in a timely manner.Hopefully, she will correct issues before next guests arrive.

Don’t Stay Here

Property was not very clean, teflon pans very scratched up, water in bathroom was luke warm the entire stay because nozzles are rusted. We didn’t want to move them too much in fear of them breaking. Location was great. I paid for vacation insurance as I always do and there is never an issue. We ran the dishwasher ONE time. The owner has now filed a claim for 739. Insane. She did not reach out to say a word to me about it and there were clearly guests who stayed after me as I found new logins to my Netflix account left open at their home. I do as much as I can with the instructions for check out, but to be honest most are silly because I have already paid a ridiculous cleaning fee to begin with. Very shady.

Relaxing getaway

The location was great and the unit was very clean. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. The walk to the beach was minimal and the pool right outside the door was very convenient. Restaurants are available within walking distance and a short drive to the historic sites of St. Augustine. We had a wonderful week away.

This is our annual go to as a family and with friends! Love the location and being on the ground level and close to the pool is everything! The hosts are so helpful and easy to work with!

Perfect location in St. Augustine Beach

We had a great time in St. Augustine and loved the location for this property. It was the perfect combination of size, price point and access to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great location and amazing unit

This was an amazing property with everything we could have asked for. Very nice updated look and appliances in kitchen. Bathrooms also updated and clean. The location is everything here, feet from pool and less than 100 yards from the beach. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider returning!

Deep clean needed

Great location and adorable condo! Pictures are close to what you get. The condo was updated but a deep clean is necessary. There is a strong urine smell from the master bath and the shower needs to be scrubbed. Sheets and pillows were stained. Coffee pot still had filter with grounds and pot had dried coffee. Light switches and white trim plus closet doors in master bath need to be scrubbed. Loved the beach decor but second bedroom had too much furniture.

Great condo

Very clean, pictures were very representative of the property, nice pool, short walk to the beach and restaurant (all right off property) plus lots of great amenities that make a difference from storage space, beach chairs and toys, makeup towels, hooks for towels, board games. It was perfect!

Right next to the pool and short walk to the beach. Everything you need and short drive to St Augustine. The best of both worlds. We recommend it highly! Loved it!

Another great stay

This was the second year we stayed here and have already reserved for next year. The unit is very comfortable and is perfectly located for activities and dining. The beach is wonderful. There were a few small glitches when we arrived, and they were addressed immediately. Thanks Karine for another great stay!!

Great Location

We have loved staying at pier point due to the location but this year it happened to be under beach restoration. The walk was about .25 each way which wasn’t terrible but not what it usually is. Host is super responsive and helpful! This was our second time staying here.
